I like this store. Better quality and lower price than their competitors. Everything everywhere is more expensive so not digging them for that. But can we get prices in the bread aisle? Bread is now expensive as steak used to be so make sure every loaf, brand, bun, flavor has a tag. Forget 4 font print on bags. I want to see price on the shelf. I love that you offer low prices for shopping. Bread aisle tags are better but today egg prices were missing on about 3 sizes.

A lot cheaper than our giant eagle n has better sales..i used to always shop at giant eagle, NOT NOW!! i would rather drive further away and come here!!.oh and for parents who have toddlers, they have tiny shopping carts for them to push around, which my kids loved using when they were little..the only downfall is sometimes they need to have more registers opened

Ken’s Bi-Lo, ALWAYS FRIENDLY WORKERS, most know me by name. Best doughnuts around, they never skimp on the fillings! The prepared food are excellent, if you haven’t tried the broccoli salad or steak salad out of the deli do yourself a favor and do so. I’m this time of trying to get your grocery budget to stretch further, Ken’s always seems to have the best sale prices. I made 3 comparison orders between Walmart, Giant Eagle, and Aldi’s…Bi-Lo came out in top, with having every item I wanted to purchase, and was the lowest in price. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I like that there is enough space for carts to pass each other. Staff is very friendly, like the deals and that you get sale price even if the sale is such as 4 for 6.00 dollars and you don't get all 4 you still get the sale price .Would like to see home delivery for the elderly and disabled. Family members would really appreciate this service, it would really help those who do errands for them. Giant eagle is starting delivery services by end of year at least 100 locations will be active in doing this.

The manager in the bakery is not a nice lady, not even sure she's a lady.. rude, dirty.. what happen to striving for clean good workers. So much more I could say.

Great employees prices are a little high because of inflation but besides that it is a great local moneysupermarket it's a grocery store.

Very friendly, helpful staff. LOVE the donuts, the best you'll find anywhere! I like that they sell a lot of the Pennsylvania Dutch things I grew up on! A visit here is always a stop I make when in town. I drive from VA just to get donuts!

A couple of g days ago I stopped by. I bought cream fill doughnuts. The were pretty bad. I also bought deli ham. The young man doesn't understand weight and measures. I asked he slices it 1 inch thick for pasta salad. Three tries and he still dudnt get it. I told him to just give me me what hw cut.This is not the first time he waited on me. If I return abs see him being the meat case il just pass it by. You need to train your workers

Great store (the one in Northern Cambria, haven't shopped the one in patton) Descent prices and you can usually find everything you need in one trip, and it has one of the better small town pharmacy inside james drug store great place with friendly employees also.

They're just like any other grocery store except in one way: The music selection is really fun. I'm not kidding, every time that I shop there, I hear at least one thing that makes me have to groove, I can't even help myself.

The staff here are nice they work hard. Prices are a little high for some items but if you look hard enough you'll find the good items for a great price.

It was ok I like the store but being handicapped I wish they had more riding carts when a store only has one or two carts it makes it hard to get one when I need it hopefully one day the management will realize there are a lot more handicapped people that also need to shop and supply us with more than one per store
