Love NMH! They are so helpful and every employee knows where everything is. They are local. We have ordered our metal roofing and windows from them and have our pellets for heat delivered. They are wonderful!

It's been a long time since I visited this place. Came back and visited after the remodel and I have to say they have a humongous selection of everything. The employees there are extremely friendly and very easier to help anybody with anything.

Two things are important to me when I go shopping for anything. Being able to find an associate without having to look all over the store for one,and having that person be capable of helping me when I do find one. NMH is 5 star on both accounts. The entrance to the store is right next to the checkout, so there are always associates to ask. What I like is that they don't say " make a left, go down 3 aisles,and it will be on your right ", they will take you to the item you're looking for. Very helpful when I am in a hurry.

These people understand every aspect of what they sell. I had help the minute that I walked in the door. The lady that helped me knew the trade names of the products I was looking for. That never happens.Two young guys worked hard to load my cinder blocks in my truck. They were happy to do it. I haven't seen service like that in a long time. Well done.I give them the highest rating and praise.

The employees work together to assist you in your needs and allowing them to assist you is your better choice.Very confusing shelving set up or you will be walking in circles getting frustrated.Take pictures of the job you are doing if you're not sure about what you need.Also if pricing is an issue, start with lowest-priced and make yourself comfortable with your choice.Only gave them four stars due to one or two employees a little rude. Not cool.
