I understand working in the pharmacy is not fun, but there’s no reason to not treat customers like humans at least.I waited about 5 minutes in the drive thru before anyone acknowledge me… and that only happened once I rang the bell to which they responded in a very condescending tone “we’ll be with you as soon as we can” even though I watched a tech walk by the window on her phone three separate times. It’s okay if you have stuff to do, no worries… but at least acknowledge that you see me and will be with me at some point.

The pharmacy is always clean and there are good deals, but the morning employees are there annoyed specifically the lady with the hair cut and glasses.. It's always as if you were going to ask for free things.. If they are not good for customer service, they should look for another type of job, I swear.

I like this store but there app is HORRIBLE. You can not get reception in the store so when you try to use digital coupons you can’t bring them up on your phone! So what’s the use?? The store is always clean and good deals on reduced items. The pharmacist was very helpful.

Stopped into the store to get something for my sore leg muscle. A kind lady showed me where I needed to look and suggested that if I needed help to ask the pharmacist, so I did. The pharmacist, black hair and glasses(didn’t get her name) asked what meds I was on. I pulled out a list and she pointed to one and said that’s why I asked. Most of the muscle ointments have aspirin in them. Who knew!! She was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable! She got what I needed and I was on my way. 10 stars for her!

The female pharmacist with glasses and black hair is rude and unhelpful. Went to get a flu shot, mandated by work. I explained at the front desk I would need a lot number and expiration date annotated on the receipt. Check in was with a different person who was very courteous. The technician who administered the shot became paranoid and said I should fill out a form if I want the two numbers I asked for. She did eventually write down the info but made sure to tell me that if THEY (my workplace) ever send anyone else over for a vaccine she would not write down any info for them. Why is a lot number something that shouldn’t be disclosed? I did get the flu vaccine, right? Or should I not ask about what’s injected in my body? I was puzzled by how snippy she became just because I asked for something that took 5 seconds. She had the info on the tray she was holding. Very disappointed in the treatment. I was wearing a service uniform and didn’t expect special treatment for it but it’s almost as if my uniform ticked her off. Many apologies for inconveniencing you so terribly, ma’am!

This Walgreens has excellent service . From the pharmacy to the cashiers every employee is the most courteous and friendly and helpful always! Super clean organized store ! I would never go anywhere else and I trust the pharmacy 100 percent with their knowledge!

The walgreens on Leechburg road, has shown that they don't care about the customers safety. A mask is optional even too those who aren't vaccinated. The sign on the door may say other wise, but people can lie about being vaccinated. And since mask are optional who know who is sick and who isn't. They force the rule of 6ft, but to those who are wearing a mask. And that's even a sometime thing. I made a complaint too the store have yet too hear back. I will not be risking mine or my families health by shopping here.

Melissa is an exemplary employee and if she isn't the manager, she should be. She knows where everything is and will not just tell you where something is, she'll show you. I hope Walgreens gives her a raise as she goes over and above the rest. God bless her 💓

This Walgreens is top-notch. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and willing to help. The pharmacists are approachable and well informed. This store is Always well stocked and impeccably clean. Great Leadership trickles down to Great Team Members.

I went to Walgreens in person shopped and at the checkout told could only use cpn on line .came home and started shopping online and was never able to complete the sale using said cpn.. Call -Ed for help and woman wasn't able to help me get order through as she said she isn't knowable in computers. She tried at least a good 30 minutes. I gave up and called corporate to complain how hard their site was to navigate. I was sent to a machine to rate their service. Gave all 1's except how many times I asked for help. I said 3 and they could not accept that as a valid answer. They sent me this cpn in the mail and and won't answer why no one can assistcan. Not happy with them.

They apparently don’t accept UPMC or Highmark insurance at the pharmacy, so basically if you live in this area they most likely don’t accept your insurance. Should probably just close the store. Basically useless.
