The product is extremely difficult to get on and off of collars. We purchased three of the Fi3 holders a month ago and one has already broken. We need a dependable product to hold our Fi3 and a product that breaks in multiple pieces is not providing that peace of mind. The product works nicely for a one inch collar but it is bulky on thinner collars.

I have 3 of the Fi fastners and 1 for the fitbark. This is a great product. The youtube video was a great help for anyone having trouble. Customer service team A+++++Thanks so much for a great product

I have only used it once. Worked as advertised. Not a bad idea to add a sling strap out of narrow webbing as well. Great product so far.
