Gross location. Literal garbage in the bins. This place has a good skeleton it just needs to be taken care of. Workers and shoppers were pushy and rude, which is expected sure but they were beyond unaware. Also there was a ceiling leak, black mold dripping into the makeshift water catchers. An unopened bottle of alcohol was in a bin and an employee handed it to a customer.

You can definitely find some 'treasures ' here. From items brand clothing with tags, high end name brands like Patagonia or North Face, electronics that work perfect, as well as junk electronics or trash. What is trash to one could be gold to another. Only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because it's right across from the flea market so there are a lot of vultures here and it is an adrenaline rush like super market sweep to find the treasures first.

this place was absolutely disgusting. i’ve never walked into a goodwill and it looked like this😭 it said outlet store… it was literal bins of garbage they 100% took straight from the donation bins with 0% sorting out and dumbed it in the bins. I mean literal empty boxes, misc pieces of items, random trash. If you like to dumpster dive this is for you. i’d bring gloves, we didn’t even touch anything. I wouldn’t doubt it if there was mice and feces in the those bins. I took my family thinking it was nice, NEVER AGAIN. we so should’ve took pictures but we just wanted out of there.

Purchased something on the website that somehow got misplaced. Shawn(Sean?) went way above and beyond to find it and get it shipped out. Outstanding customer service.

Has gone downhill over the past 6 months. Prepare to wait for hours to get 1 lane change of inventory. Huge shame, this place used to be great.

I have found a lot of good stuff from this place; it’s fun to me to dig through and find cool items. I can see how it’s not for everyone though. I drive an hour and a half to come here, worth the drive if you’re into that kind of stuff. Now the people are a different story.. you do have to be prepared for how the people act if you’ve never been here. Once they start changing tables in an aisle you have to stand back and aren’t allowed to touch anything in those specific bins until they say. You’ll see a lot of people run around like wild animals once a new table is changed and they tell them to “go”, they toss things around, they’ll rip bags open and stuff will go everywhere, glass will get broken; they really don’t care. I wouldn’t bring kids into this place because they have no regard for anyone but stuff. Your hands will definitely feel disgusting after.

I stopped by this store on my lunch break and saw an item to purchase. I went up to the cashier Yonni while she was not busy. Yonni made herself busy talking with other employees instead of waiting on customers. So I asked if their was another cashier or to see a manager and I was told that she was a manager. Wow. Rude and lazy store manager.

I guess I would say, if you think you're going to be walking in to a Walmart type shopping store, isn't the case. You have to have patience while shopping here. The workers can be nasty, people who haven't been here before need to learn how things work to shop here. I have found soooo many good things here and I really can not say too much bad. The building does need many repairs. Women's bathroom has always been rather clean, men's room, I hear, isnt.

I have to write this review to tell you how amazing Jen is ! we met her in Monroeville Outlet when she was the manager there. She always went out of her way to come talk to our kids and make them feel special. This was in 2020 when we were in the height of the pandemic, and there was really nothing social for our kids to do. They were so excited to go to the Bins and see Miss Jen because she always had a kind word for them. Didn’t mind them Burning off some of their energy and it was the only thing that kept us sane during this trying time. Now in North Versailles , We do go see Miss Jen and she still talks with the kids and they get so excited to see her. What an incredible employee you have. Can’t say enough about how her kindness got us through a time when everything was so difficult especially for the kids. She was their new normal and we are fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet herForever grateful thank you!

I have been a regular at this store for the last 6 years, and I was pleasantly surprised when I went in today to find a brand new furniture area, sorting area, and customer lounge.I had not been to the store in a few months, and the last time I was there it was looking like a wreck. It was crowded and over packed with merchandise on the floor - honestly it was pretty hard to navigate the store. Going in today there has been a massive change - things are organized (for an outlet store), spread out, and there's tons of places to park your cart and sort through your finds. This location is definitely worth the drive if you don't live close by.

I liked the one in monroeville way better than this one. Wish they never closed it! I do go to this one because it is the only one I know of that is around. I do find deals, but my last visit I felt I was way overcharged. I have to be careful as not to cut myself when looking because the “regulars” love to just toss items around, dump boxes and have no respect for anything so there is always broken glass items. I will say this, if I want my daily dose of amusement I can always go here and watch the “vultures” lining up and waiting for the new bins… and laugh at how they attack them….

Nothing is organized. You have to rummage through random bins. I was very overstimulated by the lack of organization and the customer service was lacking. I will not be going back.

Pricing has increased on glassware more than double from .15 cents which it was for many many years to .59 cents a piece. Sadly that’s enough to make me not want to go back. I can get glassware at the regular store for .99 cents already put out neatly on the shelves. Overcharging for donated goods just doesn’t sit right with me. Customers here act like lunatics, they’re pushing and shoving to get into the newer bins before you. I’ve been knocked on the floor before. I always loved the idea of treasure hunting, but with the continued rise in prices, I’ll stick with the online auction site, which I absolutely love!

This was my first visit to this Goodwill. My wife and I walked in the door and just stopped to take it all in. The building was large. There was rows of blue bins about 4' x 8' x 1-1/2' deep everywhere. They were on carts at waist level and filled to the top. People with masks and gloves were digging for treasures. My wife and I came out of our fog and started digging in, too. I found a pink flamingo by Don Featherstone. I knew better than to put it down. When we checked out, they charged by the pound. My purchase cost 66 cents. It was fun. We will get back there soon when we have more time.

So much stuff to dig through.. pricing is very reasonable although I was hoping that it would be the same as Oregon where if you bought less than 25 lbs it would be one price and if you bought over 25 lbs it would be a lower price...1.49 a pound isn't bad tho..I did buy A LOT! The staff is very friendly..the only thing I didn't like is the parking lot right in front of the store was extremely dirty..trash everywhere as if no one ever sweeps out there...makes for a bad first impression of the store itself. I will definitely shop again in the future as I have a clothing addiction and this is the cheapest way to satisfy that addiction

This type of goodwill is not for everyone. Wear gloves and bring disinfectant. But great deals as items are sold by the pound.

I never have any issues here and it’s one of our favorite places to thrift. If you’re going here expecting a clean, organized store, you’re setting yourself up to be disappointed. If you understand that this is a goodwill outlet, you’ll be pleasantly surprised at some of the great finds you might walk away with. We’re often able to find designer clothes in great shape and nearly fill a cart for $20, vs. getting maybe 4 pieces of clothing for the same price at a regular goodwill (in-store prices have gotten wild). And if you’re a reseller, this place is for you. You will get way more for way less money if you’re just willing to dig through bins.

This place always has something neat or useful to find in it. On occasion you'll have to wait in line for the register but that's not that big of a deal. The staff are usually very helpful. I would however recommend bringing and wearing gloves with you to sort through the bins. Update: this place as always had several treasures to find. It's a fun place to look for things.

Bring gloves so safely pick through the mess! For extra fun at this already fun place, stick around for them to bring new bins out. It's some great people watching — the waiting shoppers descend like vultures. 🤭

Not a handicap funny place. Goodwill closed the more accessible location!!!!! And I'm not surprised to see that another reviewer had the same issues I did with rude customers blocking handicap van by illegally parking next to it, only a young child could have gotten between the vehicles. And they lost a star because there was an employee in the parking lot talking to the woman and he said nothing to her about the way she parked or ask her to move so we could get into our vehicle. Employees did not seem nice and funny either

I'm a firefighter. I was here on a firecall at 11/05/2022. Google decided to ask me about my visit. Being a truckey the roof view is beautiful along with a nice view of the moon. Inside.. House keeping is bad. Really needs cleaned up.

I donated a bag of clothes to this location. There’s a separate area for where you drop off, so I didn’t even have to go INTO the actual store. Silly me, I should have done that before actually donating to this place.A few days after dropping off, I realized that I accidentally donated an item that I didn’t intend to. It was a nice Northface jacket my significant other had bought for me.So, with my prior experience shopping at different Goodwill stores, everything is properly organized from Men/Women, to shirts in one spot, jackets in another, etc. — PROPER organization.I figured if I was lucky, nobody had purchased it yet and of I could just find it hanging up in the womens jackets section.Well, this Goodwill is very different. They don’t organize items and hang them. Instead, they’re thrown into huge bins that you have to literally dig through with other people like you’re dumpster diving. I had not known this prior to donating or I would have never supported such a lazy and gross business.I did end up walking in there and asking the workers if they know where jackets would be located because I accidentally donated one, but they said they had no way of helping me and that it could be “literally anywhere”…Determined and frustrated, I dug through as many of those bins as I possibly had the strength to but never found my jacket. I got over that loss, but figured I would still share my experience with others who may not want to support a place that is so unorganized.Today I’m going to a different Goodwill store to do some thrift shopping, one with proper organization, something a consumer certainly deserves.

What a joke, get ready to be elbow and push when fresh bins come from the back. The rudest customer I have ever seen the acted as if the stuff was free. Stuff is as rude as the customer

What a absolute horrible place. The past three times I have been there ended up dropping my items in the closest bin and walking out. You really have to watch out for customers throwing items at you because they just don't care and they're only looking for what they want. Some of the customers definitely have no regard for children when throwing the items also. Than today 9/28 3:30pm 🙄😡 one of the employees threw a very heavy Singer sewing machine onto a metal cart. The sewing machine bounced back off the car almost and could have hit a customer almost hit a elderly woman sitting in a chair near by the cart. The woman was very startled and worried that she was going to hit by a flying object which was very loud.I said it once before I'll say it again there needs to be Management on the floor or security policing the floor making sure the things are being done right in this facility that has right now it is very unsafe.

Was extremely disappointed with my visit today, two gentleman being extremely aggressive running with carts cutting people off, throwing clothing. Would leave 0 stars if i could. Come on goodwill what kind of establishment are you running no workers putting a stop to this behavior as a woman i felt very uncomfortable.

There NEEDS, in the interest of saving the planet, to be an event, an All Nighter, shopping event every 2 or 3 months, say, where it's advertised and everything remaining is sold at some crazy some crazy discount: 90% off, for example. No need to throw things away. Let OUR Local Community come in there and get inspired. "Gee, if I buy a truck load of those old clothes, for $225, I could then start making those super warm blankets that I know I can do". Suddenly, a brand is born. Less waste. Jobs are created. Homeless people can stay warm cause WE could afford to GIVE many of the blankets away, and so on and so forth. Give. Love. Live. These ideas are the sine quo non, indeed the essence, of a habitable planet, free of hate, one that inspired creativity as opposed to oppressing it, and such an "All Nighter", as proposed, may cause for a future WE all can expect and love.If staffing is an issue, I understand, I know at least 1 person willing to work that evening for such a cause. Be well. All.
