Nice clean store but they really need to empty the trash can outside the front doors or just get rid of it.People are constantly dumping trash from their houses in it and it’s always overflowing onto the sidewalk.

I couldn't find what I was looking for. Politely asked the staff where I could find it. I was understanding that they didn't sell it. Staff were really rude and had an attitude for no reason. Told me to shop somewhere else. Made me feel like an idiot and how dare I waste their time with stupid questions. Not likely I will be going back.

The gentleman was very friendly on the phone when he called inquiring about the prescription transfer request that I had submitted. They got my prescription filled that same as well - however its worth noting the transfer was from another rite aid location, so it *could* take longer for a transfer from a different pharmacy entirely, but im not 100% sure.At pickup it was very timely and they were polite. I'll for sure be back. Super convenient being right next to Giant grocery as well!

Really like the Rite Aid store in Newport, Pa.Very clean, good items, helpful associates.Hopefully, Rite Aid will continue to be our go to store in Newport!

One of the nicer & bigger store locations.Rewards Program: Bonus Cash good for 30 days to use on future purchase. Can stake points. Best to have app to track and convert Bonus Cash into redeemable points. Also had clipless coupons on the app.Accepts OTC Card & EBT. Also accepts paper coupons.

This place is slow as hell. I waited over an hour for an Injection. It seems to me that customers waiting should come first. Not filling scripts that won’t be picked up for 2 days!

After a dental procedure, my daughter picked up prescriptions for me, the cashier asked "Oh, did you have a dental procedure done?" (I had checked the box indicating I had NO questions regarding my prescriptions) I wonder what she would ask someone picking up say, Viagra??? I think it was inappropriate and unnecessary. A few days later, I spoke to the pharmacist regarding this. He seemed to think it was 'OK'. So much for HIPPA and privacy.

I just wanna take the time to say that Kelsey R. Is an amazing employee and has gone above and beyond for my medication refills. I continuously have problems EVERY SINGLE MONTH when I come here if it wasn’t for her, nothing would have gotten done when it comes to issues for me and getting my scripts filled. The main pharmacist is very rude and unprofessional.

The store is fine. Clean & friendly staff. It's the pharmacy staff we have issue with. The head pharmacist has on every interaction been incredibly condescending & judgmental. I'd never go back.

this Rite Aid is terrible; the service is awful, the cashiers are unfriendly/coarse. they hired new cashiers but there just more rude locals. this time im moving my prescriptions elsewhere

They shouldn't even get a one star. This is the worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with. You should not have to wait till the next day to pick up especially when you are sick.

When you get a notification saying that your prescriptions are filled and you go to pick them up they say they are still working on them even if you filled them the day before by phone.

According to the hours listed I am very dissatisfied with the service. I am waiting for someone to open the pharmacy which is to be open at 8am and yet it is 10 minutes to 9am and it is closed.
