Placing the order was simple the person I spoke with was very personable and kind they even understood when I needed to reschedule at last notice. The cakes came out beautifully just as I pictured they would be and they tasted great and cake was soft and fluffy!! Ty Cake Terminals! I definitely recommended to my family and friends!

Excellent service. I wanted a custom cake made for my daughter’s birthday, I emailed what I wanted and got exactly what I asked for. Response time it super quick and it was easy to communicate what I wanted. The cake looked amazing and tasted really good. I also wanted a last minute 2nd cake and Guy Daniel made it work. Highly recommend if anyone wants a custom cake made.

“Probably the most delicious cake I’ve ever eaten!”This was quite often spoken at my daughter’s wedding. They chose a smaller cutting cake that was lemon, flavored with raspberry ganache and white icing. They also chose to separate sheet cakes, one with the same flavor and the other with chocolate chips and chocolate ganache. Both delicious! They delivered to our venu and even nicely arranged extra flowers we had on the cake! I would highly recommend!

I will never go to any other place when ordering a cake but here at Cake Terminal!! I sent a picture of what I wanted with a few adjustments—Everyone at the party was blown away how beautiful the cake was. We didn’t even want to cut it but oh how deliciously moist it tasted. 3 layers (2 vanilla and one chocolate) with strawberry buttercream filling. I would recommend everyone try Cake Terminal. Want to add how helpful and accommodating they were. I didn’t give them much time when ordering. They said yes we can do that for you. 5 stars is the highest rating but they’re at 10 to me💞

A small family owned business. The cake was PHENOMENAL. I provided a cake idea from google and they nailed it to a T! I got the red velvet cake with cream cheese icing and my husband said it was the best red velvet cake he’s ever had. The flavors were spot on. I will definitely be ordering from cakes terminal again!

I have been getting my cakes here for the last 3 years, 3 weeks ago my kids had the flu and I had to cancel my 9 year olds’ birthday party and cancel his cake order a day before the party. I understand the cancellation policy and understand that I won’t be refunded for the late cancellation.On a wimp I messaged them at 10pm on December 30th, the night before his postponed party date hoping they may have a Roblox cake available. They said they didn’t. And then messaged me in the morning telling me they had an extra cake in the freezer that matched our previously ordered flavor and they would try to make the cake before the party as they were busy that morning and were making no promises. Not only did they go out of their way to try when they had no obligation to but they decorated his cake exactly how we ordered it and had it ready for us.This type of service is unheard of. The owner even messaged me later that day and apologized for not greeting my son and I when we picked it up. Unheard of. I’m amazed by their humanity and incredibly grateful for them. Thank you so much for adding some magic to our holiday season. I was still going to hire them for future celebrations after learning about the cancellation policy because I understand business and they’ve always been amazing and this just solidified my stance and I will tell everyone where to buy cakes and treats. Oh and their cakes taste amazing. They have a customer for life.

Just bought 2 cakes and 24 cupcakes from Cakes Terminal this weekend for a party. They were beautiful and delicious. My favorite part is that I was able to do everything online! I hate talking on the phone so every email I sent asking a question or confirming an order was responded to quickly and my order was correct and ready for pickup on time. No hassle whatsoever. My new go to!

Update: I went back to Cakes Terminal as promised, this time for my niece's engagement cake, and once again it was delicious and beautiful!!Cakes Terminal made my sister’s 50th birthday cake and it was amazing! It was both beautiful and delicious, and working with Guy was so great! He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, patient and so helpful! I will definitely go back, and I recommend them to anyone!

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a company. I live in CA and was trying to get 2 cakes delivered in PA. Guy from Cakes Terminal gave the most helpful, kind and responsive customer service and bent over backwards to help make the delivery happen. The cakes were beautiful, delicious, and loved by the recipient. I give this company and it’s employees 5 glowing stars! Such a wonderful company with gorgeous cakes and incredible customer service.

The owner was very courteous, detailed and polite on the phone He had a 3 tier avenger cake ready within a week of order. Delivered to my home on time. The cake looked exactly like the picture and my daughter was very pleased. I had called other local bakeries with disappointing results. This one is by far the best .
