Horrible experience. I will never be back to this Costco store. They stand at the front checkouts checking your cards and I was like you can see my card when I check out. I’m not digging it out while I am navigating the line we’re like no we need to see it now. What an inconvenience we are in a long line as in and now all of us had to dig out our cards before we were even at the checkout and they were rude about it too. Then they were hovering over everyone checking everything you scan. I have never had this experience anywhere. I run and own my own business and we had my parents with us in wheel chairs and had to hold up the line for the cards with wheel chairs and carts and then again so they could push past my parents to watch us all scan our groceries and my sister who lives locally said she stopped coming because they act like that everytime she has come lately. I told her that’s why I love Sam’s club because you can scan/go and just checkout at the exit. They don’t act like you’re a criminal. Which is insane. I am canceling my membership at this point.

How can you not enjoy a BIG BOX store like Costco! I enjoy all the items, but for me ALL THE BULK ITEMS are wasteful if you don’t have a family!I usually go with my Dad who loves this place and we share/spilt items up and it lasts me a LOOONG time!Lately, I have noticed significant price increases and that is difficult to manage for many who shop in Bulk!

Costco is a favorite when it comes to Warehouse shopping. Their bakery section is fantastic. The meats are very fresh. We go all the time. The only downfall is the parking lot. All Costco's seem to have small parking areas for the number of customers to get.

Can't remember if they ever ran out of anything other than the first two pandemic years. Good prices. Customer service is good and usually fast. Pizza is great. Sad to see some hot bar items go. Watch yourself in the parking lot because of idiots in a rush or don't know what they are doing. EVERYONE SLOW DOWN!

Great for your one stop shopping. Location is great except if you’re not familiar with the area then navigating to the parking lot is a bit of weird. There’s a housing development next to it so traffic can be difficult at times. Prices are always wholesale deals.Staff is friendly. Don’t expect staff to bother or ask you if you need assistance though. Doesn’t have every name brand but has enough to to substitute if they don’t carry your brand.I bought Mother’s Day flowers here and it’s absolutely beautiful. It’s priced so cheap for the quality and size of the container (10qt).

Changing my ratings from 5 star to 1. The store is great but employees are not friendly at all. Most employees have an attitude. The management should train their employees for better customer service. Even wallmart treats their customers better and they are not even members only store.

Just make sure you get the credit card thing before you go. Costco must have very specific arrangements with very specific credit card companies. But my suspicion is they passed that along to the consumer. And make a few bucks along the way. Aside from that, the Kirkland brand is very good quality. And it's good place to go when you want to buy larger quantities

I have been shopping at different Costco, which they are all pretty similar. However, some Costco do stock up on different items and maybe at different time too. This location may not be the closest distance for me, but sometimes they carry some items that I don’t see at the other Costco that I normally shop for. Throughout the month, they have different sales for different items. I feel like I always ends up coming to Costco twice a month due to the different sales. I enjoyed my time here. Right now they have alot of asian items, maybe because of the upcoming Chinese New Year.

I have been going to this location since opening. Have had an executive membership for several years. This location has been going downhill and my visit yesterday was no different. While waiting to check out, I was approached by a woman with a scanner and was asked if I was an executive member. When I said yes, she said let me see your card. When I showed it to her, she said no, no, you aren’t. I said yes, yes, I am, then showed her my executive rewards cert that I was about to use. Like I was lying to her! She finally relented, but not before reiterating what that level of membership was about. I said thank you, but I already know this. She eventually moved on to try & hustle someone else. While I waited…and waited… and waited for the one man in front of me to be checked out, I listened to the cashier go on and on about sports with the guy assisting him and the customer. Literally did not stop talking about sports the entire time. Finally, when he finished with that guy, I showed him my card, he scanned it, did not say hello or otherwise acknowledge me, never looked at me once while he continued to talk sports, now with just the assist person. Finished ringing me up, scanned my certificate, told me balance (all without looking at me at all). I extended my hand for the receipt but he decided he was going to slap it down on that little check shelf. Did not say thank you. Interestingly, I heard him give a nice welcome to the pretty girl in line after me. 🤔I literally said nothing to this man so don’t understand the attitude.I was going to say something to customer svc but there was a line and I had frozen food, so I just left. I expect a certain level of efficiency and friendliness when I shop and Costco overall has usually been good this way but not lately here. Mike T? You’re rude & should be reprimanded for putting your conversation ahead of the customer. I’m rethinking renewing in April, but if I do, I’ll go to the Warminster location that has better management. Maybe pay more attention to customer service the way it used to be & not hustling people to upgrade & instruct cashiers to be agreeable to ALL customers, not just white men & pretty girls.

Love Costco but every darn time I go into the place I spend 300 buck and I now have 600 rolls of tiolet paper but I must say the one dollar and fifty cent hot dogs and a large soda can't be beat.Costco compared to the other ones in their category just really don't compare they are so much better in every category. They always seem to have what I need.

Good selection of products (including some varieties of Asian foods/snacks that I did not expect to be offered at a Costco). Clean and organized. Yes it gets very busy at times (as do all wholesalers), but the checkout lines actually move pretty fast and I have found most cashiers to be friendly and helpful.Gas station added recently is a plus with great prices. I even had a good experience recently using their optometrist, Dr. Wong. She was professional and friendly and offered some good advice and suggestions. Note - she does not accept insurance for eye exams but they provide a reimbursement form for you to file your own claim. Also, ordering contacts was easy (they do accept most insurance plans for that).Happy to be a member here!

Clean, organized store with so many things available at good prices. Great parking and pleasant, helpful staff. I wish there more items everywhere, but especially in fresh and prepared foods/bakery, to accommodate single people.

I love my local Costco it’s s go to place for me especially for my Keto diet, I find a lot of my low carb and organic choices here. I’ve made a ton of great meals that support my ketogenic life style from the choices they have there, as you can see in my photos. I've recently become a member and I required some assistance both times I have shopped. Miss Marjorie is in a LEAGUE OF HER OWN with the courtesy, respect, and willingness to assist can-do attitude. She saw that I didn't know what I was doing and it was very busy. Both instances, she was calm and polite and she helped me accomplish my objectives. I wish there were more people who are "people's persons" at heart like Miss Marjorie. I told her that moving forward every time I visit I will be sure to stop by to say hello. Thank you Miss Marjorie you made my shopping experiences memorable. You are the best at what you do. Keep it going!

Edit 8/19/2021: A few items I should mention and hope that they consider in order to improve the experience is very much installing a gas station as I know other ones have it both Warminster and Valley Forge Costco and the value from just that is tremendous to get top tier gas for good prices also makes it a more one shop place. Second would be potentially adding a car wash addition though I don't really hear much about those besides they are just good value. Alcohol sales would be nice but I know being PA it's hard to get that going.Love the samples and food selections available. Meats and seafood are pretty large quantities at what I consider to be reasonable prices, but I mostly go for their prepared food that preparation wise only needs to be heated up such as the wings, chicken alfredo, and I always get a rotisserie chicken one of their best valued item there. I go once a week, avoid the weekends as they seem to be extremely busy where the lot is pretty full.Only thing they need to add would be a gas station, because i'm sure I buy a lot of items as does everyone else that goes to Costco which would probably result in a nice discount on gas. Plus their gas is on the Top Tier list meaning they put additives along with the gas which helps keep the engines of your car clean.Giving free samples though is an extreme help in being able to try new food and I would say I buy the item 90% of the time when i'm able to sample them first. They also sell items that aren't food and they are no doubt well worth it such as clothes, household items like sofas, decor, honestly there's always something new to buy there for your house. I take pictures of most of the food that I am buying or am going to buy in order to help keep track how much everything is, so i'll upload those.

Stopped at this Costco on a Friday afternoon so I was expecting it to be really busy but I was pleasantly surprised that there wasn't that many people. Got what i needed and got out and of course i got a hot dog and mountain dew

Had the worse experience at this Costco. I went to the Costco in NJ looking for a particular soap customer service was nice enough to tell me that store had 88 soap at the time she called I traveled an hour to get there only for customer service to tell me is all gone and there was some in a cart close to customer service. He told me a customer called, and had already paid for the soap the cart was so full, and I told him I was also a customer, but he was so mean, not even a smile. One lady was nice and can't remember her name. I left so sad. just a smile can make someone's day. Please train your stuff to be nice it costs nothing but goes a long way

Recently opened gas station. Always so convenient to get stuff from here. Only downside is, it is packed every single day no matter what time you go. Early morning to right before closing, it's always busy and have to park little further away than other costcos I've been.

This costco is on the Montgomeryville area and got a chance to stop after a party. The parking is dedicated to costco customers but will be a challenge to find a closer one. Typical costco, where you will be checked for membership as you enter. This is a huge warehouse. It contains electronics as you enter like TV, phones, monitors etc. Then, you will see seasonal items like grills, patio furniture, and holiday season items.The vegetables are kept in cold sections and have fruit options, too. Then milk cheese and egg on one side. I am also surprised to see indian items like basmati rice, sona masoori rice.Overall, the visit was okay. The checkout was fast and easy, too.

Always busy - don’t always have what you want - had to return the towel bar because the package was missing a piece. The package was not dado I don’t know how this occurred- tried to replace it with another- they didn’t have it.Store employees are helpful!

Slow, overcrowded, no shopping carts. Told by the attendant to go back to the parking lot and search for a shopping cart. Self check out doesn’t work properly and slows down everything. Service is worse than expected from Costco

It always have what we need for normal daily food or seasonal activities. The fruits are always fresh and delicious than other stores. We bought organic eggs, water. The daily consumption is very economic, such as toilet papers and kitchen towel. The appliance in Costco has extended warranty. The skin care in Costco always has significant discount.

One ofThe coolest stores with plenty ofItems to choose from and look at. Place has food for groceries as well as food for consumption with options like pizza and hotdogs. Plenty of samples to choose from also. Eat them all. I bought a lotOf things. Mostly get bulk items here though.
