I stayed with my family and purchased 2 rooms for 5 nights. We were part of a wedding party that took up several rooms and a conference room rental. Everything was fine until I had an encounter with Christine. A manager on shift. For whatever reason, we had to reprogram keys several times. We were running late to an event and pushed us further out because our keys stopped working. Nobody was at the front desk. I had to search the bottom floor someone and finally found Christine in the laundry area. She said I'll be there shortly and was restocking the pool towels. I explained I was in a hurry and I've already been waiting 10min at the front desk. Her attitude was atrocious. All she did was argue, not one apology. My attitude was changing due to her condescending tones and things started to escalate. I personally dropped $1800 to a hotel that treated me like I was trash. Not to mention the 10s of thousands that the rest of our party spent there. I will never stay here again and the rest of the party agrees.Side note: Ross, an additional manager was very professional and helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It's great to have a nice place to stay with a dog except that they charge $75 for one night. That's really high compared to other hotels. Anyhow, the shower was lovely with good water pressure. I especially like that the shower controls are opposite the showerhead which makes warming it up or shutting it off a lot easier. Having bottles attached in the shower instead of soap bars or tiny bottles is something I appreciate as there is way too much disposable plastic in this world. The bed and pillows were comfy and the front desk clerks at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful

The bathroom is brand new, however the sink faucet doesn't reach the sink without having to rub the side of the sink.The hotel is very nice, new..!Breakfast was hot and ready. The entire staff was truly professional.Thank you..🙂Rooms: Rooms are new, very clean and ell maintained.Lots of food, all types, and near to outside shopping venue's.

The hotel is a well-situated, newly-built Hampton Inn of the Hilton Hotel chain. Of course, the room was excellent.We were still surprised and impressed by the front desk service and by Jodi, who arranged the fantastic breakfast buffet. The serving and dining areas were spotless, and the wide variety of favorites were as hot and tasty as if they were freshly cooked by a chef.Five stars overall; five stars in every respect. Management and ownership have assembled a winning team.

This hotel is very conveniently located off the highway. We arrived late at night with no prior reservation and were able to secure a very nice, spacious, clean room. Brian, the MOD was very kind and accommodating. Able to get a good night sleep, and a surprisingly delicious full breakfast in the am!! Absolutely will be returning to this hotel again, and highly recommend it.Food & drinks: Absolutely delicious breakfast before heading out.

We were impressed overall with the Hampton. The queen suite was spacious and well-arranged. The bathroom was very nice. The pool looked brand new and the chaise lounges around it were comfortable. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared to have a variety of options, both for those who enjoy a hearty breakfast and those who are more health-conscious. Some feedback on things that would have made our stay impeccable are: please have alternatives to the feather pillows as two in our party, including a child, are allergic. We called down to guest services to be told there were no other pillows. So we had to come up with our own solution, which is below what one would expect. Another thing to mention is that the feathers were poking through the protective pillow cases, which negates any protection they may be intended to provide.If the pool had been 5-10 degrees warmer, it would have been truly amazing.I'd recommend one more hook in the bathroom, on the door, to hang a towel.The pillow feedback is most important, the others just tips. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Vic is awesome!We arrived around 2am. He was great over the phone when we were looking for somewhere to sleep on our way home. When we arrived, he took the time to explain breakfast times, where everything was in the hotel and provided bottled water. Thank you Vic! In addition, the room was great, the pool was great and breakfast was great.

We had a great experience here. Our room was well maintained, clean and modern. We had a top floor room as requested and we happened to have a thunderstorm pass through the night we stayed there. The rain hitting the roof was very loud from the top floor and in this case I think I would have been better off requesting a lower floor. Breakfast was the typical Hampton fare. Seating area wasn't huge,, but adequate. Also, to note, Google maps does not take you to the correct location when entering this property. It tries to take you to the hotel sitting in front of it (might be a Wyngate. I don't remember). To get to this Hampton continue on the road beyond the hotel Google directs you to and turn right and then make a 2nd right and you are there.

Very nice quiet room despite being near the Interstate.Nice big shower is built for tall people, no ducking in.Staff cared about their work and their guests.Breakfast was good. Could use a warmer for the muffins and danish.The pool looked nice. However, we didn’t make it in.Located near plenty of good restaurants. Ask the staff where to eat.

There are more hotels located in this area but this specific hotel is right on the hill, with good views over the 'valley' and having a very quiet neighbourhood at the back. Breakfast was included and had also warm varieties. As we arrived in the late afternoon we decided to eat at nearby Bob Evans, which had the friendliest staff I ever came across. We were joking we could reach this place if the hotel had a slide for us to go down the hill!!The breakfast area is right near the reception, we asked for a quiet room on the top floor and had no noises from the back or from air cons above the building, yet despite being rather empty, I was woken up several times by the doors closing (yes, those cheap doors that only close with noises) and people talking on the hallway - some signs to make them shut up at night would be great!!!Clean cut hotel, probably recently renovated - good enough for a one night before going back on the road. Also, would have been great if the bathroom had a proper bath to sit in and massage feet for example rather than stand in the shower in pain from all day.

Had such a great experience here even though it was only for one night. The manager was super nice and friendly, made conversation with me and my boyfriend when we checked in and came down in the morning for breakfast. The pool was super nice too, relatively small but still enjoyable for swimming.The room was incredibly clean and the bed was surprisingly really comfortable. Being on top of the hill made for a really good view out of the windows, especially when the sun was rising in the morning

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times; however, the last time I stayed I was really disappointed. I got to my hotel room late & it was really dirty & there was a water bottle on the ground. It didn’t look like anyone had vacuumed or wiped down the floors. I was exhausted at the time & dealt with it, but felt very gross sleeping there. I called someone about a week ago to discuss a misc charge & to report the condition my room was in, but to date, no one has called me back. When I spoke to the operator, he talked over me & assumed what the misc charge was without me giving him any information.That being said, the front desk staff are always pretty nice. There’s an older gentleman that works there & he’s a sweetheart & very efficient.I hope Hampton Inn can make this right, but until I receive a response back, I won’t be staying here again.

We called and made a reservation for a pet friendly room on our way home from vacation. We paid by credit card and were emailed our confirmation with the price quoted including tax. When we got there, they wanted to give us a 4 th floor room and charge us an additional $130 for “miscellaneous incidentals”. When we showed him our confirmation he said to call corporate if we didn’t like it. We cancelled our reservation and went next door to Wyndham and had great service and a wonderful room. I will never use Hilton again.

I was at the Hampton inn for a Saturday wedding. A number of rooms were reserved for wedding guests. Checking in and out, no problem. Everyone was quite pleasant. My room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, I slept well. On the weekend they have a nice assortment of breakfast foods and beverages hot and cold. It wasn't 15 minutes to the festivities from the hotel. It's was easy and convenient. The Hampton provided an area for the bridal party, family, and friends to gather and relax after reception at the Hampton. ⁸Very accommodating really nice.

After driving 3+ hours, my boyfriend and I decided to stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburgh/New Stanton. Despite all of the Diamond Member spaces being taken, there was plenty of parking. John made the check-in/check-out process smooth. I got to choose the floor (2nd, 3rd or 4th) and got to pick out some snacks (e.g., peanuts, shortbread, Coca Cola, and water). He told us about the heated pool and 24-hour gym, wi-fi, tea/coffee, and breakfast.It was the nicest Hampton Inn & Suites I've ever been to. It felt like one of their boutique brands. Our room was spacious and had a microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom was spacious too. I loved the walk-in shower. There were pumps for shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the shower and hand soap and lotion by the sink. Theking bed was comfy.Before checking out, we enjoyed the hot breakfast, which was offered 6am-10am. It consisted of two kinds of waffles, biscuits and gravy, plain and vegetable egg omelet with cheese, red skin potatoes, bread (plain and flavored bread), muffin, bagel, oatmeal, and cereal. I would have preferred the potatoes without the bell peppers and the eggs scrambled, but that's a personal preference!
