I was treated at the ER for severe poison ivy exposure from breathing it in at a campfire. I made it to the pharmacy, but they refused to give me the needed prescriptions, as I was on foot at the drive through, and they told me not to even think about coming inside with my dog. They left me laying outside having a panic attack and unable to breathe. Unbelievably rude and uncaring employees.

I tried going into the store to buy pre-wrap for my six month old puppy who just had orthopedic surgery done and can’t be left alone. I went in holding this very small puppy in my arms and was told I had to take her out of the store. Then I was told it was CVS policy to not allow animals in because it’s a pharmacy. I looked up the policy and it is up to the discretion of the store manager and even after telling the shift lead my situation and that I would only be maybe two minutes, she gave no understanding or compassion to my situation and made me take my injured 6 month old puppy out of the store regardless. Then she told me it was her decision after I brought up how it was the manager of the stores decision. A little compassion would have been nice. Just go across the road to Rite Aid, they are much nicer there.

I showed up at the pharmacy desperate and hypoxic at 8 this morning. The wonderful woman in the pharmacy had my inhaler in my hands within minutes. The stars are for her specifically 😊 She was great!

I was accused of shoplifting then kicked out with my sale refused while looking at makeup for myself, my mom and my little sister. Like any sane person would I would've gone to the register to pay. I'm 19 years old btw and would've paid. Such awful and rude serviceEdit: this is a bad impression for me as this my my first time shopping there

Friendly, clean drugstore that is well stocked on a wide variety of products. There are health and beauty products available that aren't found in other stores. They run good ad items at significant savings. The personnel greet the customers very politely.

They always have the stuff I need in the stock definitely recommend getting a CVS card Cuz there's always money to be earned via cash back with a CVS card

Always a great experience, lots to choose from and the staff 90% of the time is awesome, and willing to help with whatever you want help with...plus the extra bucks you can earn is top notch definitely one of my favorite stores and lastly the staff at the pharmacy do go the extra mile to get you the best price and are always asking if we have a question about any medication, very knowledgeable.

My sister gave me a $5.00 off coupon for health or prescription and went to use it. Well, I didn't realize I had to have her CVS card and the cashier and manager both looked at me like I stole it. So, I went and got my sister and her card and showed them I wasn't lying!!! Horrible customer service if you ask me!!!!
