The staff was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. They have everything in there! Bought a ladder, light bulbs and Gertrude Hawk candy bars for a fundraiser. Also bought a cream cheese brownie cake from the women of Hogar Crea who had a table set up inside the store! Great to see that they help the community!! I will definitely check here for my needs before I step foot in a big box store.

When in need, I google products. Everything listed as at Ace, always is. Some places are listed online only. Ace hasn't disappointed. I find this more convenient than driving to the larger stores and the prices are good. Last purchase was fels-naptha soap. Used it to remove poison oils from skin. It was $3.00 for the bar and worked better than the $40.00 ivy oil remover in the big box stores. I'd say it's a great purchase. I have gone to Ace for many home care needs, craftsman tools, and mower parts. No complaints here!

The place to go to for personal service. Everything from spot on paint matching to bird seed to basic hardware needs. Never had any problem finding someone to help as staff is knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to help.

How refreshing!!!! Simply went in a few moments ago to see what I can find and was quite excited! Great selection, clean, well lit, and organized. That was not the best part. The staff is exceptional!! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the lady at the register. She is so kind, efficient, and makes the shopping experience a joy!! As well, walking through the isles, other employees greeted, and have mastered the art of offering assistance without pressuring you. Nowadays, so many places, you get presured or ignored. Not here!!! Genuinely can say from this experience I highly recommend you go and see for yourself what great customer service is!

Excellent! I haven't been in there, usually my husband run in to get what he needs but I went today to buy deer salt blocks, the deer love it. The woman at the desk, ordered it & I thought, I'll look around & I love this place lol, I bought several things like a great broom, chemicals for the pool, a cleaner for the grill & everyone was so helpful & inviting 😀

I loved the Xmas store! Had no idea it was there…. The trees were insanely expensive that they were selling outside, however. An 8.5 foot blue spruce was $125. Definitely going fake next year.

Great prices and I never have to wait long in line, or hunt down an employee like when I go to other hardware stores. There is always someone waiting around every corner to assist me with any questions I have.

This is not a box store with everything a Lowes would have but what they do have is that sense of an old time hardware store with people who can actually help you. I visit this place alot for different items. I can say I appreciate this type of store and hope it continues business for a long time.

Miller Supply Ace Hardware runs like a well-oiled machine. You get the pleasure of knowledgeable staff who are courteous, helpful and efficient plus this neatly-packed, sparkling clean store is loaded with clever, innovative merchandise that you didn't know you needed and now you have to have it. And, it's on sale! I was amazed at how much fun it can be to shop in a hardware store. While they cut a new chip key for my car at a fraction of the dealer's price, I shopped the aisles and found items that I had long ago given up searching for in Lowe's and Home Depot. There's no chance that you will come to Miller Supply Ace Hardware and find yourself alone wandering through the aisles, looking for someone to help you. The staff are absolutely fantastic. Also, they seem to have more American-made items, and that is what I want to see in an American store. It's a pure pleasure and good value to shop at Miller Supply Ace Hardware.

I have absolutely eliminated all the big box hardware stores to shop exclusively at ACE in Northampton. In my mind if they don't have it then it doesn't exist. The #1 feature is without a doubt the OUTSTANDING customer service! I dare you to walk in and "wander" for less than 2 minutes until a representative asks you if you need assistance. An excellent variety of items, reasonable prices and EXCELLENT STAFF....from Mike on down EVERYBODY is super helpful. The owner has found an irreplaceable balance between Customer Service and actual sales. Dale, thank you and ACE, Northampton...we appreciate it!!! Mike, thank you for the deal on the Weber grill. EVERYBODY gets an A+!

These guys are the best. Friendly, helpful and they get the orders right which can't be said about a lot of places. I do most of my business with this company purely based on the customer service and the good products they provide. If you need anything roofing, gardening or just about anything for your home needs, check these guys out. Home depot and Lowes can learn a few things from these guys. (well, more than a few things)

Great local place to go for all your hardware needs. I love going to ACE especially because it's in such a convenient location and I can stop without having to drive out to 145.
