The owner of the shop (Bob) and his Mom are genuinely good people and I've had nothing but positive experiences at Big Cat Vapors. Bob is very knowledgeable and thoughtful in his recommendations and it's obvious that he's not just trying to sell whatever he can. Unlike most stores, they are happy to help you get whatever vaping products you need, even if they don't carry them. I've struggled with allergies to some juice ingredients and they've gone above and beyond to help me and I'm very grateful. If you're looking for a good selection, excellent customer service, and beautiful cats, this is the place to go.

Fantastic shop, best I've been to in the county or city. Prices are great, cheap coil replacements, juice is barely more expensive then a chain store and much better quality, super smooth and flavorful. Owner is knowlegable, patient if you have any questions, and seems to be a genuinely good person. Clean store, comfy couches to wait on, cats are beautiful, only bother you if you engage them and are well behaved and obviously well cared for. I'm not a cat person at all but they are NOT your average house cats and completely won me over. 100% recommend this shop.

Big cat vape is hands down the best shop in the area. Whether your looking for small business owners “ the owner and his mom run it” or expert advice “the owner can fix almost any mod and order anything online” or a variety of juices “ the owner keeps on hand what sells best but will personally order you anything you want “ this is the place to go . Not to mention he got me a great deal on my new geek vape that was on back order online but big cat was able to get it IN 3 DAYS. I wish I could give more stars .

Bob is very knowledgeable. He is always willing to answer questions and even assists with tech questions on devices he didn't sell customers. House juices are amazing and if he does not have a flavor I'm sure he would be willing to create it. I wont be shopping elsewhere, the cats are a help in this.

Amazing shop. The dude knows what he's talking about and is very helpful. Has everything I needed to start vaping and I keep coming back. Prices are fair and well stocked. Most people say the cats are the best part of stopping by, and they really are nice, but you can also ignore them if you don't like cats, and don't have to touch them if you're "allergic" to them, but then you probably would get all mad that a store could alienate a portion of business like that. To those people I say: come on, just stop in. I promise you will be happy you did.

Great guy and place. Customer service is great. He even can order anything vape related you need if he doesn’t have it in stock. Prices are a tad high but it’s nothing to extreme. The cats are super friendly but be warned they will nip and scratch if they don’t want to be messed with.

First, to be honest, we were on our way from Cleveland from New York State and just wanted to see the cats.With that said, we had every intention of buying something there and did purchase a new SMOK POD system. For those of you who are 100% POD systems, maybe you should give one of the newer ones a try. But I digress.It was VERY good to see the the store's owner/staff is very forward about vaping advocacy! It was this passion towards harm reduction, even referring us to CASAA, which ultimately drove us to a purchase. Well that, and the kitty cats have to eat right?Big Cat Vapors has a nice selection of POD systems, tanks and other hardware, as well as their own extensive catalogue of house liquids.Everything is reasonably priced (well as reasonably priced as they can be with a 40% state tax) and, again, the people there are very knowledgeable and will help guide you toward a purchase you will be more than happy with.So come for the vaping merchandise and stay for the cats ... or maybe the other way around. Either way you will not be disappointed.It was very difficult to not stop back to see the cats on our return trip home ... but we didn't have very much money left and didn't want to go in without purchasing anything.We settled for a quick stop and an energy drink/snacks the nearby Circle K, where strange things were afoot! (But that's a story for another day).Thank you Big Cat Vapors for a great store and your continued vaping advocacy!

The store owner is incredibly knowledgeable of vaporizers and e-liquids and if he does not know it he will find out for you. Go to big cat vapor for the service, selection and the home town feel. Fyi there is actual cats there!! They are beautiful pure breed cats.

This has been my go to location for vapor products for years. The owner is genuine, helpful, knowledgeable and never leads you to purchase something just to help his wallet. If you are ever looking to quit smoking or just re-up on some product I can't recommend a better place to go than here.

Small Vape shop that offers most coils that you would need. Not a huge selection of Juice but they have offered to order what I needed / Wanted just haven't taken them up on their offer yet.

Got a nord coil from there lasted about less then a week before it was burnt, other ones from 710 I can use for like a month before they start getting burnt. Mesh coils dont usually burn within a week. Great guy though👍🙏💯

Big Cat Vape is the place to go... this place is radical. Just recently went there to get a new vape mod and some juice. there is a really good house juice called Triborg Kitty. It’s so smooth and great for an all day vape. Owner was helpful and really knowledgeable.
