Allie and her team are awesome! We brought our 5 year old male cat for boarding and grooming a few weeks ago and everything was wonderful! Allie treats her fur kiddo customers like her own :-) So does Jodi!The groomer Justine is fabulous!! She’s been grooming my fur kiddos for years, super trustworthy and listens to your grooming needs. Never disappoints!

Allie came to my home and trimmed my cat's nails. She made an appointment to come over last week but never showed up. Never called or text or answered my calls. Very poor way to do business. I don't trust these people at all

We had utilized pet waste removal services. They were super disorganized and really poor communicators. They used to bill monthly, but then we stopped getting billed. They were continuing to show up to remove the dog poop though. I reached out multiple times with no response via both text and facebook messenger (left on read). Then we got a bill for FIVE MONTHS at once, which we immediately paid. When I asked about when billing would be (monthly, quarterly, every 6 months, etc.) they never responded.About six months later, they just stopped showing up, not notice. They would occasionally not show up a week (and usually when I reached out they'd eventually get back to me that they were behind a day or would be out the following week), so we weren't initially concerned. Turns out they decided to stop servicing our area with no notification, as I saw someone else complaining about being dropped with no notice, too. Took me 3 tries to finally get a response from the owner, Allison. We got set up with Poop911 (who have been doing consistent weekly billing and very reliable) and just moved on. Don't you know, in January, we got a bill from Pittsburgh Pet for services they did FIVE MONTHS prior, in AUGUST.With as inconsistent as they were and such poor communicators, I would not trust them to care for my dog. We were initially interested in daycare for our active pup & talked to Matt about it, but when we realized how poorly they communicated and the inconsistencies with billing, there's no way I'd trust them with the care of my pups.

The owners here are responsible and caring for animals, that's the best thing you can find in a local boarding place. They've taken great care of my dog, even though he kinda aggressive towards strangers, they didn't hesitate a bit. It's made it so we can still take trips without having to worry about our boy. I would definitely recommend checking them out for boarding and daycare.

Wow this place is incredible! We took our 3 pups here today for the first time and we were hands down blown away! The pups had a great spa day and we are happy customers! We boarded our German Shepherd over the weekend for the first time. The owners were very kind and accommodating and took great care of our girl! I like that they posted pictures and videos on their Facebook page so I could see how she was doing. She looked happy and content! We also had her groomed before we picked her up. Their groomer did a fantastic job and it was more affordable and better quality work than Petsmart where we usually have her groomed. Overall great experience and we will definitely use them again!

Our dog appeared to be well taken care of. Just disappointed that it was so difficult to check on the dog. When you called the voicemail box is full. When you text no response. Email no response. Finally after hours, received a response via messenger. Just feel it should be a little easier to at least leave a message a f get a response.

Great place. Owner is wonderful. Welcomed our 145 pound rotweiller with open arms. Prices are very affordable. Our pup will not go anywhere else. So happy we found a place we can trust

Twice I have tried to make arrangements for the home boarding service for my dog. I actually had plans to board my dog over Memorial Day Weekend, then had to find other arrangements last minute because of multiple phone calls/voicemails were not returned when the meet & greet prior to the boarding was cancelled. I tried giving this service a second try and contacted the owner last week, again I was promised a call back and did not receive one. I texted the owner the following morning to follow up and inquire about scheduling another meet and greet-the owner never responded. I'm not sure why new prospective clients are treated this way but it's very frustrating dealing with a service that is this unprofessional in communication and has no respect for your time.

Booked to have my dogs boarded for a trip and they never showed up to the take the dogs or returned calls or text messages. I had to cancel my trip and lose the money I had paid for it.

I’ve tried to contact this business multiple times via phone, text, and email as a potential new client interested in daycare. I wasted a ton of time because I received no response from any of my efforts. Save your time and do not contact this business to inquire about services. They don’t appear to be interested in customer acquisition nor do they have the courtesy to respond to people.

These guys are great. Our dog doesn't like anyone. our friends are too afraid to dog sit. Luckily PPS is not. If it wasnt for Pgh Pet Services we would never be able to go out of town. Thanks dont know what I would do with out you
