This store was MAGICAL. I think my family and I spent about an hour looking at everything and getting ideas to come back for different birthday gifts. Joe was so kind and patient and there are tons of toys to try out before you buy. Also, Petey, his parrot is hilarious.

So much fun trying the toys and it was very helpful in making an informed decision. The employees were able to guide us to possibilities for our 2 year old grandson. So many educational toys to choose from. This is my new go-to for the kids.

This is a great little shop, has lots of interesting toys and oddities. Old school toys and stem stuff. Children are encouraged to play with the toys to see what they like. Prices are moderate, you can't find a lot of the stuff they have anywhere else. They are also very friendly and tell you about some of the fun things they have and what holds up vs what stuff breaks immediately (normally they won't order more if they find out it's cheap).Oh and don't forget to say hello to Petey (the parrot).

If you are looking for great toys and games, go here. Selection of unique games. Good prices too. THE BEST THING is is that the owner will discuss any item with you, and had lots of games for demoing.

Great shop with a huge selection of educational toys, games, and science/nature projects. You can play with pretty much everything. There are a ton of open boxes and displays so you can test drive your purchases. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Definitely stop in if you're in the area!

Even though I did not go inside just meeting the owner was the most pleasant experience. The gentleman give anyone permission to park on the side to use the Little Schuylkill river and enjoys helping out with this even though he really does not use the river himself he seems to get satisfaction with kayakers and fishermen getting their peace of mind. I hear the store has a lot for all kids all ages so check it out I will my next trip up.

The Nature and Discovery store was absolutely amazing!!! The people are incredibly nice and they have tons of neat stuff there for kids (and adults) if you're a child at heart like me :) I highly reccomend. They also have a 30 year old parrot names peaty hes pretty cool as well.

A great little store in a cool little town. The owner is amazing with kids. Magic tricks showing off all the toys. Ended up spending an hour there. Stop if you're going past it's well worth it.

All time favorite toy store... I've been coming here since I was a little girl and now I bring my kids... Just an all around Friendly environment, the owners are the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure to meet.. They have Every thing and Anything you could be looking for old or new... And I've got to say the Parrot is also extremely nice and friendly, even if you dont buy anything it's a great place to check out and play or just say hi to the Parrot...

This is such an AMAZING place for the young & young at heart! My son & I spent almost 2 hours here with our friends. Stop here if you're going to either HAWK MOUNTAIN or CABELA'S.
