Store was dirty and unorganized. Sale items marked incorrectly. Employees were about as apathetic as you'd expect over worked and underpaid employees to be. Store was severely understaffed as well. Garbage and cigarette butts littered the front of the building as if to warn you not to go in.

Dollar General is a place where yoy can get discounted items. There are times whern there may be a long line. But rarely. Dollar General ts to me known to be a quick stop shopping experience. In and out. Now. if you are looking for quality products, then this might not be the place to shop. Brand name products may not even be a choice there. And iff so, you may not see a discount at all. So, Its up to your personal preference whether you can accept buying generic or dollar General named products.

I find that the staff is extremely friendly here and they try their best, considering the fact that they are understaffed. Yes the store is not the most organized but they’re constantly getting product in with only a few employees to put it away. If you’ve worked in customer service before you would understand.

I really like this Dollar General in Northampton because they have a great selection of items that they overturned quickly and all of the staff here are very friendly and helpful!

Decent selections of products & staff is great, there are just not enough of them. The place always has a line with minimum of 5 people, the aisles are jammed with carts of product that needs to be put away. Again, staff is great & friendly. Place is just a mess due to lack of employees.

Found great deals on summer clothes on clearance at 70% off. Paid less than $20 for 9 outfits for children. Staff is always friendly and willing to help find things.

A lot of cool stuff. They had different things than you would normally find in a high traffic area Dollar general store. I walked out with some good deals. I also spotted some really cute home accessories in their little wedding section....some sparkly votive holders and lights, also some really cute candles. They definitely have different things than the Nazareth Dollar General does. I think I'll stop in here more often. The checkout clerk was really nice as well.

This store is terrible. Where are the employees ever??...no one is ever up front. U always have to squeeze a stuffed animal to get them up front. And I don't see them around the store so where are they. And the dark haired male...the kid...always smells like alcohol. Weird store

I was very impressed they remodeled the store allowing the aisles to seem wider it is brighter in the store it's not so drab looking they rearranged their counters for check out I was very happy when I went there tonight and I do like this Dollar General it is the only one I go to in this area and I live in Coplay So good job Dollar General I am very happy with your remodel looks great

My family loves this store! It’s local and easy to walk to if you need to. They have pretty much same stuff as Walmart but better prices because they have their own brand. Employees are very nice and helpful

I have never seen a store in such horrible condition. The floors were filthy, there were carts filled with product in almost ever aisle and the shelves were a wiped out and a mess. This store should not be open to the public in this condition.

WOW!!! Quicker than a " Quik stop shop". Got exactly what I needed & the most courteous cashier anyone could hope for on a Sunday morning. Parked 30 feet from the front door!

Place is always a mess and I can never find what I'm looking for easily. The employees are rude and no help except for like 2 of them. It's a dollar general though, so I wouldn't expect anything else.

I have never seen this store in the condition it was tonight! Carts shopping carts and totes filled with products everywhere! Shelves empty and a mess! This used to be a nice store ... not anymore!

This dollar general is not as good as the one somewhere off of cedar crest. Close to that awesome 🍣 place. If I was reviewing that dollar general. I would give it 6 stars. But I'm not, because it is not.

Half the lights in the sign out shows you the quality of the store. I'll go there if I absolutely have to. I absolutely dont have to so I don't.

Neither register was working, the only cashier working had a screwdriver trying to fix the card reader. The line was backing up and nobody was informing customers that either register wasn't working

It's ok. Feel like they weeded out alot of your quick stop to buy household things you want to grab for your pantry are not there like before.

Quick and convenient. It's close to home and easy in and out. Quick for shopping for work gloves or odds and ends.
