The past 20 years i have made changes both personally and professionally. The Groninger team has never disappointed and have always treated me well above and beyond. I never get put on hold and forgot about, never have to refile claims due to errors and they always explain things in detail when changes are needed to keep everything aligned with life. They are always happy to help me in a pinch notice and I never feel they are being rushed or under/ over selling their product.I would never choose a different company knowing what I know and have experienced with other companies. They are second to none in my opinion.

Having had Erie Insurance for many years, thought I would return for a renter's policy. After initially contacting the agency, it was a bit over a month until I could actually initiate a policy. After dealing with Messenger, following the agent's instructions, I was frustrated to not get answers to my questions. When I did finally get a reply, here's what the agent sent: "It was a need u had for over a monthU contacted the office by messenger not by phone. I got the renters ins application ready for u to e sign since u have-no transportation. Why you waited until u did no ideaI was willing to work it out in morning. But maybe its best u call someone else." How utterly rude and certainly NO WAY to address a potential client. So, please beware - unless you want to be treated like they can take you or leave you...don't even bother...Thank you

Hopefully you don't need to call insurance offices often, but when I do call Groningers they are always professional and great to work with. Needed a reprint of my auto insurance card for inspection and they emailed it to me minutes later. They rarely try to upsell you, and prices stay relatively the same.

I have had Erie insurance since I started driving 37 years ago. I have dealt with the Groninger family for the past 30 plus years, beginning with their father and now with Jim and John. I have had nothing but excellent service from Erie and especially Groninger's. The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. My home, auto, and business policies are with Erie and now my 3 sons all have auto policies there too. I have had the misfortune of a few minor car accidents, broken windshields and a fire at my business and all claims have been handled quickly and fairly without any hassles. I am a lifelong customer of Erie and will be with Groninger Insurance Agency as long as they'll have me!

My family was a "State Farm" family. That was, until we had a bad experience that left us questioning if we were getting the best deal and best coverage.On my own I started shopping for my own car insurance. I switched to Groninger when I purchased my house about 8 years ago, my rates with them for both my car insurance and homeowners policy have been incredibly fair. I've only had one claim (against water damage at my house) and sent an adjuster and were terrific and paid out more than I would have expected in that instance.Since then I've moved, and Courtney at Groninger helped me through the process of getting insurance lined up before closing, and helping be figure out what needed to be fixed at the property before they could insure it. She was incredibly helpful in the process.Paying for insurance feels like a "necessary evil" but the folks at Groninger make it as painless as it could possibly be, and I highly recommend them.

I received an unsolicited offer from AAA for insurance. I called, was given a great rate, I thought, paid the premium for a year in advance, and thought I was set for a while at least. I then received a cancellation notice from AAA because their "on site" people noticed a ladder against my home which was in the process of receiving new siding. Multiple calls were made, and the AAA agents said they could fix things once I jumped through a number of hoops. I didn't care to jump.Jim Groninger is a neighbor. I had met him only once, but I contacted him, got great service, an even BETTER rate, and am happily insured-house and car, with a company that has a higher rating than AAA's ever did.I couldn't be happier and would recommend Groninger's without a moment's hesitation. Truly first class.

Groninger Insurance has provided our small family owned business with Contractors and Unemployment Insurance for 22 years. Rates are fair and balanced. But what is greater is the customer service and support, you are treated as a person not just a number. In today's society where majority of concern is profits its exceedingly rare to find genuine care and thoughtfulness for the customers welfare. This to me is far more important than the price alone.
