Julie is the nicest staff member of any retail establishment I have ever shopped at. She was so kind and accommodating while ringing up our large order. I am a manager at a large food chain and I would have stole her from you if my store was closer. Offer this amazing woman a raise immediately!! Keep her at all costs. Thank you so much for an amazing experience today. We were the people who bought all the energy drinks and floppy hats.

This store is always clean and well stocked.Mike the manager does an awesome job in this store.We come all the way from Port Richmond because this is the best dollar tree we have been too!

Store seems to be well managed and usually kept fairly neat and clean. Workers seem pleasant. Store has a good variety of many items including cards, seasonal items, toys, candy, toiletries, etc. This is in a busy plaza, but there's usually plenty of parking near the dollar store.

Lot of options but comparably a small dollar tree.Some staff are really helpful and some staff are not. I mean some are really great as customer service representatives and some are really bad.I come regularly on this store and feel like they're short of stuff.But the store has a lot of good varieties of a stuffs.

Rude. Very disrespectful. No good customer service and lazy. Every time you take the time to ask and associate to find something they tell you whatever is there. The store is so unorganized and messy is ridiculous. People are rude to customers when the customers are the ones who keep the business running.

I consistently shop this location and on Sunday the store was crowded and the manager shut down 2 of the registers!!After waiting about 15 minutes to get through the line, I said to the cashier, "tell the manager we all said thanks for closing down all the registers and making us wait so long to get checked out". Turns out the cashier was the manager and that 1 of the 2 people had to leave. Odd thing though, both cashiers cashiers went into the office and hadn't come out 15 minutes later, so why wasn't at least 1 of the other lines left open?I realize that getting / keeping staff is an issue, however when you have 15 - 20 people in line, you don't close down one register, let alone 2!!This has been a consistent problem with this store over the past few years. You go to other Dollar Tree locations and it isn't an issue ......

The manager of the store, the tall guy, is awesome and always helpful. The rest of the staff not so much. I asked a question about stock in the back to he man on the register who couldn't have been more rude to me. He made me get back in another line to ask the other cashier the same question. Who then responded the exact same way BUT she called for the assistant manager. Once she came out, she was clearly annoyed I was asking for assistance.I get retail is horrible. Especially the holidays. It's your job to help if I have a question, like if there is additional stock of something in the back.Clearly I'm not the only customer this has happened to either. If you don't want to deal with customers, don't get involved in CUSTOMER service.

This dollar tree is OK. Most of the time it has what I need. Never enough help and the lines are always long. They need to hire people. At this past visit to the dollar tree, there was this very rude suspicious woman near the greeting cards. This female has no respect for customers at all. She was taking the cards out and putting them in her bag. This dollar store has thieves and they do not even know it. The management needs to watch their employees or vendors if they have any.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was in on (3/7/2023) at 3:50 pm and the woman at the cash register (name on receipt Angel) told a man two people in front of me that he owed 32 + change. He handed her $25 and she said you owe $13 more dollars. He fought it for a while and she kept on insisting. I tried to tell her he only owed him $8 but she just ignored me. He gave her $13 because he was getting nowhere with this lady. Basically she stole money from him by way of overcharged him by $5. Either she isn't good at math (not likely) or she might be trying to pocket the money later (just a guess). It was wrong and everyone in line knew that. I was the only one who stood up for the man. It made me concerned about the ethics of the woman at the cash register! I used to frequent this store often but not anymore.

Staff were really rude and were talking about Philly girls right in front of the costumer. I was born and raised in Philly and lived in Montgomery county for 14 years. I have never observed older woman talking about people the way I did today. One of them even made a reference about holding a knife to their throat to scare them off. So disgusting. I will never Step foot there again.

Because I was 50 cents short, the store's manager, Michael, bullied and humiliated me in front of the entire store. When I asked him to remove one item, he became irate, and so did his employee. At this place, the customer service is consistently terrible.

Store is awesome for stock and everything you may need but there’s one lady with black hair that works the tills that really needs to have some professional training done! She is one of the rudest individuals I have ever met working in a store! It’s not just a once off either she has been rude on numerous occasions I have visited the store which really lets the store down! If she’s at the check out I will go to someone else. If she really is unhappy there she should just not work there! It ruins the atmosphere for customers.

Just called today 12/19/21 Sunday at 5pm. I came home & opened the bag just to find out that the nail polish that my husband wants me to buy for him to paint a bulb of a Christmas lights wasn't in the bag. The person I spoked with said there was nothing left behind on the register & said maybe it fell off. She didn't even offer to replace it. She just assumed that it fell off. How can a nail polish fall off a bag when you're holding the bag correctly unless you swing it then perhaps it will. The nail polish wasn't for my nails because I just got out from Hollywood nail salon to get manicure & pedicure done. I wouldn't lie or made up a story for just a dollar. I will never shop in dollar tree 1200 Welsh road ever again.

Very typical dollar store. Sure Five and Below may have items that look to be of higher quality but in the end at this price range, better to go for quantity than quality.There are some nice finds though, zip ties, cheap batteries for the cheap toys that are bound to break.The staff understandably would rather be elsewhere but they do try to be helpful.

Great place to pick up stuff for $1! The mylar balloons great and just as nice as any others. Gift wrap, greeting cards can't be beat. Stemware is great. Hours are usually til 10pm. Staff here very nice and helpful. Parking ample.

The store usually is stocked pretty well but employees not the greatest. I went in there yesterday and two employees were stocking shelves complaining about customers and throwing the boxes in the aisles (middle of the day) . I even had my toddler with me and you think they would have been a little more cautious, nope. I can point out 3 employees I would fire on the spot, I th to avoid this dollar store if I can just because of the employees

I wanted glass salt and pepper shakers, and guess who had them? That's right, Dollar Tree did. Inexpensive yes, but can accommodate any table with class. Believe it or not, some of the large chain markets do not stock them.

I love shopping at Dollar tree. I get everything I need for my pets and myself. I save so much more money shopping here for all my needs. I get all my can goods here after all I would rather pay $1 a can instead of going to the grocery store and paying $1.29 for the exact same thing. Even with hamburger helper sometimes I get it for a $1 a box when they have it here. At the grocery store I pay anywhere from $1.39 to $1.59 a box. I have a family to feed and believe me every penny counts.

Very well stocked and clean, for the most part f st đbut the cashiers are consistently very slow moving. At least 12-230pm they are. There's ALWAYS a line during those hours, even when it's not busy.

As a member of a family who lOVeS to save money, the Dollar tree is great! We come here all the time to buy stuff that we wouldnt normally buy for more than a dollar (which is, admittedly, a lot).One problem is, my mom did have someone from the staff use her credit card number without her knowing, but she got dealt with(thank God!!!)

My son and I went in, he didn't have a mask but covered his face and got in line to buy a mask. He was told to leave if he didn't have a mask. He said I want to buy one and she refused to respond to him. On my way out a mother and son walked in with no mask on and mouths not covered... No one said anything. The mom did have a mask that she put on after she started walking around.

(Jokes) Oh it was so good you wouldn't believe it. Forgot new hours close an hour earlier than last year since Covid-19. Walk up and grats myself to a locked door. Closed hahaha. Elsewise workers and product availability much better here versus Hilltown or Lansdale.

I would tell you about the actual store and employees, except that yesterday, when my wife needed to get in early before school and grab one thing for a party, it wasn't open. Even though the store hours are listed as 8:00 AM weekdays, no one had opened the store by 8:05 when she arrived. A few other people were already there waiting as well, and some of them left around 8:10. One of them even said she had to run to school (as my wife was going to do) since she was a teacher. More frustrated people came and left, and eventually, after waiting until about 8:20, my wife had to give up as well.What kind of store doesn't even open 20 minutes after the posted opening hour? Someone needs to get their sorry butt out of bed and get to work. Or, rather, someone should be fired for not doing so. Screwed up my wife's whole morning, and that of plenty of others, I'm guessing.

Had to leave the sales help that were stocking shelves were cursing left and right. Every other word that came out of there mouths was a curse. Don't think management would appreciate. I work in retail and know this is just something you can't do in a store in front of customers. Will shop another local dollar tree from now on.
