We love Walker’s Pet Hotail! Our Charlie is loving but sometimes particular and Walkers welcomes him with open arms. He has been to daycare and boarded and has always left happy and TIRED. Its very clean, no smells, and the receptionist is always so pleasant. I do make phone calls and check on him when boarded and they are always willing to give a quick update. The play areas have indoor and outdoor spaces with 3 separate play areas depending on size and personality. They also have small play areas and walking paths for the pups who enjoy their alone time. Ive never boarded a cat however their homes appear comfy, clean, and a lot of window space for the cats to peer out. Go in for a tour and see for yourself!

This is an immaculate place. My dog never fussed to go. Be it day care or boarding. He comes home clean and well cared for. The staff are very kind and caring. This is a keeper!!!

Feels like we’re leaving our dog with family. The staff there is loving and attentive to every dog and cat that comes in, whether for daycare or for an extended stay. Our dog loves it there. She’s very well cared for and is excited every day to go. And when we pick her up after work, she is tired and happy from the social experience.

We’ve been here for the puppy parties and to bathe our pups at their self washing stations. The staff is very friendly & caring about the animals.

So my girl KY is a rescue Chihuahua Beagle mix but has had trauma so she is very skiddish. Sam(or Steve im bad with names) and the rest of the staff took great care of my sweet girl. And Q(?) who brought her in. My girl knows and can read character. So when I watched her go with him and not growl, bark, or show any apprehension or fear. I know shw was oing to be fine. But she was more than fine. She was great and i was great because i could leave her there without worry while i was on a difficult trip. The staff went above and beyond to take care of my sweetheat and get her ready for our trip in a few weeks. Truly amazing and I was blown away. In a world were often money is paid to a business and the business does not take customer's needs into account, my experience with Walker's Pet Hotel was a Breath of Fresh Air. And I have been using walker's pethotail for years but at the Murrysville location on and off for the last 18 years with prevous girl Duchess. We love walkers in north Versailles! My girl gets excited every time we walk in and she sees the staff. She always looks happy when I pick her up and she sleeps so well after playing hard. Prices are good in my opinion, and they’ve always been able to accommodate scheduling requests for us.

booking was very easy, they actually tried to help me find a local vet when i wasn’t sure i’d be able to get shots in time. they took my last minute boarding request for a holiday weekend, check in was super quick and painless, and on pickup their review of my dogs stay was way more detailed and thorough than i expected. i was worried about finding a place for my senior girl but we’ll definitely go back here!

Really great place.... Clean store front.... Inside of building is very well kept and clean.... Great location on route 30 centralized in North Versailles.... My dog loves going there and playing with all the other dogs and getting some of her energy out..... 2 year old St Bernard that still thinks she's a little lap dog puppy.... Lol

We started taking our Cane Corso, King, to Walker’s in North Versailles when he was a 16 week old puppy. We had just received him from the breeder, but had to board him for a few days to travel. The staff was absolutely amazing!!! They were extremely attentive, affectionate, patient and knowledgeable. I decided after boarding him to sign King up for the obedience training, and he successfully completed both levels including intermediate (K9 Good Citizen). We definitely have gotten much value from the training which was actually quite affordable especially with the additional perks of a few days of free doggie daycare, treats, toys, etc. King is now 9 months old, and we still send him to Walker’s for the doggie daycare (mostly for socialization and to play in a safe environment with other dogs his size) and the dog grooming services. I should mention that this establishment is kept meticulously clean at all times. The overnight boarding suites are also spacious and well maintained. Thank you to the Walker’s staff for all that you for our family pets! We appreciate you and plan to be lifelong customers.

Walkers Pet Hotail is such a fun place for dogs and their humans! My golden, Lenny, just passed his basic training class this past Thursday. Jessica is an awsome trainer. It's amazing how much better Lenny is behaving after these 7 weeks. We also went to Walker's puppy party on Saturday and I loved it just as much as Lenny did. Sam is super welcoming and helpful.I would highly recommend Walker's your dog will love it.

I have brought my pitbull mix Stormy to walkers about 3 times in the past 4 months! I must say I was worried about boarding my dog since I haven’t before but they took awesome care of her! Highly recommend!
