Love it here! They do a great job on my Penny who isn't a fan of getting a bath! They are kind and patient. They even let me and my boys hang out while our doggy got clean! The price is right for bath, nails, ears, and teeth and they even threw in cute little necklace and nail painting! It's the only place we've been since living here and will continue to be the only!

I decided to get my cat shaved here, since it's closer to home and a family member got their cat done here.Well I had to cancel my appointment due to an emergency and wanted to reschedule, but the lady didn't even let me finish talking. She said I spoke to someone else but shed cancel it for me and then immediately said "don't think I don't know what's going on, everything is recorded in my shop. Bye bye" and hung up.Like woah! Have no idea what that was towards and why, but it was very unprofessional and now I'm definitely looking for another shop ✌️

Dog and People Friendly. I like it because I can stay with my dogs in the grooming room, while they are getting groomed. My dogs like our presence, and we are there for the dogs support.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but what an amazing experience. Being there with my dog while they worked on him was great. Such an open and welcoming shop. They even made my 3 year old granddaughter feel secure and welcomed.They have a client for life.Thank you

A terrific experience! I took in my 10 year old amputee German shepherd dog for a brush out. Leo is not at all fond of strangers, doesn't make friends easily, does not like to be touched by people he doesn't know. Beth approached him slowly and with respect and within moment had him on the table and began brushing. He can't stand very long because of his rear limb amputation and so she used her body position to steady him. I was impressed!The shop was immaculate when we walked in. No dog hair on the floor (like in some beauty salons I've been to), no tools scattered about, no wet towels on the floor. And it smelled clean, not like wet dogs or cigarette smoke as was mentioned in another review.Thank you, Beth, for helping Leo overcome his dislike of strangers and making him look fantastic!

Absolutely love this place. I’ve been coming here for a while I’ve brought 4 different dogs to here and they loved it. I loved it. Highly recommend for anyone who has a big breed dog that other places don’t take like pits and mastiffs or German shepherd. Billie is the best

Billie is AMAZING 😻! She really cares about your pet and being allowed to stay in the salon is so reassuring. My Pekachu always comes back so beautiful. My vet commented about her pretty coat. she is Lab/Shep and gets very furry and Billie cleans her up wonderfully!

If I could give Billly 10 stars I would..My daughter's bernedoodle was home for the holiday and due to so many previous incidents with groomers he's a bit skittish and really overgrown... matted in places and just in dire need of a good grooming.I had heard of Doggy Styles from a neighbor and made a call to setup an appointment. In that initial phone conversation she was so sweet and understanding of the situation and was able to setup a time for him and his mom to go in.We knew that the best situation was for mom to be there the entire time. And Billy was wonderful.She was so caring and meticulous with him.I and my daughter couldn’t be happier with the result and with how great Billy was. Thank you so very very much.Highly recommend if you have a nervous pup, take the time to stay with them and help them and Doggy Styles will take care of the rest.Remember, you the owner/fur parent should be responsible for your furchild. You should be there to help and support of necessary.

We have been taking our dog to her for a bunch of years. We kept coming because we have a difficult dog with grooming. In the past I have always had to participate in the grooming, even though we paid full price. But recently phone calls go unanswered. And the appointment we had scheduled weeks ago, we arrived on time and sat in front of building for a full hour,all the while calling. No response and no show. We are finished there

Great atmosphere for an anxious dog, as your pup is the only one there at a time. Owner was calm and patient with my anxious guy. Both of my dogs came home looking, smelling and feeling fabulous!

I brought my Pomeranian in there today and he isn’t an easy dog to work with but Billie the owner is awesome and she knows how to handle my dog I was so relieved!! I would recommend her 100 percent !!!!!! Great experience

About eight years ago, my Irish Setter got out and ran through the woods for a few hours. He came out with most of the forest attached to his body. I called Doggie Styles (kind of out of the blue) and they took him right in and shaved him clean, doing an excellent, excellent job.I have been taking him to Doggie Styles ever since. As he's gotten older, he's needed some extra TLC during the process, and they have provided it in abundance.This place is great, on all levels.

We have been bringing our boy in since 2010. Bilee and her crew are amazing with him. Patient, Quiet and Loving not only to our boy but to all the pups and kitties who drop in for a bath , groom and a little gossip with their 4 legged pals.Absolutely love these ladies.

I never thought my pup would let another person get near him with clippers besides me. My sensitive boy quickly adapted to Beth who took her time establishing his trust with play. He is full of life now and we love his ears. Thank you!

The worst pet grooming place in the planet!! I swear they are crackheads working in this place! Work grooming my cat has ever had. I guess I should have known better with a name of Doggy Stylz. Never take your pet to this place! I wish I could give it a negative 5 stars!!

Although I have no experience writing reviews or much experience visiting dog grooming locations, after reading the dissatisfied reviews prior to taking my dog here I felt it needed an update and more detailed view of a customer experience.I have a 3 year old well mannered beagle I needed grooming in a hurry. I called Doggy Styles and made an appointment for the following day due to my former groomer moving out of state. At the time of my appointment I was ten minutes early. The staff was ready for my dog at the exact time of my appointment, even though they did have another dog in the salon, which had me pleased. I had requested the services of a bath and dry, anal gland cleansing, and nail cutting for routine maintenance for my dog. We started with the bath and to my surprise my dog was well behaved and cared for in the process. He entered the tub and was secured with a collar cable to the tub (so he wouldn't jump out) and was shampooed twice, had his glands eliminated and then had a conditioner applied last. He was then moved to a table where he would be dried and was secured in the same fashion he had been for the washing which in my opinion looked more dangerous in thought than reality. The staff dried my dog with a hose similar to a vacuum air dry machine. Although my dog hates the sound of a vacuum and hairdryer alike, he had no problem being dried with the mechanical air dryer to my surprise. After all dried and fluffed, we moved on to the nail cutting. My dog hates dremmel cutting and is usually very squirmy and unruly at home if I even attempt to trim his nails. I let the staff know before hand of his dislike of nail trimmings and we tried to make the necessary cutting as comfortable as we could. One staff member did the dremmeling while another held my dog in a headlock like position while I tried to talk and pet my dog to keep him calm. Although my dog squirmed and tried to pull away I do not believe he was being hurt being held like this. In all honesty, there would be no other way to hold him to allow us access to his nails. I have read other reviews of animals being held down and this was not the case, in my experience. The staff even asked me to let them know if at any point I feel like the cutting is too much for my dog, and they would stop and give him a break. All in all, I spent an hour inside the salon with my dog during these services. The staff were friendly enough although- a little more interaction or conversation would have been welcomed. I did not witness any questionable behavior by any staff during my experience although I felt most comfortable being with my pet throughout the entire grooming for his sake and mine.If you're looking for a place that will cut your dogs mane and groom your dog into a champion show dog or cat, this may not be the place for you. If you're looking for a high end ritzy Beverly Hills doggie salon, this may not be the place for you. If you're looking for special above and beyond treatment for you or your pet, this may not be the place for you. If you're looking to have your dog groomed for everyday maintenance for the sake and health of your pet, this is a place you could try. I believe I had a decently pleasant experience with Doggy Styles salon and only an hour after my appointment my dog is back to his typical personality and is enjoying his day a cleaner more maintained beagle with not a care in the world as usual. I guess the same is true with any service, it's all about realistic expectations for getting what you pay for.

They don't even deserve a half of a star. I dropped my cat off to get a lion cut and what happened instead was that they cut her skin on her underbelly and hacked her hair so bad, I've never seen anything like it. When I went in to pick her up, they had 4 people huddled over a poor puppy who refused to let them go any further on him or her. The owner Billie had to be called in because the people working didn't know what to do with this poor puppy who was shaking to death. She came in screaming and cursing about it being her day off and told them to send the damn dog home like he was. I was so engrossed in what was going on, I didn't even notice the horrific job they did on my cat because they already snuck her into the carrier. I didn't notice what they had done to her until I got home. If I showed you pictures, which I do have, you wouldn't take any of your pets there. Her excuse was that my cat was vicious. My 8 yr-old cat has been cut many times at other salons with no complaints. If they had a problem, they should have stopped and called me. Instead, they cut her so badly, it could not be fixed. She would not give me my money back and instead of apologizing, cursed and screamed at me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE!! She and her staff are IDIOTS and INCOMPETANT!

Had my Goldendoodle Daisy there today, Beth and Richie were amazing, they sat on floor and played with Daisy and made her comfortable and Daisy really liked them alot. I see so many negative reviews and think alot of them are bogus or from other groomers, I gave them a chance and Im happy I did, definetly gonna keep going there and recommend them to everyone!

Groomed dogs of all sizes and breeds and groomed cats and gave them lion cuts and flea dips. Costs were based on the dogs behavior and their size we put pride into the hard to handle ani.als that no other groomer wanted back after the first grooming appointment. Next time the. owner made an appointment at. DOGGIE STYLES SALON &. SPA. NORTHAMPTON PA. BESIDE THE ROXY MOVIE THEATER. COME AND CHECK US OUT. NOW!!!

My first experience was satisfactory. My second experience was from a horror flick for me and the dog. My dog was freaked out for 3 days. If you love your pet go somewhere reputable.
