They are very understaffed and they are struggling to maintain a friendly atmosphere. I feel bad for the workers. If the company would man them properly, I think the atmosphere would change dramatically. Pray for the workers.

Employee could not have been nicer. Greeted ne quick without attacking me. Asked what i needed and took me to the section. The store was clean cool enjoyable. Unfortunately the items i was buying were $2 per item more expensive than the local DG or the 2 groxery stores. Also they were oyt of basic items and only had had 1 or 2 of an item i needed 3 of. So great employees nixe new store askibg way mor money tban the local stores so unlikelky to return.

Since their delivery driver isn't there anymore, have to wait all day til they almost close. It's ridiculous they need a regular driver. 🙄

Wow! These are the nicest people! This store is super clean, well-stocked, inviting and they have the friendliest staff. The pharmacist who graduated from IUP and WVU was exceptional and the young woman working at the pharmacy counter was so nice, friendly, and organized. I didn’t get her name but she was awesome. We constantly have to wait over 15 minutes to get prescriptions filled even when we have called a day ahead of time. And then again 30 mins before arriving and still have to wait to get our prescriptions they never have them ready.

They got me because of mainline closing I went to Walmart to get my scripts filled and Walmart pharmacy called them and I was told that I don't have anything there how can you lose my scripts stay away from rite aid

The staff is exceptional. Always smiling and pleasant despite the fact they are extremely understaffed. It seems to be a constant thing, no matter what pharmacy chain or location you visit. Their app is horrible. I don't know how many times I've used the app to refill a prescription, gotten verification it went through and after waiting for a few days, giving them extra time because i know they're understaffed, find out they never got it. Between them and my doctor, i never know which one is dropping the ball. They each say it's the other and i don't know who to blame. I just wish i could get a paper script that i could hand to the pharmacist. Then i know. Sorry, started to ramble. Long story short, nice staff just too few of them.5/03/24*****Updated: the app being trash is not this or any locations fault. And figured out who was "dropping the ball" on the errors with my prescriptions and it's not Rite Aid. Even when i show up, without notification of my script being ready, they still put me at the front of the hundreds of other prescriptions they received to fill that day and get me out of there within 10-15 minutes.
