Two minutes after 5pm after coming home from a vacation to get my medicine I ran out of and was refused by two employees. I cannot miss them or I will have life threatening reactions and I told her this and got nothing but attitude and replied to me oh well. This is the second time I got the same rude woman. You should not be working with people if you don’t care about them especially in this case. I had exact change, tills have nothing to do with it I worked in retail my whole life so I know. I Will never be coming here again take my advice and go somewhere else they do not care about your well being, very dangerous.

This Rite aid is great. The pharmacy has always been nice and professional toward me. All you sensitive cuties that are leaving one star reviews because someone took a slightly less than saccharine tone with you. Try living in Philly for a MONTH. And deal with the disaster that is their pharmacy circuit. You'll appreciate this one a lot more.

The pharmacist, Vijay, who picked up the phone was extremely rude to me for no reason other than she couldn’t find me on the system. I had to transfer my prescription from one Rite Aid to another but never again to this pharmacy. I never had a bad experience with a pharmacist in my life until today. She was unprofessional, got loud on the phone, and did not come up with solutions to my problem. At the end of the day, we need compassionate individuals in these positions and based on the other reviews I see I am not the only one who has encountered this problem at this location.

This pharmacy is slow and usually very busy. I stopped at 3:10 on a Thursday afternoon and went inside to pick up a prescription that my doctor had called in at 2:15. I expected it to be ready. I was first in line with only 1 person in back of me 10 minutes later. I was told that it was almost ready and that the pharmacist was now on the phone about my prescription. I watched while many employees including the pharmacist serviced the drive through instead. 5 customers picked up prescriptions while I waited. Twenty minutes later at 3:30 since I had a prior commitment coming up I complained. They brought out my prescription. I paid and rushed out.Lesson learned: go through the drive through instead.

Not so professional when a pharmacist talks down to you. Maybe a few classes of charm school would suffice. I have never in my life dealt with a medical person as unprofessional as her.

I’ve been coming to this rite aid for almost two years. the people who work in the pharmacy are lovely. I am always able to speak to someone on the phone and given help to resolve issues. I’m grateful that the people giving me healthcare advice are prioritizing their own health and taking lunch breaks - thank you rite aid for actually giving your employees time to eat.

All these people worry about is lunch!!!! I ordered my medication a few days ago and of course it wasn’t ready. The girl at the counter asked me to come back in 5 min and when I returned my medication was sitting on the counter and they refused to give it to me because they were closing for lunch. This is one of the most unprofessional places I’ve been too! Enjoy your lunch and I hope this store goes out of business!!!!

My wife made an appointment for drive through Covid test. When we arrived on time, the staff at the window looked very surprise. She said that she won’t know who and when an appointment was made and refused to test, even when we showed her the appointment confirmation message. When we asked to talk to her supervisor or manager, she said she was the only person there (2 hour before store close?)

This place is absolutely AWFUL. The employees and manager who I remind you are teens. Are extremely rude, no professionalism. The front cashier young brunette, was on her cell phone texting while she was checking me out, had head phones in. I asked to speak with a manager and she gave me attitude saying “okay whatever” the manager also is a kid, and all he had to say was “I understand” meanwhile the last time I was here I had the same problem with him as well… as a MANAGER. No professionalism anymore in this country, disgusting embarrassing generation taking over this country.

I have know idea what has happened to this pharmacy. Maybe new management? They used to be excellent when they were open 24 hours.. My mother was recently released from the hospital after a serious illness. She needs her medication on-time or she could be hospitalized again. This pharmacy delays filling prescriptions sometimes for 2 days even after we tell them it's urgent. This has happened 3 times! They do not care about people at all. They show zero empathy. They promise the prescription at a certain time butwhen I arrive it's always excuses. "We're busy", "maybe later tonight or tomorrow" Time to change to another pharmacy.

I am blown away by how wonderful folks in the pharmacy are! When my autistic son couldn’t/wouldn’t wear a mask to enter the store for his vaccine, the pharmacist came out to our car! There, she was so calm and reassuring that my son happily allowed her to administer the vaccine. I am so appreciative of their patience, understanding and flexibility.

My insurance company changed, so my pharmacy changed and this place is horrendous. I can deal with the longer waits, but the staff is rude and lazy. Tip, you never ignore the front counter when there are several people waiting. I plan on switching pharmacies as soon as I can.

I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had on a phone call with the Pharmacist on duty. I can sit here and write a book about how horrifically unprofessional she was but all I ask is for a manager to listen to the call. I can not believe anyone handling patients and medication speaks to people like this.

Very under staffed and the pharmacy is probably the slowest I've been to. The lines are incredibly long, the wait is long, and they gave me the wrong medication. When I called them to make sure the correct medication was ready for when I came back, I called 3 times and no one answered. once I got back for the the second time, I had to wait AGAIN for my correct prescription and then someone rear ended me in the parking lot. Will not be returning !!!

The pharmacy cashier, (older woman short reddish hair) is incrediby rude. She sould not be in customer service. Don't put yourself through the horrible experience of dealing with this miserable person. I will never go back, and you shouldn't either.

Pharmacist told me my stomach pain was "normal" from my medications...no it is NOT normal, i ended up having an ulcer. Don't tell people the wrong things. i delayed treatment for days because she told me i shouldn't worry...

HORRIBLE !!! The drive threw was a 25 min wait just to drop off my script !! The woman in front of me who was holding up the line was in her car alone and had several question about her medication holding the line up for what seemed like forever I was stuck in line b/c there was a car behind me as well. I had my one year old in the car with me who started to fuss ! When it was finally my turn the pharmacist was extremely nasty and rude blaming me for all the honking ( yes at that point I had honked once b/c the wait was so long it totally ruined the whole convince factor!!) If u have any questions go inside !!! But it gets better. The pharmacist told me I had never been there "so it looks like you'll have to come in the store any way" wit a nasty smirk on her face... she had not even asked my name yet and I haf been there b4.. then she proceeds to tell me they do not have my prescription ... which I know they did b/c I called n asked then I saw her turn around n yell at her staff asking if anyone took my call.. again which they did.. as a final blow the pharmacist gives me a nasty smirk yet again n said I would be at least an hour wait!!! I said that's fine parked n watched others get their script within minutes!!! This took place 6/28/16 around 7:30 pm ay the newtown branch on ice cream alley ... very un happy o work at a doctors office with 3000+ patients which I will never ever refer there... unhappy

I came for the second dose of Pfizer and they couldn’t find me on system, i had first one there, that location and everything went through fine that day, now instead of trying to fix it, they were so rude, not answering anything i asked, If answered than with such an attitude nobody should be treated like that. The girl gave a shot was so unprofessional and rude… gosh… last time i visited that location…

There is one worker here in particular that is very rude. Short older lady with red hair. If you ask her for some help, she will respond in a sarcastic tone mocking you. But there is another worker who is an older lady with grayish hair, and she is super nice. Just avoid the red lady and you should be fine.

As nice as the pharmacists and assistance are at this location, the wait at the drive-through and in the store is outrageously long. To the point of being unacceptable. It’s a shame to have to Switch to a different pharmacy when this is such a great location.
