The ladies are so sweet here, and my dog is well taken care of. He's got black nails and bad hips. I haven't been able to trim his nails without getting his quick. Never a problem at Tailored 🤷🏼‍♀️❤️

All the girls were very nice. They were great with my Chiweenie Layla, she walked out of the building a very happy little dog! They provided thorough and surprisingly quick services @ a great price too! They seen layla right away despite being fully booked! Im so glad I called and decided to try out tailored pups! I took my dog here for the first time. When I got her home, I found five cuts on her, one being a big gouge over an inch long that was bleeding. Specifically asked them not to cut her eye lashes. The cut them off ONE eye. Took a chunk out of the back of the hair on one of her ears. I called to let Taylor know and not only was she unprofessional, she was NASTY and refused any partial refund to cover the cost of the dog antibiotic ointment I now need to use on my dog. Terrible experience and my dog was traumatized.
