This is my local Sheets and overall I am happy with the nice folks who work there.This complaint is a for corporate about their $2.25 single doughnuts. Why are they this much and why is NO cream filling them?When Homer J Simpson sold his soul to the the Devil it was for a jelly doughnut, where as you charge $2.25 for no jelly or cream. Needless to say the deal with the Devil was a much wiser choice amongst the two choices. Flanders would agree.

The exotic gas station of the East Coast! It's fine, gas is pricier here, but they have the whole made-to-order sandwich bar. It's not bad, but it's not much better than say McDonald's or other fast food.Bathrooms were a bit dirty, maybe we came before cleaning. But as the only gas station around Newville, we'll be back again and again

Just started working at Sheetz #469 I have to say staff is great and wants to provide the best quality and fast polite customer service. Everytime I order at least on night shift, there is always something missing. No sour cream on tacos that I ordered, no bbq sauce that I ordered. No utensils, no napkins, etc. This is not the first time, this happens at least every other time I order. It’s just getting ridiculous not getting what I order.

I went into sheetz to buy some Angry Orchard Reds after working my shift as a nurse to watch a movie with my daughter. My 30 year old daughter had offered to stop and buy the alcohol and some food before picking me up from work. Her 18 year old brother was with her and they refused to sell her the alcohol stating it was the Pennsylvania law. (It’s not by the way).So she took him home and picked me up an hour later. I went into the store and was told I could not buy alcohol for 24 hours because my son had been in the store earlier that day. I informed them he was taken home an hour ago and I had just clocked out from work and was still wearing my scrubs and even my name tag.He proceeded to try to lecture me about the pa law so I asked to see it. He went and printed out the store policy and tried to pass it off as the pa law. I had also pulled up the actual law and explained that his company policy wasn’t the law nor did it even mention buying alcohol as a parent with children. Or if your child had been in the store in the previous 24 hours. The policy didn’t even state anything about 24 hours or any timeframe at all.His policy however only states alcohol won’t be sold if suspicious that it is being abused. I pointed out I am 53 years old and did not have a minor with me and I took offense that the suggestion he was accusing me of trying to buy alcohol for one of my children who wasn’t even with me at the time. He stated that if one of my children under 21 was in the store in the previous 24 hours I was prohibited from buying alcohol. And that anyone in my household or any of my friends would also be prohibited.The absurdity of the entire situation can’t be overstated. This is what happens when you have under qualified kids running the place and arbitrarily making up rules and trying to mansplain those rules as “the law”.Sheetz should stick to selling gas and snacks since this is apparently rocket science for the employees.

I find it disturbing when simple food service practices are not followed. Either there is no understanding of the why, or management does not care.My example here is the wearing of a hat to control hair when working with food. So if you are wearing a visor, it should not be a platform to show off your hair as it bounces around unrestrained out the top.I am not talking a few strays all of their hair was out and about.Let's do better, ay?

Sheetz has been getting worse. The last time the guy had to come out 3 time to get my order 3 things.So I get curbside because I am trying to respect there mask rules as much as I can ok so I don't walk in. At least get the order right please or I will have to go in. Decent location but corporate needs to factor in which locations can handle the volume 7/4. This gas thing is great at the price but you can't hardly get in or out and I'm just here to get my kids. I literally had people freaking out because I couldn't pull in right away. There wasn't any room. It is causing a traffic hazard. Maybe update the smaller locations like this one before triggering such chaos. After action review is most definitely needed. Review cameras and audio too. Yes I know you have this. I've been in a store when y'all were checking in on employees.

Congrats on getting my whole order right but one simple sub. I’d MUCH RATHER wait longer for my food that I spend over 30$ for to be made correctly. And what makes it worse is they weren’t even busy🙄

I used to love the soft pretzels from the Sheetz in Newville. In fact, I would make a trip there just to purchase a pretzel. A few weeks ago, I purchased a pretzel and it was cold but I figured things happen. Tonight at approximately 8:30 p.m., my husband purchased a pretzel for me and it is still frozen! That is pretty ridiculous. I don't know if there are new employees or if they are just in a hurry and really don't care about the food prep but this might be the last pretzel I ever purchased. What a waste of money and time.

EVERYTIME I get food from the sheetz in newville or the one in Shippensburg I am missing food and it’s usually the add-ons that cost extra. Honestly, your food isn’t worth the price and I can’t even get all my food when I do order. Just plain awful customer service. Then going through some of these reviews in which many of them are similar with missing food item yet the problem continues. Eventually your poor service will catch up to you.

I played 7-9 dollars for a salad that was less then half full... I'm sorry but every other sheetz I have gone too loads them up with lettus and I go here and i barely get anything... I'm very upset..

I accidentally called Carlisle Sheetz trying to get ahold of Newville sheetz. The girl who answered the phone was so nice and had amazing customer service. I called the Newville sheetz 3 times all of which went to voicemail. It was important due to the fact it had to do with my online order. I don’t believe that good costumer service is not answering the phone. But props to the girl who answered for Carlisle sheetz.

If I could it would have zero stars. Ordered food and it took about 40 minutes for 2 burgers and an appetizer sampler. Food missing and made incorrectly. Employees standing around just talking while we wait for our food. Another time an employee THREW MY FOOD AT ME after overhearing a private conversation. This happened in front of a supervisor and nothing was done about it. Dont go here unless you absolutely have to.

Curbside is horrible staff mostly stand around when I have checked in waited 15 mins past my pick up time and it wasn't busy .. always forget my straw and get attitude when they have to go get me one the price of a Mac and cheese is ridiculous it's in a small dish and the noodles weren't cooked enough!

I stop regularly at this store. Always clean, well staffed and well stocked. Restrooms are usually clean also which is important to me. Food is always good

I have been in a lot of different sheetz since the chain went into business. Overall, Sheetz as a whole they do an excellent job in hiring the right people for the job. As for customer service i have rarely had a bad experience. With that said, the Sheetz in Newville, PA is the best sheetz of them all. All the other Sheetz can learn from them. We always stop here for gas / snacks / lunch when we are in the area. Restrooms are super clean and never had any issues with ordering food. Also, the staff seem friendly & happy.

Food orders need to be watched, of the last 10x we ordered maybe 2x were right, it's pretty bad when you need to check everything you order before you leave. But if you don't and find it's wrong just leave them know and they will make it right.

It is our experience that a Sheetz us going to be a nicer if not the nicest gas station/roadside stop. It has clean bathrooms and it has a huge selection of choices for a traveler's needs. There is always a selection of nice teas in Sheetz and there are always the proper amenities for you tea, or coffee, or any of the many varieties of warm beverages you might choose. Coffee lovers will have an enormous array of coffees to choose from. And then there are the snack items of all sorts from donuts to fruit and carrot sticks. They have traditional snack foods too. They carry a huge selection of cold beverages and they always have coconut water which is nice. If possible you should go to Sheetz first.

Very rude try to ring an item which I never oder. She didn't ask if I had my Sheetz card. I love the Sheetz in Carlisle off RT 11 and Allen Rd way better I'm won't go back to newville sheetz again

Outrageous holding fees when using a card for gas. Constantly 50-80$ being held for days! Staff are never friendly, most of them are rude and would rather not be dealing with people.

The parking lot is very small at this store but the employees treated me with good service and didn't have to wait long at all for my food.
