We had a situation this summer where my mom’s stray cat, Ralph, showed up with six kittens. I called every local shelter and animal rescue around me and they all said no we can’t accept more cats. When I called Feline Frenzy, the owner immediately said she could help. She had the four kittens I could catch adopted quickly and sent me photos of them with their happy families so I wouldn’t worry. Little did we know that Ralph was already pregnant again. So a few months later, Feline Frenzy supported me when Ralph had a second litter of kittens that I fostered, and she found Ralph a forever home, too. Most recently, I was able to trap the last two kittens from Ralph’s first batch, who are very shy and need socializing. Feline Frenzy took them because they have wonderful volunteers who work with shy, scared cats. In fact there are volunteers daily to love and play with all the cats, providing some comfort and fun for these homeless kitties. With towers, toys, and beds galore, the cheerful room is like a cat’s dream.If it had not been for Feline Frenzy, I wouldn’t have been able to save any of those cats, but with their help, 12 cats are now in loving homes and 2 are being socialized for adoption. If I took those last two cats to a county animal shelter, they’d be euthanized because those facilities don’t have time to socialize cats. So that’s 14 less cats running around outside, reproducing or getting killed.I have been to the shop multiple times and it was always remarkably clean. As someone who fostered a litter of kittens and cleaned kennels for my job in college, I can assure you that it’s a nearly impossible feat, not to mention, thankless and never ending work. Yet they do a wonderful job!The owner of Feline Frenzy is like a cat fairy Godmother. She may not have a magic wand, but she takes cats when people can’t care for them. Feline Frenzy is their savior. She helped me when no one else would.It is so rare to find a business that is genuinely trying to do good in the world. The owner and volunteers are inspiring in their love for cats.Myself, my family, Ralph, Finley, Baby, Martha, Fluffy, Socks, Mittens, Sugar, Ginger Snap, Pumpkin Spice, Licorice, Spookly, Nutmeg, and Cinnamon will be eternally grateful.

3/24/24 I found this wonderful thrift store and I am so happy I did! When I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful young lady named Emily she was so friendly and I asked how much to adopt she explained it to me and was knowledgeable and friendly. I decided to go to the cat room and sit with all the cats it was heaven lol. So after I did that I looked around I ended spending 3 hours there lol looking At everything and then found some goodies as you see in my pictures. So during my visit on Sunday a cat came in to be left for adoption beautiful cat I felt bad for the kitty but things happen. So jump to 3/30/24 i came back because I was eager to donate my items to this wonderful thrift store my new motto when I’m cleaning ITS FOR THE CATS! So I go in and see Emily again and I don’t see the cat from Sunday. The lady came back for me him !!!! I was so happy you have no idea ! So later that day I came back to see if anything new came in since a couple hours and I finally got to meet the owner! She was so wonderful we got to talk I told her I love what you’re doing here ! I love thrifting but having cats to see and possibly finding your forever friend at the same time ! The owner has a heart of gold ! She gives clothes to the homeless and just helps where she can for cats ! You have me as a customer for life thank you for being that great change in the world we need more people like you! I can’t wait to come back and find more treasures! All the love one cat mom to another this makes my heart happy ❤️

Feline Frenzy has been a Godsend. We stumbled upon her accidentally when we had found some abandoned kittens a couple months back. Got in touch, and she was happy to take the 4 in and actually had them adopted out within about 2 weeks. We got updated pix which set my heart at ease. Just had 3 more kittens in our area and were looking for help in watching them (so we could go on a scheduled vacation) - FF offered to get them fostered and then adopt them out for us. Have had great dealings with the Owner and her flexibility. She is very easy to deal with and helpful in finding fur-ever homes for these babies. Keep up the great work!!!

Play and snuggle with cats and kittens as long as you want, maybe even meet your new best friend to adopt 😻🐾 Then shop around in the thrift store, which has great prices! The thrift store helps support the cats and you can also make a donation if you wish to support the furry friends. My mom, sister and I had a great time there! Enjoy!

The concept is great—the idea is great. The reality, unfortunately, is not. The cat room is devastating. The people were nice, but still, the cats were my bigger concern. The room is disgustingly dirty. There’s too many cats in one room. Several of them have eye infections—which are extremely contagious and these cats need to be separated. The cats do not receive any sort of medical attention before being thrown in with one another.While I was there someone dropped off a kitten and they threw it into the room with the other cats. It was, obviously, terrified and hid.There was a kitten with so much gunk in his eyes he can barely see. I understand this is treatable, but this isn’t good protocol for dealing with live animals. It’s hardly rescuing them unless they’re lucky enough to be adopted out of the sad room. The room isn’t big enough for the amount of cats in it, and these cats should not have been immediately thrown in with one another. There is proper ways to go about rescuing cats, and this isn’t one of them.

Me and my boyfriend adopted an adorable kitty from here! I also got some cute clothes, and a pair of Uggs for only $5! They have great people, great services, great prices. And the most adorable cats and kittens!! They even provided cold medicine for my cat!!! Its a must see!

So many things that I love about this place. The cats are all SOO friendly and kind, along with the owner. The prices are SO low and i got some very cute clothes. She has a free coffee and tea bar to make the place comfortable. She isn’t in it for the money, she just wants to give these cats a good genuine life and home. Hello! I visited Feline Frenzy after seeing the sign across the street and was intrigued since I hadn’t been in the area in a while and didn’t know it was even there. The volunteers are passionate and caring about the cats in their care- it is very evident that they try their hardest to care for cats in need. However, I was disappointed to see the conditions the cats were living in. Having done cat rescue/volunteer work before, I understand how hard it is to keep up with a few cats, let alone 15+. But like other reviewers have said, the room they are in is not cleanly. Litter boxes are not cleaned, food and water are left out in the open for all to graze on, and there’s a strong urine smell. Cats of all ages are mixed together and some seemed lethargic and showed signs of upper respiratory infections. The volunteers have huge hearts and love for these cats, but it is hard to see they are not living in great conditions at the moment. This may be due to overcrowding and lack of staff (which is understandably a struggle in animal rescue) but I would recommend having a separate kitten room at least and limiting the amount of visitors into the show room. The cats also seemed like they needed a separate area away from visitors if they are scared/need to relax. I would really encourage the team to reach out to other rescues for help in maybe getting volunteers to maintain the cleanliness more regularly and spread the word so they can fundraise and get the resources they need. This rescue has so much potential and is a wonderful concept, and I don’t doubt they will work through these issues. This review is only meant to provide constructive feedback and raise awareness to other rescues/volunteers to hopefully help them out to make this place as great as it deserves to be for the sweet cats there!

This is one of the most unique ideas on helping cats. The staff are so incredibly caring, kind and helpful people I have ever encountered. There needs to be more people in this world like them. After you see the cats and yes, everyone should consider adopting one, you can shop. The prices are great and there are many treasures to be found.As for the person that mentioned the one volunteer, maybe if you took the time to speak with one of the staff members you would have learned about the situation. I love thrift shops and frequent them often. This woman is so kind hearted and she loves the cats. Her love helps the cats and that is what matters. She also watches to make sure the cats are treated well by visitors.People fear what they don't understand. This is why it's best to keep your unkind words to yourself until you do understand.

I'm so grateful for Feline Frenzy.. We had a stray kitty in our neighborhood for a few months. I wanted to trap her and take her a rescue, but no rescues in the area would take her in, until I found Feline Frenzy. They have been wonderful, and took her in, despite being overwhelmed already, and are working to get her ready to be adopted into a loving home. if your looking to adopt, please consider this rescue, when they say they care about these cats, they are very sincere.

Phenomenal place doing amazing work! Staff is very kind. While I was there I got to speak to the owner who clearly has a kind a heart and just wants what’s best for the cats. On top of that the store has the best prices you’ll see. Truly a great place to get a good haul.

A good idea in theory, in reality, a lot of cats with obvious illnesses being housed together. At least 26 cats counted and many with signs of upper respiratory infections (nasal/ ocular discharge, sneezing). Two cats had diarrhea while I was in the room as well, another sign of potential infectious illness. Many kittens in the room well under a year old, some seemed even too young to be fully vaccinated, housed with much older cats & infectious signs everywhere. I was also told that one young cat was “being watched” for a friend, housed with the rest, and was already sneezing. Most cats seemed lethargic, especially the kittens which is definitely concerning. Infectious protocols need to be in place to keep the cats safe, in addition to unsuspecting people who come to visit and may bring fomites home on their clothes, shoes, and skin to their own pets. As someone in the veterinary field and with rescue background, I came excited to see this great concept, combining two things I love, I left feeling very upset and concerned about the well being of the animals kept here. Hopefully conditions can improve and this business can thrive with the right husbandry for these animals.

Feline Frenzy is such a cute thrift store with amazing finds and insanely cheap prices & has the cutest kittens/cats! All of the volunteers are so kind, as someone who has a disabled family member it is SO nice to see that this business doesn't discriminate anyone.

Great place to shop and get some kitty love! We've gotten a few good purchases from the store and the owner is so nice. She let's my daughter and I visit with the cats and they are all really sweet. The workers are very kind as well. Highly recommend anyone stops by. So many good items to buy and so many beautiful cats to give attention to. Great prices for the adoption as well compared to other places. All the cats recieve excellent care and get vet checks which is awesome. Wonderful people running a wonderful shop in our town. So happy a place like this opened near us!

I've visited this thrift store/cat rescue several times, and each time I have a hard time seeing the conditions of the cat rescue room they have. There are too many cats in the room, and the room is absolutely filthy. Some of the cats have goopy eyes, crusty noses, and are sneezing. This place has so much potential, and the owners clearly have such a big heart for helping cats. I just wish it was cleaner/less populated.

Love this place!! Adopted my two babies from here and they were very well taken care of! The owner is so nice and makes sure all the kitties are vaccinated and scheduled for vet visits!! I definitely recommend going to meet all the cute cats and taking a look around the store:)

I heard about this place from a friend that she saw on Facebook. So, I decided to gather up some things to donate and head on over. The owner and the staff was so kind, welcoming and very appreciative. I applaud the owner opening up her store, and her heart for the love of animals. Her goal and mission in life is to ensure cats find a loving home. From here on out, I will definitely donate whatever belongings I have and no longer use. Also, randomly dropping off litter and cat food. Opening up adoptions/thrift store is a very daunting task, especially working two jobs, taking care of a household and her own animals as well, so that animals can find their forever homes. I urge you to stop on over and bring over anything that you no longer need or would just like to randomly donate. And take some time to talk with the staff and the owner because they have a huge heart.
