I know the owner, Tom Garvey, from several years back, which is why I chose Garvey's for my flooring installation. Tom is a great guy: friendly, honest, and professional. He's also very committed to delivering quality products and services. His approach to business is mirrored by the great people he employs as well. Adam, my sales rep, was extremely helpful in helping me select the product I wanted and Casey, the scheduler, was very prompt in getting the installation scheduled and providing me with timely updates when there was a slight change to the install date. Love our luxury vinyl flooring! We got 8 rooms plus hallways done and the installers worked so quickly it was done in two days. We had an area that we wanted to be fixed so they sent someone out, and it is now perfectly done. Our salesperson, Erin, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I try to not leave negative reviews. This business earned my review. I I'm currently looking for flooring for a rental property and visit garvey's. I walk in and see no one around which is fine. I then search for help. When I seen a worker they looked as if I did not belong. They looked at me clueless like what am I doing there. I asked for help looking for a product they tell me to wait . I look around waiting for them to give me assistance and there was no assistance at all. I feel as if I was an inconvenience to this company. They will never receive my business or my recommendation. Learn to treat people better and serve the customer. Thank you for your time hope this was helpful.

This is the second purchase from Garvey's and I know that if we need flooring in the future, we'll be back to Garvey's! Janell was our salesperson and she made picking out our carpeting fun, easy and quick! We told her what we wanted and she directed us accordingly. Moreover, she asked good questions! Setting up the installation was painless and the gentleman who installed our carpet met my husband's approval! He was a professional: efficient, skillful and experienced! Thanks to Shontelle for her excellent customer service. We priced flooring at Lowe’s which was admittedly less expensive but after being handed a sample of flooring at garveys the quality couldn’t be beat. I’m so glad we stopped in. You WILL pay more than big box stores but the quality is worth it. The install was beautiful and I have no doubt this will last 10x longer than other flooring.

Garveys is a heaven sent! We wanted to re-do the floors in our house since 2012 when we moved into our new house but never found a company or price that we liked and then my wife and I heard about them from a friend. I have never been so happy at how my floors look after Garveys came in. The Staff is Amazing and the friendliest you will ever meet. The flooring team who came to our house were the best, funny and explained everything (including all my HGTV type questions) with a smile on their face.My wife and I have been recommending Garveys to our friends who are also wanting to re-do their floors. A very good experience with garveys flooring. Salesman was quick and didn't try to push us into something we didn't need. We have a dog and a little one on the way and just wanted a room sized area rug. He recommended a nice product that fit our needs perfectly.
