I really love going to PetSmart. It's great that I can take my pup in so he can pick out his own toys and treats. I hear that the groomers are really great there too so I'm going to give them a trial run and set up an appointment to have my dog's nails clipped. The store was clean and well organized I didn't have any trouble finding what I needed and the staff was really friendly.

Call them today they had the prescription food I needed. The lowest price around by far the same as the chewy price. As usual they had the big waiting for me and they brought it out to my car, I'm disabled what more could you want. They've been on point for 20 years, highly recommended.

Needed to pick up some cat food that PetSmart usually has cheaper than other stores. Found what I was looking for easily. Checkout was quick and easy. Parking is really big with plenty of spaces. The only negative I have, is that they put the cat food all the way at the back of the store.

Dog Boarding staff was very friendly and accommodating. Came 2 days early to pick up my dog after 3pm and they didn’t charge me for the whole day! Saved on getting him early and they deducted the 2 nights off my bill. Had him scheduled for 2 more nights.I dropped off my dog at 7am Tuesday morning and picked him up Sunday after 3pm. My total bill was $305!I recommend using this Petsmart to board your dog. They’ll use your own dog food, you can bring your dog bed and medications. 5 Stars!

Pet Smart Grooming at Montgomeryville/North Wales is the BEST! My Sadie (Aussiedoodle) loves being groomed by Kelly. Kelly is so kind and treats Sadie as her own pup! And Kelly is the most amazing groomer!! Thank you Pet Smart and Kelly!!

Came in today shopping for gifts for my two young cats. I have also been wanting to adopt a third, so I figured while I was in the store I would stop by Stray Cat Blues and go home with a cat today. The lady who volunteers there (she had brown hair, glasses, and a pink shirt on) not only ignored me, but treated me with nothing but disrespect. Which in the eyes of someone who wants to adopt, that is a HUGE red flag. I had my eyes on a cat while I was there and not only was I ignored, when I said something to her she treated me as if I was just a nobody. Judging by her lack of respect towards me, It seemed as if she believed I wasnt serious. Even though I said I was. I then asked if they would be here tomorrow because I knew I would have to fill out an application, and she then said "we are here everyday." With a horrible look on her face, and then goes "You know you have to fill out an application online right?" And I said "Yes which is why I asked if you were here tomorrow."... If you want people to adopt from you, atleast treat them nicely, it looks as if you dont care if the cats get adopted or not.Also, not only that, but the lady upfront at the counter was rude, and someone needs to tell her she needs some deodorant cause that in itself made me want to either turn away the sale or go to another register, and then throw up.Do better.

I am only rating on my quick experience. So I have no pictures.I had an online order that was ready for pickup. Waited in a very long line but the staff was able to professionally and efficiently move things along.Was greeted well and she grabbed my order quickly and all was good.Overall the store did very well executing what I needed and left there in great time.Thanks PetSmart!!

Please make sure your employees are aligned with your company standards. My husband came in to get prescription dog food today (from a Banfield vet that referred us to the external prescribing vet/pet hospital, by the way). Cashier informed my husband that he needed a vet card from Banfield to retrieve the vet-prescribed dog food. He went to a different Petsmart and was able to purchase the prescription food using only the script that was given to him by the non-Banfield vet.

Helpful staff. Usually clean store. Prices are a little high. But sales usually make up for it. Wonderful kennel and grooming staff and service. Will continue to go there.

When I was choosing a groomer for Prince I had doubts using a large salon. I called around town trying to get an appointment with smaller businesses. I was placed on a waiting list and left messages at other establishments. I was surprised I didn’t get any return calls. I called PetSmart and setup an appointment. The real judge was Prince. Prince gets excited when I bring him in for a grooming! He kisses the staff and is truly happy!! I am happy he looks so terrific when I pick him up. I also love their PET REPORT they give me on his experience!!!!

Walked in.. walked right out (after waiting 10-15 min to be acknowledged.) Filthy, smelly and 4 hours to groom a 10 lb dog for $75+. No one in there had a smile and it was as if they were trying to cram as many dogs in as they could. No wonder I was able to get an appt right away.

The grooming staff is wonderful. Everyone is friendly and attentive. Kate is my dog’s personal groomer since my arthritis prevents me from keeping her in show coat. We are both retired and Kate always makes Flurry look like the champion she is. Over the years I have referred Kate to other Tibetan Terrier owners because she really knows how to give them the cutest haircuts. Flurry gives Kate 11 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

took my 3 year old dog here back in 2022 for boarding. Something I’ll never do again. Front desk lady/lady who took my dog to the back wasn’t really engaged. Seem to have an attitude. I sent my dog with more than enough food, and I was told she didn’t want to eat. However, when I picked up my pup, I didn’t receive her leftovers?? I’m 100% sure she didn’t eat all those portions because she refused to eat. (She’s a rescue and timid, so i knew that would happen). Her paws were also yellow, meaning that she wasn’t taken out to use the restroom enough, rather than sitting in her urine. She is 100% crate trained and never potty in her cage. My dog also seemed a bit off like she was trapped in a cage for hours without being taken out.

It's great my boy Zak is there to play and stay over one night. And get to hang out with a bunch of new friends, and be the mini Wolfe that his annsissters were. Learning and just plane fun. He is also learning, People, and other dogs, are Not out to Hurt him. It's been a long road to get him to see this, and it's still a work in progress. But he knows I will be ok. Lol, but it's always a good feeling at Petsmart.

I took my puppy there about three times and the third was the last time. My puppy is a 5 month old Shih Tzu and I was told she was being very aggressive when they tried to trim her face, even with multiple people trying to manage her, so they didn’t do it. I decided to take her to locally owned groomer and they had NO problems with her, that wasn’t typical for a 5 month old puppy getting used to being groomed. The local groomer took the time that a puppy may need to get used the grooming process and it only took one person that was able to give her a full haircut even. I’m sure the skill level and not trying to rush pets in and out the door was a huge contributor. When I took her to Petsmart, they would call me saying she was ready after having her for 30 mins. That said, I know they are a business and operate their way but the grooming operation at PetSmart North Wales wasn’t a good fit for my dog.

Store was clean, well stocked and staff were very friendly. We dropped off our dog for grooming and were called a few hours later for pick-up. Love the cut and our dog is very happy. Groomer was great and followed directions and used our supplied shampoo.

I volunteer for Stray Cat Blues and clean cages at PetSmart in North Wales. Almost all the employees are very nice. Pets hotel and Banfield staff are also great.

When I was here, they had only one person checking everyone in for both the hotel and grooming. It was so slow and painful. It's really awful for people that have nervous pets. I wish Petsmart would automate things more. For instance, allow customers to upload their required documents PRIOR to drop-off. Allow customers to use docusign online to sign appropriate forms - if needed. These shenanigans of having a huge line and people getting irritated with the situation does no one any favors. It's 2023 Petsmart. It's time to get caught up.

my mother dog in for something completely unrelated come back my dog have the worst haircut of his life nobody ever asked them to do that and mind you it looks terrible, embarrassing even I don’t know who was responsible but they genuinely deserve to be fired. I plan on coming in person because whatever they charged my mother I want it back and to speak with the person who did it.

I will never use them to groom my dog. They injured my dog and never called me. I should have been called immediately and given the option to take her to my vet. I think that they are concerned about QUANTITY rather than QUALITY.

This review is for the grooming salon, I had appointment scheduled for my dog yesterday 01/03/2022 for grooming When I walked into the salon all the people standing there looked least interested on welcoming/checking us in. The person we were scheduled was kaitlyn, she had strange expressions on her face and did not look interested on giving service to my dog. I have mentioned before coming that my dog is sensitive and emotionally attached, she did not even try to be friendly with him and matter fact looked scared even though he didn't bark. He was just scared to be in a new place. The groomer dined the service by saying my dog have anxiety and we should go somewhere else for grooming. First of all if someone have anxiety you try to comfort them and try to be friendly but she did nothing like that. I asked couple other groomer who were just sitting and using phones if someone else who is capable of doing the service would do it but they said same thing in a very bad tone. Not all dogs are perfect and most dogs have different personality and to be in a profession of working with animals you must be able to adapt. My dog is by no means viscous or dangerous and this person should have been able to make him feel comfortable or at least attempt to make him feel it that way which obviously wasn't done.

Just was at the PetSmart in Montgomeryville. I went in to purchase a bag of the Pro Plan Hydrolyzed food . Was confronted by the cashier and a rather rude little manger who thought he was a Big Man by rudely approaching me as he did and insisted that I have a Vet RX card to purchase the same food I bought 2 months ago. I informed everyone there that a different cashier at the time let me make the purchase . He of course then proceeded to tell me that none of his employees would sell me that food without a prescription card . So along with this review I am posting a picture of the receipt from 12/08/22 .
