They have a nice selection of clothes but the employees are terrible. They now make you take the clothes off the hangers before they will let you check out. Like just stand there and stare at you while you do the work for them. Lol I also found some shoes and clothes that had the tags still on them and the store was charging more than the original price. This place is not ran well at all and expensive for a thrift store. They lost my business both in donations and purchases.

The general manager is very unkind to the point of being rude. She puts off an attitude like she’s saying why are you in the store! She pushes past you if you are looking at something in a very unpleasant way. I’ve seen her degrade and demean her employees right in front of customers. Kindness goes a long way…

I love this Sal Army, especially since they re-organized the whole store. Easy to find items, lots with tags still on the at reasonable prices! Always have a color tag sale going everyday! I just bought 45 items, 16 were brand new w tags! Friendly help there as well.

We have donated here for years. I have also shopped here for years. But, yesterday I took an suv full of donations. Blankets, sheets, in packaging, shoes worn once, night stand, plant stands, etc. Upon arriving, I started taking the stuff out, and this lady stopped me and told me I had to wait until another lady came out. So, I waited, and waited for her. Finally, I said is she coming? Well, she arrived, a shorter, blond hair middle aged lady. She started asking what was I. All the boxes. To make a long story short, she got angry with me for putting stuff where she didn't want it, I explained I did not know where to put it. She ended up throwing my boxes on the ground, making the lids pop off. I told her I would never come back, that I would find somewhere else to take our stuff. I will burn my stuff before I go back there. 😤 She did not have to be so rude when I was leaving a donation...

I rarely have good luck as far as clothes at this location. Mostly low end brands with not great prices (used Walmart brand shirts should not cost almost as much as they did new.) I do usually find a good selection of books and occasionally a record or too, and once in a while I find a cool piece of art. The store is usually pretty well organized and staff seem friendly.

One of the nicest thrift stores I’ve been to for many reasons. First it was super clean and organized so nicely, better than most department stores. Second, It was full of happy sounding employees having a good time and finally but most importantly, the furniture selection was nice and the prices are insanely good for those on a budget. We even saw a “FREE” sign on a table and we thought that was so cool. As someone who has been homeless, this store really caters to those in need with more than reasonable prices. Thank you.

Most employees are very helpful. I usually find great buys there. Got a pair of Wrangler jeans for my husband. A little expensive for used jeans, $9.99. But I have to say it's better than paying $20 dollars. Lol

I was here recently. I had just a few shirts. I put them on the counter and a split second later my phone rang. I went to grab it and the cashier snarled "take them off the hanger!" Now I had every intention of taking them off. I should have just left them there and walked out the damn door. Horrible customer service!Also, used Walmart brand leggings should not cost what they were new when buying them used!

Nice clean and friendly store. Racks are not well organized. Prices are way too high. They should give a huge discount to low income folks! I always thought that Salvation Army stores were there to help people, not make huge profits for their CEO!

Great store! I like how the clothes are in color order. I just wish they wouldn't use those small, double staples to attach the price tag. They're hard to remove, and I've snagged some lapels, and collars on the blouses and shirts I've bought, when there wasn't a label to staple it to.

Lovely place. Clean. Organized beyond belief. Mostly...I had the nicest woman (kim?) Help me. She was so patient. I had to laugh. I don't think I could've been so nice in her position with all the help I needed and questions asked. She made it the most pleasant experience. Thank you salvation army for everything you do!

I usually don't post reviews unless they are positive, but I've had 2 bad experiences with this particular thrift store. A couple weeks ago, my 6 year old had to pee super bad, every store in the area had their bathrooms closed due to Covid.. The rude lady working yelled at my mom to talk to the governor. Completely unprofessional and rude. (my daughter ended up peeing her pants)Next time, my dad went to drop off a dresser and when he went in to ask, the lady yelled and said "I barely have 15 minutes to do anything" then told him she couldn't take it because it was scratched. Since when is THRIFT STORE furniture in perfect condition?

Hello , This Store in North Apollo is a good sized store with lots to look at .. Deals to be had , lots of clothing to check out, knick knacks , electronics, furniture. nice people and lots of parking.. very busy place.. God Bless , Keith.

Very good deals but when I had a voucher for my daughter coloths they seemed rather impatient about it and complained I was standing right there too like hello can yall watch what you say about a customer when right in front them yall don't know a person's story ya know but everyone else was very pleasant and nice!!!!!

My hubby and I donate to here all the time. We get some nice stuff, but the workers.... omg. There's a new girl who was saying all this dumb stuff, making excuses so she can be lazy. I swear the worst part is checking out every time.Also my husband had to volunteer here for one of our college classes and the manager treated him poorly. Almost like we were smucks. There's one man that works here that's kind to us, but other than that...

Overall prices are low (as expected from a thrift store) with some items seemingly over priced. Frequent sales that aren't generally well-advertised do help on some confusingly high priced clothes though.

The people that work here are the rudest bunch of trash....I would drop hundreds of dollars there when I would go but yet they still rushed me out and wouldn't even let me use the fitting room...I will never go back to this place because of who they have working for them

The staff is alright but who ever does pricing needs to understand people don't want to pay full price for donated goods everything in the store is over priced you can get half the stuff new cheaper and don't even buy anything from electronics cause it probably won't work

Always good deals to be had if you look for them. Just stay away from overpriced stuff. Tag sales daily and big half off sales after some holidays.
