Ordered a $600+ chimney liner 3 weeks ago. After 2 ish weeks, I wrote to inquire about a shipping date/tracking info and I was told it was processing but would ship soon. Four days ago, I asked for an update again and they said it would ship that day. When I asked for a tracking number or even what carrier it was, they weren’t able to provide that information and would get back to me when they had it. As of right now I’m out $600+, getting no updates from the company, with no idea if or when I’ll receive the product I ordered. I am disappointed and frustratedto say the least. Time lags between order date and ship date are understandable, but they should be communicated and/or noted on the website.

Ordered item without being told what carrier would be delivering. After receiving shipping notice and seeing it was USPS doing delivery, I knew the package would not be delivered to my home address as they do not deliver to me. The item was quickly marked as "undeliverable, return to sender" in the tracking system. It took 2 emails and a phone call to have a refund processed. Finally when the refund was processed, I was charged a $15 restocking fee. Essentially it cost me $15 for a product I never even received. The seller's solution was to contact the post office as if they would somehow give me the money. I will not be ordering any further stove parts from this company!

The ordering and shipping process was fast and easy. The product itself does not perform as expected. Our room is 17x12 that our fireplace is in and doesn’t heat the room. The blower motor is also loud. You cannot know these things until you actually use the blower and then you cannot return it.

Very useful website with the parts calculator. My only issue was when I ordered it stated that one part was not in stock. I figured no problem, I would be able to find that part elsewhere. I finished ordering the rest of the parts (this was on Saturday). Monday I receive an email stating that several other items were not in stock and would be shipped at a later date. I don't know where the confusion occurred be it OS or bad inventory. I was able to install what was shipped initially and had to buy a part elsewhere that was of a different brand to get me by until the original part shows up. I received confirmation of my missing parts being shipped the other night and should receive them around the time they estimated. All in all a good experience. Just even more expensive when you have to buy an extra part to get by until the order is fulfilled.

I've ordered from Northline Express a couple of times now and have been very happy with both purchases. The firewood rack cover is very good quality - so much thicker and stronger than other covers I have seen. Good company to do business with.

The $300 item arrived damaged and it was ridiculous that I had to pay the $100 shipping charge to send the item back to you. I will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau as this is unethical or at the very least, a horrific business practice that anyone who purchases from you needs to be aware of. Shameful.

After searching long and in depth, I decided on the Matte Black Arts and Crafts tool set. It arrived quicker than expected and well in time for wrapping for Christmas. My son and daughter in law love them and have been especially appreciative since a freak winter storm left them without power for days after Christmas and they kept their house bearable with their fireplace.

I was worried when I didn't see any info sent to me about my order, then a few days after the order I called and they provided me my shipping info. Within hours I received all my stove and chimney parts. Everything with the exception of one pipe arrived in flawless condition. The pipe that didn't was slightly dented and is toward the back that no one will see so who cares. The box was in perfect condition so this damage happened at the manufacturer not northline.The prices were the best as well. I did get a few pieces that I needed via Amazon and probably saved $80 total. And I likely saved 500 by going with northline vs another vendor.

The tools are solid and heavy and will definitely last forever. However, I don't like the way the broom is shaped at all, it would seem it would make it easier to reach in and sweep out the ashes easier but it doesn't for me, it just feels awkward. They were also a bit smaller than I anticipated, but that was my fault, the dimensions are clearly noted.

I've ordered items from Northline in the past. They are of good quality and with straightforward shipping. This time around is was a flexible vent. The items were well packaged and all labeled. No complaints!

Items seem fine so far, but pick a frickin name for your company. I have had emails from 3 different domains in relation to this order and it made things more difficult and confusing than necessary. Customer service and follow up seems totally automated and outsourced.

Unfortunately, the incorrect address was used and the Post Office sent the product back. I was credited the price of the product but not the postage. (We live in an area that the USPS only services by PO Box and this merchant requires a physical address for delivery. When placing my order I do request that my PO Box number be included on the second address line…much like you would an apartment number.) Unfortunately it was not included, and our Post Office will not deliver without a PO Box #. 😫

I ordered an 8 in. chimney cap, the shipping to Hawaii was $80.00, the item was not heavy at all, it didn't fit my application so I had to return it. They provide free returns , however the $80.00 is on me. I just feel ripped off.

The item, a printer stand is strong and solid, except the mechanism brackets to hold pieces together have a lot to be desired. Also when I received the item the box looks like it was left out in the rain, and then somebody , maybe the shipping company taped the wet box up with packing tape so it would not fall apart. When I unpacked the box it was still damp and wet. The pieces inside the box looked ok so i assembled the item. If there is any problem with the item I will contact the manufacture'MV

Shipping was fine, delivery on time.The product was listed as "cord wood holder" but upon closer inspection it was a "face cord" which is 1/4 of a full cord. For the price I paid, that is an expensive holder for a 1/4 cord of wood.Read carefully, be sure you are getting what you want here.

Not very happy at all. Received items damaged, did not send out replacement items until they got back the damaged items. Explained that I needed the replacements by a certain date for installation and they came late and missed my opportunity to install my stove this year!!! Will not buy from this company again.

Received. A couple of the pipes had dents in them like they had already been sold, returned and resold. But could make work. Returned part of the order because wasn't needed. Hard to get packaging back in box per instructions. Of course, took the hit on shipping as per refund policy.

I only received 2 of the 4 pieces of the fireplace blower grate, and both were damaged. It took 2 calls and follow up emails with pictures to get the other 2 parts. Never did get the instruction manual. Nobody followed up on the damages. It was over $1,000 dollars, you’d expect better.

tarp boxes arrived at 5 weeks, frame showed up 1 1/2 weeks later after I called to inquire about it. had to call for missing parts twice. bolt sizes didnt match parts list. zippered ends blow open when windy. small pinholes in tarp from rubbing during shipping. would not purchase again.

The worst company. As bad as it gets.It is the middle of winter and I ordered a necessary part for my pellet stove on December 28. The same day I looked horrible reviews and realized I had made a mistake. I tried to cancel the order but they said it had already shipped. Today is January 11, 14 days later and I still have not received the part. I could easily have walked it from Nevada to my home in Arizona in that time. If at all possible, do not ever deal with this company that lacks integrity. When will the part be received? It is a big mystery. It is clear that the part was not available and never shipped to the Postal Service on that day. They lied or just did not know what was going on.

Bought their rotisserie. Cooked a 12 1/2 pound turkey for Thanksgiving, and it turned out perfect! Incredibly good deal for this battery powered, easily transported, rotisserie set up for an open fire.

Years ago, I bought forged fireplace tools from Northline Express and a wall rack of hooks to hang them. Then we got a fire stove bellows and needed another wrought iron hook. Northline Express had it. Great service!

This basket is great! Our dog was eating small pieces of loose firewood but can’t get to them now. Compliments our fireplace and is high enough to keep all firewood organized so that our four legged family member can’t get into trouble.
