Took my King Charles here for the first time today and will not be returning. Not only did they cut him to the point where his wound has bled several times since his appointment, but the haircut on its own is terrible. The wound/cut, while upsetting, can happen and the groomer took responsibility as it was not a result of my dog’s behavior, but groomers should know how to cut dogs of all breeds. I have taken him to Petsmart and they have trimmed him better and more professionally. The photos show the choppiness of his cut.

Do not take your dog here if you’re looking for a thorough deshedding treatment. We tried for basically a year with our Alaskan Malamute until finally calling it quits because we were unsatisfied every time. He was always damp, and fur would fall off the second we got in the car. I’m sure this place is good for hair cuts, but unfortunately not big dog blowouts.

I had a great experience when I took my 6-month charcoal lab to Dirty Dog’s yesterday. She’s been very skittish about getting her nails cut and was happy as a clam and didn’t seem stressed at all when we picked her up. She even ran back to the staff to lick them (that’s her way of saying thank you).

I emailed for an appointment and got a quick and professional response. Brought my puppy-cut Newfoundland in for a bath and sani-trim as he was getting pretty ripe. The staff that greeted us were very friendly and welcoming. When I picked him a relatively short time later (~3 hours, I'm used to 4hrs+ for him) he was happy, fluffy, soft and smelled great. The price is a good value from my experience as well.

This place is excellent! I brought my dog here for the first time yesterday and was so impressed! They were able to give me a bathing appointment within 2 days of me calling and the staff both on the phone and in person were so professional and accommodating. My dog is now so soft and her coat looks stunning...her nails are trimmed perfectly and all her visible dander is gone as well. The shop was very clean and the prices are very reasonable...this was be our new go to grooming shop!

Maureen and her team do a great job with my dogs. My rottweiler was super shy and skittish but they made her feel comfortable! I'm pretty specific about how I want my Yorkie's hair cut and the groomers follow my directions perfectly. I highly recommend Dirty Dog Solutions.

We have had our Black Labrador Retriever there for baths and nail trimmings several times and have been very satisfied with the results. The personnel are very courteous and good with our dog. I do not hesitate to recommend DDS to dog owners who really care for their "pups" and want them to have a good experience when they go to a groomer.

We love Dirty Dog Solutions!!! My standard poodle especially loves this place and his special groomer Lee Ann. I can't even say her name around him or he starts running in circles thinking he's going to see her! A lovely dog grooming facility where they obviously care about the dogs. My poodle always looks like a million bucks after his haircut. The fact that he's excited to go for haircuts speaks volumes about how wonderful this place is!!

These ladies are amazing! Started using them almost a year ago for my 4 pups..... it’s so much easier for them to come to me since I also have a baby. They take such good care of the dogs and are great at their job. Highly recommend!

Leanne always does such a nice job with our old, skittish terrier. She is so sweet with him, and he always looks great afterwards. The shop is so clean, and even smells good! Also, scheduling is never difficult. We recommend Dirty Dog to everyone!

My experience with Dirty Dog Solutions has been fantastic. Having gone to other groomers- Dirty Dog Solutions gave our Cavachon the best results. Finally, a groomer that listened when I asked to keep the hair longer, with a fuller "teddy bear" face. Not only was the grooming beautiful, but he smelled wonderful with an added bandana to complete the look- adorable! I would HIGHLY recommend!!

I found Dirty Dog Solutions to be very good at trimming my dog's nails, much better than previous places I've used. I prefer the grinding method because it gives a closer and smoother trim without cutting into the dog's nail. They do a nice job.

My dogs love coming here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about your baby’s needs. I love the fact that you can make an appointment and the dogs are not stuck in a crate waiting their turn. Turn around time is reasonable. Love this place.

Thank you to the amazing Dirty Dog Solutions for always helping our newly rescued seniors look and feel their best! We have brought some very neglected, traumatized pups to them and they have spent hours gaining their trust and cleaning them up so that they can get on the road to finding their forever families.Maureen, the owner, is so compassionate and amazing. We once brought a malamute, Max, who had spent his entire life living chained up outside and had very little human interaction. We told her that we really couldn't be sure of how he'd react to a bath because we didn't think he had ever had one. She spent 4 hours washing the years of dirt and grime off of him. He left smiling. We are so, so grateful to this business.

Best groomers ever! My dog Nala is an anxious pup who isn''t fond of being groomed. The first groomer suggested she be sedated but I didn't want to do that. Came across Dirty Dog Solutions and gave them a call...best call I made. Leann was wonderful ...she took special care of her and most of all she took her time! My Nala gets very excited when I pull up to the front of the shop so I know she loves going to her appointments!Dirty Dog Solutions is now the only place I will take my dog.Both Leann and Maureen are wonderful, the best.I highly recommend Dirty Dog to anyone who needs their dog groomed and bathed!

I used a groupon to try dirty dog out and I'm amazed! I have a husky mix dog that has incredibly thick fur and she looks amazing, honestly I don't think she has ever looked as nice as she did after her bath and brush. Definitely going back!! 🐶

Very friend and helpful staff. I used the self serve wash for my dog and found it to be efficient. Only reason they received 3 stars instead of 5 is because they never pick up their phone and self wash is available 2 days a week.

After my sister heard good reviews about this place from her client, she decided to take her yorkie here. After his haircut, she noticed that there was a little bit of blood by his ear. After further inspection, it looked like the groomers cut into her Yorkie's ear and took a piece off! No one notified her of this incident and no apology was given, until she confronted the lady about this. A refund was given, however that's not the point. If anything were to happen to her yorkie, she would like to know right away. she was not made aware of ANYTHING until she called and informed them about the damage they have caused to her dog. Overall, terrible business and terrible grooming service. Will not be coming back here again for the sake of our dog.

I take my two dogs Blaze and Koro to be bathed and they do a fantastic job. I also use the self dog wash station and it is well stocked and easy to bathe the dogs!
