Whole Foods located in the Ellis Preserve at 3737 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073 is an incredible Food store chain! Vast selection of groceries that aren’t found at many other chains. Lots and lots of prepared items, and specialty exotic foods as well. Shelves were well stocked, and their prepared foods are delicious! It’s not the cheapest place to buy groceries, but it is one of the the best of the best, and most healthy ones. Excellent bakery dept, meats, vast seafood, and freshly made dinner areas. Great Pizza, produce, wine selection, bar, and buffet area.Highly recommended!

Your people at Whole Foods are great a lady just help me and Customer Service tonight with the Amazon returns which it’s not her fault it’s the way Amazon does dang so I could tell you that for sure she was wonderful. I’m glad there’s employees out there like that the place was nice and clean and everybody was friendly.

The salad bar is great , pizza is good just watch bottom isn’t burnt, I love they have vegetarian choices . This is going to be a little higher in price but they offer things you are not going to find in your local grocery store. I’ve even passed by and they had live music! Their is a sit down area to eat if you wish, inside and out. Employees helpful at self checkout. Regular checkout is a bit slow, so don’t be in a hurry. (They offer items that are healthier and many items from locals) Many people order online and have delivered, helps to have Amazon Prime and get discounts! Enjoy..I still buy certain things local that I know are the same and less, shop smart.

12 registers, but only 1 in operation. The rest is self checkout, but all card only. Cash isn't going away, especially for lower income folks like me. .I know, I know, if I'm lower income, what am I doing in WF, right? I like to treat myself ever so often. I'll come back, because all of the team members are very nice and professional. It's just disappointing that they're not more options for cash paying customers.

Excited to stop at Whole Foods as none in my area. What an utter disappointment I experienced. The salad bar in early afternoon was supplied with wilted and soggy lettuce. A total turnoff. I noticed a few abandoned boxes from previous patrons left unattended. The hot bar was so unappetizing as the food pans were emptied or dried out. Ugh. The fresh fruit trays in produce that are priced at $26 were packed 4 and some 7 days earlier. That’s not fresh to me. It was a total turnoff so I won’t be stopping by again to Whole Foods. I’m heading to Wegmans instead.

Pretty good Whole Foods. The wine selection is much better than the Whole Foods in my home town, and produce is good, which is typical of this grocery chain. The pre-made food is more limited than I expected but still not bad. Very good location and I haven't seen it overly crowded

I used to get my seafood from this location. One time, I went to get this pullapart cupcake that I got from another Whole Foods for $12 bakery manager told me it's $35 and you have to special order it... My mom went in another day, and they had it on the shelf for $12...........................

They had a band in the food court. Very nice. Very nice beer selection. Excellent staff. Staff at the food court bar was helpful. One of the best whole food markets.

I always enjoy shopping at this Whole Foods location. I like their organic selection of foods. I like them having some unique foods, like Brocolli Romano as well. That veggie is hard to find in stores. I also enjoy the Prime Discounts I get here, from Amazon. I would think this store was excellent, if it didn't get rid of some of my favorite foods. I no longer see duck here. I used to love buying their duck legs. I didn't see Atlantic Char (a fish, similar to Salmon) either. Juices that have a lot of fruit in them, without costing $8.00 or more, are hard to find as well. While Whole Foods is a very good store, I think it falls just short of excellence.

Ughhh... found a hair in my sushi purchases on 3/29... and started to feel ill shortly after eating. 24 hours later... Im still sick! No good Whole Foods. Need to do a better job with food cleanliness and safety.

Having local fresh baked bread is a real treat.I’m still disappointed in the way they bake their Frisco Sourdough bread ….. The crust is charred black, and the inside bread is dry. The crust used to be nicely chewy and the inside bread was moist, spongy, and flavorful… Oh well.Still have to give them 5 stars for the variety and flavor of the rest of their breads.Please go back to the way you used to bake your sourdough.

Spacious, beautiful new design, great selection of items and sales. Lots of large aisles and lots of stuff. Good marking and signage too. The fish department had a great selection and friendly staff when I was there!

A valuable community asset and grocery that I have confidence vets out most unhealthy foods ( better than others). Their Delivery Service have issues. Don’t rely on WF deliveries for planning weekly meals as they usually leave out necessary items even if they state available when you order or will substitute anything but what you require, don’t plan to use delivery for dinner parties if your cooking as they will miss an important item, or food you rely on eating everyday like Probiotics. and sometimes organics like blueberries. Inventory management and items posted are mis-aligned and as Amazon’s Search engine continues to have major flaws you’ll be somewhat disappointed when you can’t find the item except if you are setting the preferred substitution (very confusing when the search to buy doesn’t show that item). So I only took 1-star off because WF groceries are still the best of breed for the widest variety of healthy nutrition.

Foods at whole foods are the best. Vegetables and fruits are super fresh like just picked up from the garden. Bakery section is simply amazing with tons of variety of breads and cakes and what not! Everytime I go to the store makes me feel so refreshing with the beautiful view of nice and fresh fruits and vegetables! And it never happened that I am looking for something and didn't get that. Like all other shopping experience on Amazon, Whole Foods maintain the same very high standards of quality products and outstanding customer experience! Great!

This is a decent Whole Foods store, but their two electric vehicle charging stations have been broken for most of the last 2 years. It's pathetic that a company with the resources of Whole Foods/Amazon that identifies as leaders on the environment can't seem to have working EV chargers. Please fix this.

Beautiful store! High end prices, displays are well marked, neat and orderly. Options are innumerable. Lots of foods to grab and eat or go. Home made pasta bar, cheeses from all over, fresh produce.

The pre-cooked turkey breast I picked up at my scheduled pick up time of 7:00 AM on Thanksgiving Day was fully frozen. Nowhere on WF website does it say this item will be frozen or require thawing when you pick it up. I suspect that the store did not move the breast from freezer to refrigerator 24 hours before my scheduled pick up time. The online reheating instructions say heat at 350F for 20-30 minutes. I refrigerated the breast when I arrived home. I put the breast in the oven at 2:20 pm (7 hours after picking up at store) at 350F and after 30 minutes the internal temperature was 50F. This clearly indicates the breast was fully frozen when I picked it up at 7:00 am. The package in which the turkey was stored gave no indication the breast was frozen or required thawing. I called customer service and they claimed the turkey breast is refrigerated, not frozen. We heated up the three sides we bought from WF based on supposed reheat time for turkey so now everything will be sitting around and require reheating while we wait for the turkey to actually get hot. Very disappointed.

Amazon return went swimmingly well. Decided while there to pick up a gluten free snack and kombucha. Paying with an Amazon code was a disaster. Ended up paying with a different card. The 50 cents I would have gotten in rewards suddenly wasn't worth the extra time.

This was my first time ever in one of these markets and it was really nice! The salad bar was delicious! I will definitely return to try other options that they have to offer. Also they had a little section that sold soaps and candles and they all smelled great! A great area for buying stocking stuffers and unique gifts!

The main reason we come here is for the stellar meat department. Yet, when we were choosing a steak, we asked to see other selections under the paper. The gal behind the counter told us "They're all the same." She was pretty rude and obviously not having a good day... which in turn, made us feel embarrassed and angry. We left with nothing. PLEASE tell your staff to be pleasant and accommodating to your customers. Prices are high enough without having to be treated so poorly. :(

I love the cheese department design… it’s a quick trip around the world… and their entire staff is always wonderful… even when short handed & tired they go out of their way to help you…. Haven’t used it yet but I love that if I ever need to return something to Amazon I just may take the item to WholeFoods!
