A bad situation turned good! Thanks to DONTE!I went to get my battery charged and instead of charging my battery they told me I need an alternator the next day my car wouldn't start cuz my battery died. I called the next day upset and DONTE apologized, and came to my home and gave me a jump to start my car and told me to come down and he'll diagnose it ! Awesome manager!

Stopped in to make a simple purchase of 2 brake light bulbs. Picked them off the rack and took them to the counter to pay. I made eye contact, no fewer than 3 times , with the young lady behind the counter. She was having a conversation with another employee, who I got the impression, may have been the manager but I'm not sure. At any rate, after a few minutes of waiting, I came to realize that I wasn't going to be able to make this simple purchase, apparently they simply did not want to take my money. So I left my 2 bulbs on the counter and walked out. They'll never miss that $6.00 purchase, but won't see my next few sets of brakes or batteries or fluids and filters either.

I really like this store, and when I dont order ship to home online, this is where I go. They now give member perks for in-store purchases as well as online. If u don't have your card, they simply look up by phone # so you can be credited towards Perks. There's loads of parking, the store is clean & orderly & not crowded. It is very well stocked & the staff is knowledgeable & helpful. They'll even add your antifreeze for you among other services such as run a scan, put on wipers, etc. You can borrow tools also. And it is a convenient drop off location for UPS! And they scan it & instantly send you an email confirmation. The service provided is extraordinary at Advanced Auto in North Versailles.

This auto parts store is one of the better locations to find a variety of parts and tools. Their store front is stocked well and their employees are friendly and helpful. They will do their best to suit your needs from their location, and are willing to search their other locations for anything not in stock. They also offer instillation services for minor things like wiper blades.

The moment you walk into the store you're greeted by an employee and offered help. It saves a lot of time looking for something plus sometimes certain items are only in the back of the store. In short I've never wasted my time shopping here. Great employees

I did not feel the love I felt they were going to take me for a very not so nice financial ride and they did They are also costing me not to be able to use my ride I had to order special for my ride and I was told it would be in a week from and I still haven't received a phone call from them and it has been over a week and I am still waiting I even stopped in and called I will not be doing business with them anymore and I don't care if the place I end up going to is a higher price and more miles from my house Thank you all so much and have an Amazing Weekend Stay safe and God bless you all

Absolutely horrible customer service. I came in and asked for a headlight for my vehicle. Gave them make and model. She handed me bulb. I then went into the parking lot to change headlight. After looking up how to replace bulb on YouTube, i attempted to change it, but realized the employee sold me the wrong bulb. I tried to exchange it but they locked the door and told me they were closed. (It was actually 2 minutes past closing but c'mon) so drive home with piddidle. I'll never give them my business again.
