I love Strollo's. They do stand behind their products. Last year i purchased 2 windows and when I got home I noticed 1 has a crack With no problem at all they fixed it for me. I just payed for the glass, (not much at all). This year I drove 3 1/2 hours to come back to Strollo's and got 3 windows that I love. I would do it again. They were so nice.

Wouldn’t even give them a one star review. Purchased flooring not even two weeks ago and they will not accept a return on the unopened flooring. When asked why, they repeatedly said with extreme arrogance, “that is our policy.” No where is this policy stated or was it ever stated to me otherwise I would not have made such a big purchase. This was my first time there and definitely my last. This is definitely a shady business. Very strange that they do not stand behind their products. SHOP WITH CAUTION!!!!

I wouldn’t even give them a one star review. Horrendous customer service. Nothing but arrogant. Shop with caution, because they have a no return policy, but do not advertise their “policy”. You only learn about this “policy” after the fact.

BUYER BEWARE! They do not inform you of a no return policy! Instead of treating you like a human being they are incredibly arrogant and degrading. The young "owner" is too cocky.

I bought a $1,200 front door from them. It had some dings and dents (after carefully inspecting...that they said was perfect initially). I also mentioned that it looked crooked/hanging in the frame. <<<just being honest with them but they said no; and they pressured me into buying it with $50 off or someone else was going to scoop it up. I gave in unfortunately because I was in desperate need of a door of this style which I felt like was a bargain. My bad. You'd think a "small business" who's been around would be trustworthy...right? Wrong.So, with a lot of previous construction experience, I brought it home to have more time spent on installing it to get it as right as possible vs what they claim to have sold me. I had a total fail getting it to smoothly open/close right into an absolutely perfectly plum/level opening and they basically laughed at me after that.Point here being, do not fall for the Strollos like you're getting a $3k door (or window....I've seen them too smh) for less bc it will cost you more in labor in the end. Unfortunate lesson learned here. Hopefully this will save someone the headache of what I've went through.They get them cheap to sell cheap and still make a profit for a reason. Buyers beware...sadly because I had high hope for them and drove quite a ways fora great deal for a quality product.

John and Mike Strollo (and their whole crew) go above and beyond retail sales for their customers. They have a wealth of knowledge to share with anyone needing help with home repairs and always make you feel welcome. Their prices are fair and, most times, they can order things they may not otherwise keep stocked in the store! I'm a contractor and purchase 90% of my supplies from these guys. The other 10%? It's only because they don't carry it and can't order it in. Definitely enjoy stopping in here for supplies.. Or just to say hello sometimes! Thanks for everything guys!

Ordered a door and had them put a window in it and when they did so they messed up cutting the hole to big. They didn’t tell me until I picked it up and then wouldn’t compensate me any.
