Okay I reviewed this place six years ago and gave it two stars due to rude service. I thought that I would give it another try thinking they would have different people working that would make the experience enjoyable but I was wrong it was even worse. Therefore I now updated to 1 star. The young dark brown haired girl with freckles at the ice cream window was unbelievably rude. This is completely unacceptable. The owner even saw this taking place and came out to help us. She was kind and cared. Her response to help us showed me she does care. Thank you! I truly wish you could find better employees for your business it is a little gem. We didn't order anything crazy simply a small ice cream cone with sprinkles, a small vanilla milkshake, and a small pistachio flavored ice cream cone. When my husband asked for this from the girl at the window said they didn't have it. Only chocolate, vanilla, or twist. He then said the sign says you offer the flavor burst ice cream is that something you no longer offer? She responded "like I said, we only have chocolate vanilla and twist ice cream" this is unacceptable! This is a nice little place with good food. That always seems to have horrible employees. Thank you goes to the owner who made me my pistachio ice cream 🍦 you are a 5 + ⭐

My family loves this little place!!! They always have great home-made food for a great price. Its a nice quite little restaurant and the staff are always friendly! Once you're done eating you can go outside and enjoy some ice cream at the ice cream shop connected to their building! You guys are amazing! Keep up the great work!!! We will definitely keep recommending you to everyone!!!(The photo is from the evening my family had their chicken and gravy over biskets and mashed potatoes and a side of corn. I also ordered their sweet tea with lemon packs and it was really good!!)

They was extremely packed and busy but our food was good except my burger and that's only because they put a whole top piece of an onion on it I just can't wrap my head around why they would do that an it was very green ugh just no so I had to throw the onion away but I know they was busy so that's why I'm still giving you a 4 star review

I am 56 years old and this is my first review the worst experience I ever had food was horrible. The waitress was nothing short of rude actually made a sigh when we asked for refills. Maybe we had a bad night it was Saturday night. I heard new cook. Hopefully the owner can make adjustments. The couple after us walked out to so it wasn't just us.its a shame because friends said it was good.

We stopped here on the way to camp.I asked for two ice cream cones. A large for my husband and a small for me. When they handed me my cone, I knew we were in trouble. The small would have been considered a large anywhere else. The large was GIGANTIC. There had to be a quart of ice cream on the cone. And the prices were incredibly low. You sure get a lot of ice cream for a very low price!!! The ice cream was also high quality. Not the ice milk that other places sell. We will be back😋😋

A old man at the restaurant 5’5-5’7, who works there with a white beard, balding, cussed at a 81 year old lady and was very extremely ridiculously rude, I will never be going there again, and I recommend you don’t either, she had a tab of 2 dollars and some change, tried to pay the bill and he was a completely awful and cussed at me as wel immediately l, and it’s beyond ridiculous that he is able to be there, I don’t know if he’s the owners husband or something else, but that is beyond ridiculous that he would be loudly, and violently cussing at a elderly woman, and he was openly physically aggressive towards me as well, and this is beyond ridiculous, that is absolutely unacceptable, would not recommend

I do not recommend.We were in the area this weekend camping and stopped by to get some ice cream. We waited outside the ice cream window for over 5 minutes and sat multiple people back there so we rang the bell. A worker came over and said “if you want ice cream you’re gonna be waiting awhile we are busy.” We then proceeded to wait 20+ more minutes giving them the benefit of the doubt because we understand if you’re short staffed and are busy. But we watched at-least 3 other people go inside the bar/restaurant part to order the ice cream and get it and leave.We had our little kids with us so we did not want to go inside with them.I personally work in customer service and no matter how busy you are you that was no way to “greet” a customer not evening saying hello or being nice at all.Very disappointed.

I was charged $2.75 for a bottled water and the person that waited on us didn't know hand dipped ice cream from soft serve.However, the ice cream was very good.I would try it again, but bring my own water.

Stopped here on the way home from Blue hole swimming area. Delicious sundae and 5 cones for the kids. Quick and friendly service. They also sell very good priced meals and other desserts.

This little " Hole in the Wall" Cafe Restaurant has the best home cooked food and Pies at good prices in the area. Plenty on oversized parking in rear, welcoming un assuming staff, who are very genuine people.

Just the place to get ice cream cones and other treats like that on a hot day. I've eaten there inside the restaurant and the food was awesome. The waitress was very friendly and very good at her job. I would definitely return to eat there again and recommend it to others. The prices aren't bad either.

Service can be a bit slow on occasion, but the food is always great. Different special every day. Very good ice cream and home style pies. Prices are more than reasonable as well. My only real complaint is that you must take contortionist lessons before using the restroom.

Homemade food?? What a novel option! Loving those cabbage rolls? You should, the owner made them herself the night before! Though they do serve the standard frozen options, the specials are always homemade. Just don't go later than 10:30 a.m. for breakfast. Yes, the menu says it is served until 11 a.m. but the cook goes by her own prerogative.

We were actually headed to the paint room for lunch today but they don't open until dinner so we went here instead. We both had the daily special, creamed chicken with biscuits, gravy, mashed potatoes and corn. It was a bit much for lunch but it was so good that I ate it all anyway. We both left stuffed but happy. Thanks for a great lunch.

Today's special WAS creamed chicken and biscuits, mashed potatoes and corn. Food was served hot and in a timely manner. Food was delicious. Server was nice.

The waiter was so awesome! He checked on us often and had a great conversation with our 6 year old who chatted his ear off.
