Had to pick up two household items today and popped into Target. The store is always immaculate! I love exploring all departments. You never know what may catch your eye. I am always able to obtain the items on my list and find some fun items for my home, my granddaughter and for my reading pleasure! Always a fun trip. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Went to the other target for a specific valentines candle they directed me to this store claiming they had it in stock. Didn’t find a single valentines candle let alone the one I specifically wanted. Asked 2 different employees who had no idea if they had any valentines candle left anywhere in the store while my app was still showing they had some left in stock

My favorite family go to store!!!Love the location it’s situated in proximity to a lot of major retailers. Although Target is probably a one stop and shop for me most of the time.Great amount of selections and products are well stocked.Prices are standard of course.Staff has greatly improved on greeting and assisting! Great job!!Service is fantastic. They definitely keep the lines moving for pick up, returns or concerns.Cleanliness is great, especially in the ladies bathroom.Overall I enjoy Target very much.

This target is disgusting. I ran in to grab some grocery items and mostly everything was out of stock. The aisles were blocked with carts and merchandizing carts. I bought Gatorade and when I got home there was gum stuck between the bottles.

This store is always a mess. Shopping and other carts just blocking aisles. Layoout is different from many other locations. The number of clothing racks crammed into sections make is very difficult to navigate with a cart. They also don't have the variety or selection of some items like other stores.

I work here actually stocking the shelves and the backroom is often a nightmare. The store itself has decent pricing. I wish we could stick shelves more when the customers aren't in the store, but we don't have that luxury unfortunately. I feel like having carts out like we do causes a decrease in customer satisfaction if I'm honest. Overall I personally would shop here for specific cheap things if I had the funds to do so. There's a lot of stuff to buy there that is cheap and would be good for college students who are moving into dorms.

Listen, if you want to buy something from Target, then you go to Target and buy it. They make it really easy to complete transactions. For example, if you brought some money with you, all you need to do to get some sweet new products is the following: 1) walk around the store noting everything that catches your eye, 2) once you’ve made your choices, pick it/them up and it/take them to a checkout line, 3) now here it gets a little tricky...you have to choose a line to get into. As you may know, if you pick the wrong line, you may have to wait quite a while here, so choose wisely, 4) once you get to the checkout person, they will ring up all your items and tell you how much you have to pay, 5) (we’re on the home stretch now!) pull some money out and hand it over. That’s all there is to it! Now all that’s left to do is to take your new goods home with you. Happy shopping!!!

I have had many issues with my drive up orders having the incorrect items in it and some issues getting the correct ones to fix the order. However, when I brought this to the front end manager, Mandy’s, attention she was incredible. She made sure she fixed the issues and was so kind. Her and Becca really went out of their way to make it right and provide great customer service. Thank you!

ONE cash register opened on a Sunday at 11 am?!? There had to be at least 30 employees working (stocking shelfs, putting pickup orders together, standing around talking, standing in line ordering Starbucks etc.) but only ONE register open. This is NOT a lack of employees this is a lack of management being able to make the store run efficiently. Also with the amount of stocking items going on it was impossible to shop, every where you turned you were stuck with boxes and employees in the way stocking shelfs. Maybe Sunday afternoon is not the best time for this. I could barely get any items in the travel size section due to an employee standing there stocking and refusing to move out of the way for shoppers. Over all just an unpleasant shopping experience. Hopefully changes are made like more registers opened on a weekend.

Mandee and Brittany are 2 bias racist individuals. Brittany didn’t like the fact that I went to guess service to make a purchase and to inquire about an item that had 2 different prices. When I asked Brittany about the price difference she told me the price was the price and that was it, so I ask for a Manager Brittany gave me the look of death and before the Manager could come out Brittany ran to Mande and told Mande something so I couldn’t hear her. Mande who is the Manager was just as worst she insinuated that I switched a tag stating that the tag on the item was an item that target didn’t carry. When I asked for the price to be adjusted because the clearance price that I seen is what made me want to purchase the item Mande told real nasty no it looks like this tag was tempered with and pilled the tag off. These girls were a disgrace, and I would never shop at target ever again in life.

The pick-up experience was wonderful for the items Target had. The one disappointment was that I made the order primarily because one store had an item I wanted in stock. After I placed the order, I found out via email that the item was out of stock. If I want the item, I either have to pay a delivery charge or order enough to avoid one. Target could hit a home run if the app prompts you to choose whether you want the out of stock item delivered so you can get the item you want without a delivery charge or you can decline if you don’t want it.

0/10; would not recommend--What disappointment, absolute apallment, and overall exasperation is: While shopping in Montgomeryville Target, my sister and I were profiled as people needing close amd reproachful monitoring. My sister and I eagerly await the displays of the black owned brands and/or black designers that have recently made their way to being merchandised and sold in Target. We frequently shop, buy, and try on Kahlana Barfield Brown, as well as the other black designers that get featured/introduced in the store. As a sidenote, we often do our grocery and homegoods shopping here as well. So needless to say, I was astounded to find myself victim to feeling less than welcomed during this visit (01/06/23). My sister and I arrived at about 5:30pm, and after collecting a cart full of treasures, we proceeded to the fitting room which was unattended, but open. We enter the very first fitting room and try on our items; taking pictures to recall the fit/look of items needed to purchase online at a later date (due to the store lacking sizes needed for us). While we were in there for some time-- conversing and enjoying our sisterly bonding-- we were rudely and agressively interrupted with harsh knocking on door and abrasive inquiries. Startled and taken aback, I almost responded just as rudely as to whether her assistance would be better served elsewhere since she wasn't summoned. However, my sister spoke before I did and merely requested a size exchange for an item; which was not found. When my sister and I were finally finished trying on our items, we are greeted with an entire entourage of [4] employees, and a male who was identified by his jacket bearing "Security" upon it. He stood, with the other four employees at the fitting room entryway, merely glaring and standing as if to intimidate menancingly as my sister handed over the small pile of "rejects" and securing the over $500 worth of items we wound up purchasing, and squeezing past them all as they barracaded us exiting. Upon us squeezing past them all, security ran into the fitting room my sister and I had just left, scouring for what, is unbeknowest to me. However, his search was only that one room in particular, and nowhere else. The room two doors down from my sister and my room occupied by a toddler whose mother and father interchangeably entered and exited was not searched upon their completion of trying on items. This "security" also neglected to patrol or peruse the store. In fact, for the many visits to Target, I have never seen any patrol of any sort by security throughout the store, nor the fitting room. Thus, I was perplexed. I returned to the fitting room and noticed that only one employee was stationed there, and security was nowhere to be seen. I asked the attendent where the security was, and why it was deemed necessary to search the room after my sister and I had left it. I was informed that security always does so hourly. I informed her how odd that was considering the time was 7:20pm, so what hour is this security sweep conducted? And why only the one room that my sister and I had occupied? I requested to speak to and express my utter disgust and hurt with the manager. I met with Kyle, the manager on duty, and AmyLynn, the training lead. I also asked for the name of the security, and was told his name was Matt. While Kyle and AmyLynn expressed how they were sorry for this experiance my sister and I edured, it does not negate how horrid our trip turned out. My sister and I resentfully purchased our items for the sole factor of supporting black brands and designers, otherwise we would have been more than happy to not have purchased a blessed thing! I will say that I will happily drive 8.7miles (22mins) to the Plymouth Meeting store, than to return to Montgomeryville (3.4miles = 12mins) to ensure that they benefit from my sister and my patronage from henceforth.

I really wish I could rate this higher but because of one employee’s customer service, I wish I could rate it lower. My mother and I were there for stocking stuffers and a nice pair of pants. When I got up to the checkout, I was met with a rude man names Lee. I told him my mother with the cart was coming and I got a huge groan and eye roll. Whilst checking out the pit of pants, the price was not listed. He responded with “there’s no price on this, what do you want me to do?” I nicely said that they were with the other ones and the price listed was $19.99. He again rudely said to me “we’ll you could have at least gotten one with a correct tag”. Again met with hostility. I feel so distraught about this reaction. I will not be shopping here until with problem with Lee is resolved. Beware of Lee, future shoppers.
