It could’ve been an off time or a bad seeing the other reviews. This is what I experience. I called to see if anyone was inside. No one other animal was in so I was told in a snippy to I could walk in with my dog. I asked for a price estimate to compare with other store. I wouldn’t mind if it’s a little more pricy. The woman however was so short and rude. I would ask a question and she snapped the answers back. I understand if you’re busy because I work in a similar stressful environment. I didn’t deserve that treatment.

We love the Blue Pooch! They took such good care of our two (big) boys. They looked great when we picked them up. Last year, one of our pups had a CCL tear and even though it's now healed, we have to be really careful with those back leggies. I was so happy to find a groomer who specializes in grooming dogs with disabilities. Blue Pooch did an amazing job working with my boy! We look forward to the next appointment.

I cannot say enough good things about Caitlin and all the staff at Blue Pooch Grooming. They are amazing. My labradoodle has had issues with many other groomers, but Caitlin has shown love and patience with him and now being groomed is no longer a stressful situation. He finally is getting the best haircuts he has ever had! Thank you all for taking such good care of my pup. You all are wonderful!

I’ve been putting off having my short haired 2yr old rescue professionally groomed. He’s only 12 lbs, but strong as an ox & bathing him in the sink is very stressful for both of us. All he needs is a bath / nail clipping. I’ve never left him with anyone before & was worried about how he would react. I read the great reviews & gave Blue Pooch a try. I am so relieved!!!! Caitlin & her mom (sorry I forgot her name) were so very reassuring. The salon is small, homey & the ambiance very nice & calming. I liked how the other dogs were treated & how they don’t crate. Everyone who worked there seemed happy & professional. No one seemed rushed or overwhelmed. It is obvious they really care about the dogs & want them to be happy & relaxed. They knew I was a nervous wreck leaving him, & they were so kind & reassuring. When I picked Cooper up, he was happy mingling with other dogs & getting lots of hugs. My stinky dog smelled sooo good & his fur was smooth & soft. His nails were clipped with smooth rounded edges & everything was just perfect. What a great find!!!!!! I will definitely be using Blue Pooch for all of Cooper’s grooming needs moving forward. This is a salon in which everyone takes pride in their work & are truly passionate about what they do. Even though Cooper didn’t get a full grooming, the dogs they were working on looked amazing.

Best groomer around! Always take great care of our dog! Our dog has always had issues with getting her nails cut! Multiple groomers have told us not to bring her back, and the vet wants to put her under to do it! Blue pooch cuts em everytime no problem! They just have a comforting, caring, wonderful staff that makes my pup feel safe! 10 out of 10 recommend!

After years of being turned down because my dog is very nervous and growls at people, I found my permanent grooming spot. They ignored my baby's growls and treated her like normal, and she responded great because of it. I was really nervous they wouldn't be able to do a full groom, but they absolutely nailed it.

Always a great experience at Blue Pooch! The staff is amazing and super friendly! They're great with all the dogs, and the shop itself is so neatly laid out. I always feel comfortable leaving my Aussie, Ghost, with them, and he always seems to happy when I come pick him up (and he always looks so much better than when I dropped him off, especially in the adorable bandanas they give the doggies). Thank you all for taking such great care of Ghost every time I bring him in! Highly recommended groomer!

Love this local business! Stephanie was amazing. Couldn’t be happier with the way that my Autistic brothers mini Bernie doodle puppy was treated and he looked so darn cute too. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the middle bucks area.

I called last minute and the owner was so nice on the phone and was able to give me a cancellation appt. They were so great with my puppy and he looked like a new dog when he came home. All of the workers were so nice. I will definitely use them again and again. I have a yorkie puppy. Thank you Blue Pooch!!!

Very disappointed. Brought my cavapoo for grooming. Expecting to get a good trim, wash and a good brush, I brush my dog out every day he had no major matting. When I came to pic him up he was shaved. Looked like a different dog. They didn’t call me or anything to tell me what they will do. And I paid over 100$ and for what just to have him shaved? Just not the service I was expecting from this place.

First time visitor with my 9 year old golden retriever, Tee, to have her nails clipped/grinded. Excellent experience. She's a bit skittish and scared by nature but no problems here. Everyone is really nice too and it's obvious they love dogs.No appointment necessary for this service. Cost was $15. Highest recommendation.

We were nervous about having anyone from our dog at their venue with other dogs present. He hasn’t been socialized that much and cannot be crated. They assured us that they would keep an eye on him and separate him if need be. When we came to pick him up, he was jumping and socializing with the other dogs in the salon, and we couldn’t be happier! He was beautifully groomed, also, and has been back since and has had the same positive experience. We recommend them with no hesitation.

Tandy has never been crated - so taking her to the groomer has always caused her to be full of anxiety and nerves. BPG is so kind and not being put in a cage makes her so much more comfortable. She always looks (and smells) great! Highly recommend.

I have known and patronized this business for over two years.I cannot say enough about how kind they have been to my two dogs and the great grooming and care they give them.Usually it’s Kaitlyn the owner that does the majority of the grooming and if not it’s one of her knowledgeable staff.Some of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen.They also carry a full selection of pet care items and some of the loveliest collars and outfits for your dog.If you are looking for a full groom, just a bath or a walk in nail trim they are the best.

I have a 12 year old rescue dog. He has major trust issues. I call him “ special needs “.I have been tossed around for two years by different groomers because no one can or wanted to handle him. I reached out to Blue Pooch. The owner assured me that her staff will be able to groom my dog. They offer 730 am appointments before they even open to help dogs that suffer with anxiety to be in a calmer environment.My dog has been there two times so far and they have done a great job! I am so thankful and grateful for finding Blue Pooch!It is so adorable in there too! Everyone has been so.. and understanding! ❤️My Ransom has finally found his groomers!

We had a great experience with Blue Pooch Grooming. My bernedoodle is a big boy and I wasn't sure how well he would behave with a bunch of strangers. The staff here was patient with him and said he was very well behaved. He was all trimmed up, even his nails, and came home looking (and smelling) very good. I just made another appointment so he can get spiffed up again- worth every penny.

BPG Truly came to our rescue. Our purebred cardigan welsh corgi therapy dog, who has been boarded nationwide came home from a bad boarding experience yesterday and looking more worse for the wear - A total “first” in her lifetime. She was depressed. A first, even w 69 cross country flights.Blue pooch got us in immediately. Gave her the full treatment and we not only had a clean, properly groomed dog but her personality and sparkling demeanor were back and she was her old self. She even wanted to hang around with the groomers and other dogs!Many thanks to everyone who gave us our precious Zoë back. Can’t recommend BPG highly enough.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Blue Pooch and the entire staff! I dropped off our elderly (16 year old) peek-a-poo with special needs (starting to lose her vision and the start of dementia) - she was matted and overgrown due to no other groomer having the availability to take care of her in her state. She has the tendency to get nasty and anxious because she cannot see well anymore. Because other groomers have turned her away, I was apprehensive and waited outside for about an hour, but the groomers and staff at Blue Pooch took amazing care of our little old lady, and assured me that she would be fine and that they would make sure she gets breaks in between. YES, it did take a few hours - but only because they took the time to let her relax in between cuts/bath when she was getting nervous, which absolutely makes the difference because of her age and condition.While our vet did give us a sedative medication, it seemed to have an adverse effect on her, and the knowledgeable and sweet staff at Blue Pooch gave great advice for her next cut. So in short, I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH - I saw how well they treated the other dogs in the salon as well as ours, and my heart is so full knowing that our dog finally feels comfortable again. We will be Blue Pooch regulars for the rest of Sophie’s time, and absolutely for whatever four legged friend may come next! Thank you all so much!

I love Blue Pooch! Caitlin is super accommodating and GREAT at what she does- as is the whole staff. My dog Tucker is pretty attached to me so being left at the groomer is not his favorite thing. Blue Pooch definitely makes it as pleasant as possible for him and I know he's in great hands.

We loved how the haircut came out, however the next morning at 4:10am my pup Nova threw up. Then when I took her out she had loose stools/diarrhea. She has still continued to have diarrhea 4 days after the grooming. We decided to try this groomer because we know people who's dog come here. Most likely won't be back. Her appointment was at 10:30am and we didn't get called to pick her up until 3:30pm.

Very attentive & caring staff! I looked into so many dog groomers in the area before choosing Blue Porch, & I’m so glad I picked this one. My dog was very nervous and skittish when I dropped him off, and he was all smiles and wagging his tail when I came to get him, which is always a great sign and means he was very well taken care of! Thank you again to this nice ladies who work here, we will certainly be back.

Despite my warning them, they shaved our doggie too closely and caused her about 10 days of severe discomfort. I called to ask for advice to help mitigate the problem two days later, but the girl who answered said that it was normal and even she felt discomfort after shaving.One of our neighbors told us about a similar experience with their dog, but other neighbors still like them, so we could have just had an unfortunate experience. Also, I feel their grooming service is unusually expensive for what they do.On the positive side, they do not hold the dogs in crates and all grooming is in the open.

The owners at Blue Pooch are very sweet and understanding when it comes to your dog’s needs. As soon as you walk in, it feels very comforting and homey which was really nice for me because right away I felt very comfortable being there. I highly recommend Blue Pooch Grooming. Having my dog there, I knew that he was in good hands !
