I took my gaming PC to Ken for some minor issues and concerns. He took his time to explain everything to me and discussed what he can do to fix everything right in front of me. Ken is very knowledgeable at what he does. His prices are very fair, it's hard to find someone like Ken who you can trust. My overall experience was great, my PC is running awesome, and cooler than before. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone who needs PC work done. He also talked to me about upgrades and informed me more about parts and what not. Ken was very honest with me and i will be taking my PC back to him if i ever need to again. He is my PC guy now! Everyone needs a guy like Ken if you own a PC! Thank you, Ken, we will be dropping by soon with my fathers PC in the future! Thanks Ken!

I am writing this review almost a year after Ken built my PC, and I have no complaints. I had never built a computer before, so I called him to discuss my best options. I had some ideas about what I wanted, and he generously had a phone call with me, offering very helpful advice on what I should buy and why. I provided him with all the PC parts, and everything went smoothly. We did encounter an issue with the motherboard I had purchased, but he offered to handle the return process himself and gave me his address so that I could ship the new one to his place. I'm sure this took a lot of do and undo but he always maintained a positive attitude and was happy to help. The only upgrade I have made so far by myself was adding a Wi-Fi card for a faster internet connection since the motherboard doesn't have built-in Wi-Fi, and it works great. I am very happy!

Haven't built a computer in about 20 years. Figured it would be a fun thing to do with my son. Well, we ran into some problems where we were getting post errors that we just could not figure out. Called up Ken and he had it fixed in no time. Great communication and work. Very pleased! Would definitely recommend!

An absolute pleasure to do business with. I had a few issues with my gaming PC that happened suddenly. Really great service. He fixed my laptop screen and he did it pretty quickly. Also gave me a good tip on speeding up my laptop. He suggested I swap out my old HDD for a new SSD, and he said he could do that for me. I told him I'd give him a call when I'm ready to have that done. I highly recommend.

I just had my wife's laptop repaired. The hinge on the left side broke. I was quoted $300 and about a week to fix by a company in Whitehall. I took it to Ken at PC Building and Repair in Northampton and he fixed it same day and for $65. He was fair and very knowledgeable about how to fix this problem. I would highly recommend him for any type of repairs.

Ken fixed my old frozen Dell Vostro with a new motherboard and power supply about a month ago for a VERY reasonable price.. Then after a while, it started to rattle occasionally. So he advised me to bring it back and he installed a new pwer supply as the fan inside was the issue. As his work is warrenteed, he charged no more.This man is the real deal, a credit to the business community, and I would trrust him with all my equiptment's future issues.Thank you Ken!

Ken did an EXCELLENT job. I had an issue with booting my PC. Ken not only diagnosed, found, and fixed the problem, he did cable management, moved my water cooler to a better location and cleaned it. He went above and beyond and never charged more for the little extras he provided. His prices are extremely fair considering how much he does. Super fast and efficient. Anytime I have an issue with my PC, I wont be going anywhere but straight to Ken.If all of that didnt convince you to use Ken... he also has the most friendly doggo in the world.

Found him on a pc repair near me. He was the first to show up, very straightforward doesn’t beat around the bush, tells you what he’ll do first before hand and if any problems come up he would call you. I had a power issue and he fixed it right up. Also recommend a few things for me and put them on there for me. Cleaned up my computer really well and cable management was phenomenal. If you’re looking for someone that knows what they’re doing go to Ken. He will definitely take care of you.

As a tech dummy, I needed so much help with my pc problems. I was sure I would not be able to perform so many important functions that my family and I needed, without buying a new pc. I called Ken and he assured me after my explanation of multiple problems on an old laptop, that he could FIX my pc to run like new... Gaming PC was having issues running slow and had major slow FPS in may games. Once I meet Ken, the process to rectify these issues was simple and easy. Within a day a new SSD was installed, after it was discussed what to buy/was needed. He informed me and helped download some PC cleaning programs and even helped show the differences between different graphic cards to help with future PC upgrades, that I'll be doing through him.

Ruined my computer. Paid 160 just for cleaning ,made copies of all my data. Paid a additional 350.00 for a cheap piece of garbage SSD card that was 25 dollars on Amazon, not needed. Never would go to this guy, just buy a new one is a smart choice.

Quick service, convenient hours - Ken was able to save everything from my deteriorating mechanical hard drive and updated it to a solid state one. He also provided good advice and insight going forward. He also replaced the battery, cleaned, and likewise upgraded my wife's laptop.
