Our fence was just installed today by Andrew and Jeff, and they were great! They listened to what we wanted, installed everything in about an hour, and took the time to train us on how to train our dogs. Our grass looks basically unblemished (a concern I had going into this), and the equipment seems to be really high quality. I'm excited to get these mutts trained up so they can run to their hearts' content!

One of the best purchases that I have ever made. I can let the dogs out without a leash and not worry about them leaving the property. The ability to easily adjust the signal distance and warning strength as necessary is a definite advantage.

We had our fence installed little over a year ago. This was some of the best money we have spent to keep our puppy safe in our yard. Bob was so great through the whole process of getting a dog watch fence. My husband and I have considered it for a while as our puppy started chasing people onto the road!!! We haven’t had any issues since our new fence was put in!! They were even able to put the fence in the ground in a way that our dog, Freddy, can still sit on the front porch with us to watch the cars go by, but not go into the front yard. Freddy caught on very quickly to the boundary and Bob even helped us with a training session to help Freddy get used to his new boundary. The fence was installed quickly and he went over the whole system with us to make sure we knew how to use it. We are so happy we got it done and so happy we chose Dog Watch of Susquehanna Valley!! Bob was on time for a price quote and was very friendly. We set up a time to install the fence and they were done within about 2 hours. After it was all done, he had me take both the dogs out and gave a quick crash course on how to get them accommodated with the fence. He then reviewed all the instructions on how to use the new collars and system and was advised to call them with any issues or questions I had! I remember the days of having a tie out line or having a temporary wire fence in the backyard when we first moved to our current home. I admit I was a little reluctant to put in the Dogwatch Hidden Fence at first, but now.. I can't imagine life without it! It's amazing how fast the dogs learn the boundary, and we now have 3 dogs at home that enjoy running the entire property. My son's dog also comes often and has learned it as well. People walk by and have remarked how well they do on it and have asked us about Dogwatch. The freedom for them to just go out and peace of mind that they will stay within the property line is paramount. I can't stress enough how much this has changed things for us and them. Bob has been great through the entire process, and we can't thank them enough!!

We had our fence installed over 10 years ago and it's been great. It recently stopped working so I called and spoke to Bob. He was able to send Andrew out within a week to fix it. Most of the cost was covered under the warranty. Andrew explained the issue to my husband and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Amazing customer service, amazing product. Bob installed our system for our 70 lb dog a few years ago. Recently, after a skunk spray and the deep cleansing afterward, the receiver on our dog's collar stopped working. Fully prepared to pay the money for a brand new one, I called Bob explaining it to him. He said that we don't have to buy a new one, that the old one is still under warranty (I had no idea!). Honesty goes super appreciated. Happy to be a longtime customer and couldn't recommend the company any higher.

We are thrilled with our DogWatch hidden fence. We have had our Siberian Husky for 2 years, we have always wanted to let him loose in our large yard ,but he is a runner so that wasn't possible and he needed to be tied up when outside. We had been looking into getting a regular fence but they are costly, can require future maintenance and not the look we wanted for our house. A friend of ours recommended DogWatch and at first we thought it would be more expensive then we were willing to spend and we didn't trust our stubborn Husky to respond to the fence. When Bob came out to give us a quote we were happy with the price and decided to give it a try. Installation was just 2 weeks later and it was quick and professional! After installation Bob took the time to train us on how to train Ace our Husky. I was amazed how quickly he has been learning the perimeter and am excited that we will be able to let him loose to play with our other dogs outside soon!

We could not be happier with our new Dogwatch fencing system. It is not an exaggeration to say that it has changed our life! We were not the typical invisible fence customer and we were going to try a DIY solution. I decided to call someone local just to talk through our needs and I knew from the moment I spoke to Bob that I wanted them to come and help.We have a 5 foot fence all around our backyard so we did not need the fence to keep the dogs in the yard. The problem we had was that our dogs would not stay off our pool cover and they loved to run through the mulch which not only was destroying our landscaping but they were also coming in the house covered in black mulch dye. It made letting our dogs outside a miserable experience and temporary fencing did not work They jumped right over it.From the moment they installed the fence and put the collars on the dogs, our lives changed forever. It took them about 2 hours to learn what the flags meant and they have not gone near the pool or the mulch since! The big plus is that we can now let the dogs go out front with us because the fence goes around the whole property. I cannot recommend this company enough. It is the best money we have ever spent!!

Installation was done in a halfday. Very professional job. We love the fence. There training instructions work great and we now can let our dog out with no worry of him running off. Very easy company to work with and great service. We bought a house that already had an existing DogWatch fence but the previous owners cut the wire in the yard and never had it fixed. DogWatch came and had everything up and running in no time, reflagged the yard, had a new collar for our dog and reviewed how the system worked with us. When we got another dog they came out to reflag the yard and got us hooked up with another collar. I actually saved the flags from the last time. We reused those and they waved the small fee for the flags. Would definitely recommend using DogWatch! You can tell they are dog people and truly care about the service they provide and the dogs they are protecting.
