Was there for 7 years... They laid off a bunch of us just before Christmas including managers and supervisors. This place sucks to work for. New owners came in and promised everyone's jobs were safe, then bam.

This site is a scam. I ordered a fireplace grate and cancelled the order in less than an hour and five minutes and was told by “Sam” the order could not be cancelled. No shipping had occurred. No order had been filled. The guy just wanted my money and didn’t care about service, customs care or anything else. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AND THIS GUY.

If there was any other way to put less then 1 star I absolutely would. This is the most awful company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 2 very simple cans of paint for a custom home project I am doing for my clients. They never could seem to deliver the paint, not to mention get a simple address correct. Not only did they mess up the address every single time, and we called multiple time to rectify the situation, for an entire month the incompetency of the customer service was mind blowing. They kept saying they were sending the paint and somehow it never showed up. When it was expressed this was very important to receive they did not care in the least. I will never in my entire life ever use this company again. I mean they can not ship 2 simple paint cans from a few states away but I seem to get product from other countries easier. We build custom homes and know a lot of people in our industry and will make sure to tell everyone we know to never use this company. The most disappointing company I have ever dealt with and I have owned my company for over 15 years.

Customer service here is abysmal. I ordered some flags 5-13 for a party 5-18. The website stated they were upgrading their system & orders would not be processed until 5-15. I called 5-15 (& waited on line 30 minutes) & was informed the order was not in the system yet because of the upgrade. I requested cancellation as the flags would not arrive in time. I was told they couldn't cancel for the same reason & to call back the next day. I did so, waiting another 30 minutes. Order still not in system, unable to cancel. I called again 5-17 (another 30 minute wait) & was told by Charlie even though the order STILL had not been processed she had worked with her supervisor to get the order cancelled. I received the product the following Monday 5-21. Another call with long wait, Charlie emailed me a pre-paid return label. Per their tracking, the item was delivered early AM 6-1. Another email was sent 6-6 informing me they had received it in the warehouse (4 business days from the dock to the warehouse?) & as soon as they had processed it, a refund would be initiated. Today is 6-12 and I am still waiting for my refund.

They will refuse to refund you. Purchased a shelter logic and did not receive all the parts. The instruction manual didn’t match the product. They asked me to send the item back for a return, then never gave a return. Just kept ignoring my inquiries. Worst customer service. Rude and incompetent company. Don’t do business with them.

I am a first time customer, and a last time customer. I ordered a flagpole and flag. The ordering process was easy, the quality of what I have received is as expected, and part of the order (the flag) has not yet arrived and to date is a week behind the flagpole. I finally went out and bought a flag and wrote off the ordered one. I will be curious if or when the ordered flag will come.My order was a birthday present. When I checked on the order I was told that it would ship in 24-48 hours. I checked again after 48 hours, and was told it would ship in 24-48 hours. I checked again in 48 hours, and you guessed it! It will ship in 24-48 hours! It did arrive the same day that I was told the third time it would ship in 24-48 hours with no notice of shipment as promised.I understand delays completely with the covid 19 issues and even other reasons, but being told it was processing for shipment in 24-48 hours three times and being disappointed each time, I cannot accept.9/17/2020 - To follow up, it has been several weeks and I have not received my flag.

Ordered a flag May 11 for Memorial day from Home Depot ... with a 3-day turn around. May 25 no flag and courier showing it sitting in NJ for the last 3 days. Called HD they did not know what happened, when it would ship so they advised to cancel and reorder. We cancelled and ordered through US Flag Store and it shipped May 27 and we received today June 1st just as they promised. Will order all our flags through US Flag Store from here on out. Thank you for excellent service and a beautiful product.

Great prices, great customer service, fast shipping. Ordered on a Sunday, free shipping option, had all my stove pipe and parts the a week later. Solid packaging, I had probably 9 box's and not one item was damaged or dented. Try that with bamazon stove pipe....Very impressed. They are also in PA, they are not a Chinese reseller! Support US businesses!

order the belt it was the wrong size I called them and told them I want to return it for a refund they charged me 30% of what I paid for a refund say and went refund the 30% nine dollars on a $30 item. I’ve dealt with many retail stores and by far these people were the most rude and distant I’ve ever talk to they would not budge whatsoever I told them I’m not a rich person and cannot afford it but they could care less I would never use these people again and I would not recommend you using them again either horrible is being kind go to another online store with better customer service number for special people

Worst online store I've ever dealt with; customer service is horrible. Just trying to purchase 2 flag pole kits. Was originally told my credit card didn't go through, when in fact it did and was charged 30 days in advance of a product that still has not shipped. My credit card company is handling that disputed charge. Then was told multiple lies over chat, email and the phone that the product was definitely going to be shipped multiple times and it never was. Would have just cancelled the order if it wasn't Father's Day gifts that I had already given pictures of the poles to the recipients. Highly recommend staying away from this company.

Not a "Super Tough" Residential 20ft Flagpole -Bought this pole with average expectations, due to the low price. Didn't expect it to be hurricane proof, but did expect it to be better than it was. The pole always swayed in the wind, but figured the "give" was part of the design to make it survive somewhat higher winds. We had it installed for 3 months when a storm came through one night. 20mph winds for just a few hours. Woke up to the pole bent 90 degrees at ground level. Contacted customer service, twice. Finally got a response that there is no warranty of any kind. They suggested I could buy a new bottom section for about half the price of a whole new pole kit. Or, get a stronger, more expensive, pole kit. I think I will go with a new pole, but from another company.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Very, very poor customer service and low corporate integrity. I wanted to be sure about a product and had an extensive online chat with a customer service rep to ensure it would configure and work a certain way, but when I recieved it, they were wrong and it wouldn't work as intended. That's frustrating, but it happens. But then when I called to arrange to return it, even though they recognized they'd had it wrong, they wanted me to pay the return expenses! I expressed my disappointment in their lack of owning the problem and wanted to escalate, but they weren't interested. They would not own their mistake, and I was cavalierly dismissed. Their online policy states "We will take care of any problems with merchandise that does not work as intended and work tirelessly until you are 100% satisfied." That's a lie. Instead, I got "I apologize for your inconvenience." Now I'm facing the loss of hundreds of dollars of product that won't work as intended, or the cost of packing and returning large and heavy bulk items. Plus I have to start over with my solution. I strongly recommend not doing business with Online Stores LLC.

Do not use this online site! I found this site through Amazon and placed an order. Upon clicking "Submit Order" I realized I ordered the wrong size of flags. I immediately emailed customer service and then called. Usually on Amazon you can change or cancel an order after placing it. I was told by their customer representative that they could not change the order but to contact them when the order arrived for a return label. I did so and heard nothing for a week. I sent another email and three days later received a response that I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. I replied that I expected a full refund - this was three days ago and I still have not received a response. Do not use this site!

Ordered on 12/30. On 1/3 one of four items shipped. On 1/8 I contacted the company and two of the four items had shipped that day, and found out one was on back order. Super slow shipping and no notification of a back ordered item. When I called support the person I spoke to was nice and trying to help, but they had to "escalate" my cancellation request. Disappointed all around. Save your time.

Very Poor Customer Service!!! I ordered some flags on 6/11/19 and over two weeks later still haven't received it! Seems to be stuck in some post office. Reached out to them and in their broken English response said to call their customer service line to speak to someone. Oh but they want me to leave a positive review... NOT! Going to contact PayPal and cancel my order and if I do ever receive my package and they want it back they can pay for the shipping!

I placed an order with these people that was returned to sender through no fault of my own. This company says I gave the wrong address, however, the four other items ordered within 1/2 hour of this order were all shipped directly to me, and oh yeah...one or two days BEFORE their item was returned to sender...how could I have given the wrong address? This was Ebay purchase and I find it strange that EVERY WEEK the items I order from Ebay are delivered directly to me and yet according to these people, this was all my fault. Strange how that works.

Terrible customer service! I placed an order for four LED panel lights. All were shown as being in stock and would arrive in estimated two days (they’re in Pittsburg, I’m in Cleveland, so not far at all). When the items did not arrive and my credit card had not been charged yet, I called customer service. They said one of the lights was not in stock and was holding up the whole order, even though the website said everything was in stock. Why didn’t they call or email me to tell me that? I asked them to split up the order and send me what they had and they did. But unfortunately the in stock lights were shipping out of Nevada and would take almost a week instead of the estimated two days. For the out of stock light, I canceled that one and selected another fixture which was in stock in Pittsburgh. Five days later and it has still not showed up so I called back, and customer service could only apologize that they had not shipped them out! How long would they have sat unless I called?!!these days when you place an order online, you expect it to show up when it is estimated. Simple. I should not have had to call customer service multiple times - they should be noticing these things and contacting me! The products I have received so far have been good, but customer service has been poor.

Ordered a 25ft Commercial Flag pole. They shipped it 8 days after placing order and arrived here in 14 days. Waited 22 days for a pole Then then it arrived, there was a big dent on pole and I don't know how they managed to put a dent on it, and 4 inc long scratch on it. I called them and they said return it back and they will charge %15 restocking fee. I keep it because if I send it, I will lose money and wait 22 days more for a new one from them.

They have a good selection of products at a much lower price than other places. Their customer service, once you can actually get through to someone is pretty nice and helpful, it just takes a really long time to actually get a hold of someone. There were several errors when handling my order, but they got them fixed eventually. Overall, for the cost savings I think it is worth going with this company.

I have been shopping at The English Tea Store for many years and will continue to order from them. Their loose leaf tea is a great value and of the highest quality. I have only had one issue with any of the dozens of orders I have place. They accidentally sent me a extra items that I didn't order or pay for. They told me to keep the items and that they appreciate me for shopping with them and hope I will continue in the future.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I ordered a key for a customer of mine from this company with 10 dollar express shipping to insure id have it by the weekend because it said it'd be delivered by Friday, well Monday rolls around after me having to explain to my customer that its been ordered and was supposed to be here Friday but hasn't shown up yet. I tried calling customer service with no answer so I sent an email and got a reply the next day later in the afternoon saying it looks like you've received your package have a nice day i explaind its been 5 days they essentially said we're not giving your shipping money back because of covid. That's funny I can get stuff from California in 2 days but can't get something 2 states away on time

extremely unhappy with the level of customer service. I was on hold for 40 minutes - no exaggeration. When the line was finally picked up i asked for help ensuring an order would get to me the next day. I was not asking for a guarantee but a little help. The woman on the other line was extremely rude and sounded like she could not be bothered. It is a shame that an american business cannot be bothered to help with a project for a veteran. Never using this company again.

I don't rate online retailers by how they conduct day-to-day business. I do rate them on how well they resolve customer service issues. My order was damaged in transit and held by FedEx. I contacted Online Stores. They solved the issue and reshipped immediately. No muss, no fuss, no aggravation and no red tape. It doesn't get any better than that.

I’m disappointed that no one is performing inventory. I ordered my favorite tea-Orange Cranberry and had to call them in order to find out that this item is on back order and no one knows when the product will become available. In all the years I’ve been ordering from the English Tea Store I’ve never known them to be so casual when it comes to satisfying their customers. I had to cancel my order due to no one knowing when this item will be available. I’m looking at other stores now since there seems to be a lack of discipline as well as knowledge.

Bought several large and expensive US flags from this company in the past with varied results. Last 10' x 15' flag we bought was their "best" quality, but only last 6 weeks. I sent them pictures of the tattered flag and asked what they could do for us, and they said nothing, it was usual wear and tear. Will never purchase flags from the US Flag Store again.

Ordered and received in a matter of days, not weeks. Although 1 flag was slightly off, a replacement was in the mail the next day. Super customer service and excellent quality flags and flag holders. They have my business for the future!!

I recently purchased four lights and one of them was damaged during shipping. I was prepared to send the damaged one back for a new one but I didn’t have to. The company sent me a brand new one at no cost. I have never had such good customer service! I will be a loyal customer from here out. Thanks for taking care of me and offering the lowest price I could find online.

I make two purchases to be delivered to a forwarding freight company in Miami. My orders were then to be delivers to to Jamaica. On both occasions my orders did not reach the Miami address as the post office could not deliver them there! I telephoned today to try ad resolved it, but the customer service staff was not at all helpful. She could not give me an explanations as to why my goods were not delivered to the freight company, and told me that I should contact the post office in USA. I told her that I would never use them again with that sort of customer service attitude . Now I will find another company to spend my money with.

BUYER BEWARE!!!.....Ordered a US flag from Online Stores LLC through Amazon on January 26. As of 16 February still had not arrived. No contact or follow up by Online Stores despite repeated calls. Couldn’t provide tracking follow up. Stay away and Do Not Order Anything from ONLINE STORES LLC!
