This place is awesome for pets and pet owners!!! Great selection of food, treats and toys. They also have a self service dog washstation in the back which is very convenient. The was area is clean and well stocked with towels and a large dryer. The staff definitely loves what they do and are very knowledgeable. This is my go-to store for my doggo's needs.

My dog has a lot of allergies but I buy her recommended food here and, not only doesn't it bother her allergies, but she loves it. They have great toys and treats and the staff is always wonderful and helpful. The bathtubs for different size dogs seal the deal. Love this place.

Was treated horribly by the employee on Sunday 09/30 around 11 am. Usually the experience is friendly and helpful. Today... the cashier was rude and frustrated. She didn’t know how to process simple transaction with gift card and membership and transferred her anger onto me. She was unable to coherently communicate what was happening and was seemingly intoxicated - alcohol/drugs?!?!I’ve enjoyed coming to the store every month for cat supplies and look at cats. We’ve adopted a cat from this store! All I’m asking for is reasonable service, respect and easy checkout. That’s the bare minimum. I used to work in service industry myself. And by far this was the worst treatment I’ve received.

Very helpful staff and great products. They also have their own line of freeze-dried raw dog and cat food and their own line of dog coats. A little pricey, although I don't know that they're more expensive than PetSmart or Petco.

The store has been doing much better ever since Pet Valu brought in the new manager Jaime. Friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable with pets, especially dogs. Can't wait to be back.

Cleanest pet.supply store in the area. Smaller than the big chain stores so smaller srock, however, the best dog wash bays anywhere. Easy to access and priced fair.

The employees are always friendly and helpful and the diy doggie bath in the back is so worth the $10! They provide your shampoo/conditioner, towels, and treats for your furbabies. Plus you can blow dry your pet and make them fluffy!

Nicely designed and clean store. They carry the more premium brands of dog food like Acana and Orijen which I like along with a large varieties of toys, treats, and accessories.

Nothing wrong with the place im just not seeing the value of it when the same cat litter is 4 dollars cheaper elsewhere... If your cats and dogs actually eat the o-natural food thats more expensive then check this place out

The prices are a little higher than some larger chain stores. However I did purchase a very nice bird cage at a very low price for my parallettes.

Pre ordered fish 2 weeks ahead for a party. I called the day before & was told they didnt come in. Good thing I called bc they weren't going to give me any notice. Will never do business here again
