There were plenty of flu shots available at Rite Aid location this morning, so I could have booked online. Since we had our paper filled out we decided to walk-in. There was a pharmacist we never seen before. She had asked if we had an appointment. We said no.Despite the walk-in sign up, a vacant store, phone not ringing and nobody in line, she refused us. She said 30-45min wait while giving no another solution, so we left.Customer service is lacking.

The Rite Aid store on Northampton Main Street is awesome. When there a problem with my insurance the pharmacist seeks out the issue. the Associates are very helpful. this a clean place and prices are reasonable.

The man that worked there once saved my mom's life when he realized that her doctors had prescribed her the wrong medication. She was in the hospital literally dying and Dr's didnt know why. He took the time to look over her medication list and found the problem and saved her. thank you so much. I owe my mom's life to you.

The staff is always on top of things, and I think they work very expeditiously. I never had a problem. The people in the rest of the store are always friendly. I switched there from another store. They have what I need. It is very neat and clean.

The pharmacist gave me the covid-19 vaccine in the most harbole way , she darted in my arm like it was a dart board and then lost the area she give it to me at . She did It the same way to my boyfriend. Recommend not going here for the vaccine . Other than that it's an okay store.

Up until today I thought they were great until the pharmacist refused to fill my Rx because he would rather give people vaccines... People that weren't even here when I got here. He ignored me for about 45 minutes before he decided to fill the Rx.

Loooooove this store! Love everyone who works here. I frequent this store at least once a day, which makes me a ‘gold member’ getting 20% off everything I buy unless the sale price is better. They will card you for cigarettes no matter your age so make sure you ALWAYS have ID.

I didnt like this place at all. The rudest pharmacy workers ive ever met. After asking them twice, they still had the house and phone number that I grew up in as a child (I am now 37 and moved 17yrs ago) then I get yelled at for not informing her of the insurance change, to which I replied, well thats because the other pharmacy tech is helping me and not you, which she didnt like. Coupled with the fact its the only riteaid in existence that hasnt been remodeled since 1983, stay far away from this place as possible!!! I switched to CVS right down the street and couldnt be happier with their professionalism, and technology features, again things that this particular place doesnt have. Do yourself a favor and go to another riteaid or CVS down the street

Cashier with blonde hair and gauges told our roommate that he shouldn’t be seen with our household and that we are bad people. Very unprofessional and rude and should keep social problems out of work. Will keep in contact with corporate.
