I just ate the worst fried chicken I've ever had at this place. I am 100% sure this is chicken from yesterday that they re-heated. They forgot my hot sauce too. On the plus side, management has a good cut and paste template to make it look like they care about the 1 star reviews. Trust me, they do not care. This place gets worse every visit

I was thrilled when I found that this was coming in. This is SE PA, and if you throw a rock, you can hit a Wawa.Their chicken and potato wedges are both amazing, and it's an awesome change of pace.Unfortunately, over the last couple years, 8+/10 times I've been there looking for food, they have nothing, or almost nothing available. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day.

The stores are gross. The bathrooms are atrocious there is like a greasy haze everywhere in the store (look at photo of windows )🤮that dark path that you see is tracked out of the store from Greece it’s on the floorThis store is in upper Gwynedd

Easily one of the most DISGUSTING bathrooms I’ve been in. It looked like the toilet itself hasn’t been cleaned in years. The sink area was so gross that it felt like you’d contract a disease just trying to wash your hands. I realize it’s a gas station, but I’ve never seen a public bathroom so nasty.

A man who has served me and my partner alcohol multiple times, keep in mind I am well over 21, told us he needs both of our ids and we’re lucky this time. Sounds like he was just mad he had to make us food at 12:30am, sorry buddy that 12:30 is when some people get off their shifts!!!! We are regulars to this place, again this man has served us before, but the disrespect was unbearable. There are many amazing workers here who recognize the individuals who help keep their business going but, this guy wasn’t it!!! Don’t waste your time here if you get off of work late! There’s a Wawa up sumneytown pike about 2 minutes away, better to spend your money there.

The worst service ever. This is by far the wort royal farm location. Kid was on the phone the entire time making my food and forgot my Mac and cheese. I didn't realize it as I had to go find and bag and the bag holder fell so I picked it all up. When I asked for help he just walked away. Oh and they burned my waffle. Avoid this location. Zero stars

This placed was empty for a many years, recently new Royal farms was opened. I really like it as it’s near to my home and can buy beers and wine by walk till midnight. Breakfast is okay and they sell fried chicken(world famous chicken 😎). Maintenance is clean and tidy with rest rooms. Gas prices are reasonable compared to others..

Nice clean place to get gas. Lots of pumps and good to have the 88 octane grade. Went into the store and found the clerk standing but asleep at mid-day. Courtesy was not in her skill set as when asked where an item was she pointed generally and seemed annoyed I asked.

I went in to get lunch one day and I walked up to the counter to order food. The woman behind the counter right in front of me screams in my face that food is going to take an hour to make...There was three other people in the building. I have never had a problem here before and she looked new. Their drink coolers were also empty except for their bad ice tea and the food has started to decline since they opened. The service at this location isn't much better. Also refuse to get gas here anymore. The machines never print receipts and the pumps are not calibrated correctly.

The hot chocolate machine sprayed boiling hot liquid on me and they DO NOTHING to fix the situation. don’t use the cappuccino machine if it’s that gummed up (gross) awful customer service. Not even a free coffee or an apology until I’m leaving. Cowardice and lack of initiative to solve or repair the situation.

Drink refrigerator is always understocked literally every time I come in here. Rows of drinks missing. Even common drinks like Coke or even just chocolate milk are never stocked. Coffee counter is always understocked as well. Annoying when you make a whole coffee and there aren't even any stirrers or creamers available. The coffee tastes stale, I don't think they ever clean the machines. I'll usually come in here expecting to buy some basic item that I could easily find in any other convenience store, but everything is severely understocked and they never have what I'm looking for. Never going to a Royal Farms again. Wawa ftw.

Been there to get a quick bite to eat before a few times and now I notice they won't make my food until well after I've paid for it. Not at all what they do for other customers who are not black. I almost didn't want it after I noticed the woman making it wasn't wearing a hair net.

Courtney is the absolute best!! Not only does she always make sure people checking out don’t wait, but she is super sweet and very friendly! A few weeks ago she went out of her way to help me, even though she didn’t need to. And I had the pleasure of running into her again tonight. This girl needs a raise!! She goes above and beyond! I waited until the 4th bad experience to write about it. Each time I've gotten breakfast at this place it's been bad. I've gotten cold food, sandwiches on bread that's falling apart, and straight up the wrong thing. I can't speak to the quality of the rest of the food but the breakfast needs a lot of work.

Got a 2 piece white meat meal with wedges. I'm my quest to find a royal farms with decent food in my area since I recently moved from Maryland. I drove a little further to this place and not was I disappointed. Had to spit the wing out my mouth and into my hand it was just foul. The wedges were very dark and you could tell someone is not keeping up with the oil cleanliness which is made super easy with those expensive pressure fryers Royal Farms has. It's really a shame cause if the attention to these details is kept the product is almost always delicious but it requires someone who cares and you don't see that often out here im noticing.

Terrible. Barely any stock, half of the fountain machine was out of order, no inventory of drinks, dirty, and lack of any greet or customer service. How is this place even still in business. Will never be going back to this location. I hardly write any reviews, so for me to write this; that's how bad it is.

Mashed potatoes are disgusting. How do you mess up mashed potatoes? Potato wedges also inedible. Mac and cheese was ok. Chicken was ok. $30 bucks for four drums and 3 drinks. Never again.

Be careful with pump, it fueled 28 gallons of gas in a 25 gallons tank and it was half way on my wood chipper, and just because the system just give $100 dollars otherwise it will continue pumping air on the tank, San said that Jay her boss is going to call call me to see what was the problem but looks like they don’t care, I know is not manager fault but she should put a a paper with out service on that pump, they continue with that problem, because and check how many gallons you get in you car
