Opened recently within the last month or so. Nice selection of all sorts of housewares from clothing, cosmetics, seasonal items, kitchen, laundry and cleaning supplies as well as a decent amount of grocery items including dairy, eggs, bacon, frozen foods and everything a small grocery store would have. They also rent carpet cleaners and have cigarettes. Will definitely be nice to stop on my way to and from work.

Check your receipt they are doing some funky business! the coupons never come off, the sales price is never accurate and don't bother saying something about it.

Jess ROCKS!!! She was so friendly and worked in such a timely fashion. She stopped to help us while stocking and pricing, and regardless of being busy- she was so genuinely nice!!! She deserves some type of promotion- you go girl!

2 of Workers park in the disabled parking spots their entire shift. They complain constantly when at the register. I was overcharged on ever single item I purchased by $.25 each . Their response is always “ you know the Dollar General, it is their fault”. One visit I was the only person at the counter, and it took 11 minutes before the cashiers ( same ones parking in HP spots) to come out of the back office. I pray the new manager can help this business. Otherwise, go to the Snyders or Orwigsburg locations.

I would like to acknowledge Daniel and Leah for helping my family and me with direction's and store info and also lending us their phone to call for help with our car issue's. Very friendly. Our phones did not have any kind of reception in the area. If it not were for them we would've been in a horrible situation. Again, thanks to these 2 employee's.

Great store. Clean & in order. We are very rural so this opening 6 miles from home is Great. The store started carrying more name brands which are much better and preferred. One problem is lack of staffing & No cash back from day of opening to current.

I am actually pleasently surprised to have a Dollar general close to me as it saves me the many trips to Walmart which is 15 to 20 minutes away. They have a great selection for a fair price that equals about the same amount that I would be spending on fuel to purchase the same item from Walmart. Their stores are usually clean and the shelves are restocked frequently. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Very clean dollar general store in New Ringgold. Manager (sorry I forgot his name) is always nice and very accommodating to returns and exchanges. Things are neat, organized, and easy to find. Before the CoVid19 pandemic hit, they always carried may favorite Pure Leaf iced teas in stock (I drink a decaffeinated one so it’s not always easy to find in many stores). And before the CoVid19 pandemic hit their bathrooms were always clean. My experiences with the cashiers (with the exception of one blonde lady who I avoid like the plague...no pun intended) has been nothing but pleasant. They are always available to (unlike some larger discount stores) in helping me find items that are not always easy to locate on the shelves(especially vitamins and supplements). They are by means not the closest dollar general to me, but the cleanest and friendliest, so I usually go out of my way to support. I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for that one cashier. Keep up the great job!!!

Dollar General pretty much is what it says,but I am writing this review simply because of the courteous gentleman at the register who forgot to ring up my bag of ice. When I asked him are you sure you didn't charge me he said yes sir but it's my fault and I'll pay for your bag of ice. Wow! I was blown away... Chivalry at it's Best to say the least. I wish I remembered his name because this guy deserves a great big Pat on the back. He just won a new customer for this location and it's completely out of my way. I did not take him up on his offer to buy the ice but it was the thought and I can appreciate that.Some may say ahh that's just a small kind gesture but it was more than that,it made my entire day and I still think to myself if half the world would be so kind how much more wonderful life could be for everyone."PAY IT FORWARD"

Love this place I can find almost everything I need. And the employees are the best and friendly. Manager Dylan is a friendly guy always says hi. Best thing ever in my area.

Dollar General (anywhere), usually has your everyday needs. Price range falls within the other chain stores pricing. Variety can be limited in some stores. Staff are usually helpful & friendly

I am not sure which one this is but I was in one with stock everywhere needed to be put away...With a walker it is very difficult to get around...But I love these places, as I tell people you have to know prices...You can find unusual things here also...As I said I go into a lot of them...
