This place is amazing. My family and I have been going here for over 20+ years with their pet, and my partner and I have been going for 4+ years for our amazing dog. We absolutely love them and how they do the grooming and, if needed, the kennels that have whatever your dog needs to feel good and happy. I would definitely and completely recommend them for your dogs' needs of grooming and boarding.

Disappointed in the level of service recently. I was a client for 20 years. I had questions about my new puppy and couldn't get anyone to call me back. I ended up going elsewhere for both services. So, now I have a new groomer and a new boarding kennel for my puppy.

After weeks of searching for a groomers that was not only affordable but trustworthy & that was also taking new clients, I found Puppourri Pet Resort & Grooming! First time going here & it was such a great experience! Everyone was so friendly! I appreciate how fast they were able to get my pup in, as i really wanted her done prior to the holidays! I believe it was Sarah who groomed my girl, she did such an amazing job! I was absolutely blown away!! Her cut was everything i wanted/pictured for her! Thank you so so much to all the wonderful staff who work here! I recommend this place to everyone!

I take my cat for nail trimming. Very nice folks. They have a magical power over my cat. Always tell me she was good. That's why I take her here. I need a shark suit to do her nails at home. Clean waiting area. Sell t-shirts, hanging in the waiting area far end. Great price, at least for cat razor claws. Highly recommend

I can't imagine where I would go for grooming if I didn't have Puppouri. It's been over 5 years and my lhasa is always happy and beautifully groomed. Highly recommend.

Great groomer for your dog. The workers are always friendly. They are a little pricey, but worth it. They also are set up to take care of your dog if you go on vacation etc.

I’ve chosen to have my dog groomed here throughout the years, even after moving across the city, and have had nothing but good experiences when my dog was groomed by Sarah. Unfortunately Sarah no longer works here.After getting my dog home this past appointment, I noticed some of his nails had been quicked. I trim my dog’s nails weekly so knowing which nails were quicked to allow proper healing is important. On the phone, the groomer seemed pretty dismissive. I was told that they aren’t able to tell me which nails were quicked, it is not their protocol to inform customers when this happens, and they try to get nails as short as they can, seemingly implying that they may purposely quick nails. I completely understand quicking is something that commonly happens, but it is still an injury. Accidents happen, but clarity is very important, especially for those working with animals. It is disheartening to hear that I will no longer be informed of what happens during my pet’s grooms here.

Wonderful place. As a new customer, I expected a week or two wait to get in. Nope! They got my Benny, a Shih Tzu, in the very next day.Because Benny had had a previous horrible experience with grooming that required surgery and stitches, I was very concerned for his stress in this situation. Kelsey was patient with him, and I have to say, he looks great.The service was excellent, the price was really affordable, and the care and quality was AMAZING.

Just moved to New Kensington, needed to look up a new boarding/day care provider for my 58 pound boxer/pit mix, Cookie.Didn't have any issues dropping off or picking up, Cookie was very happy and well taken care of, and had a nice conversation with the staff picking her up.The team at Puppourri were very helpful in staying a few minutes late as I was running just after close.Great experience all around, Cookie will be back. 👏

We are so thrilled with Puppourri and their staff! We were just looking for a nail trim for our German Shepard puppy, Echo. We were instantly greeted when we walked through the door, as was Echo. They took time to give us some information on grooming as we didn't have a clue. They were able to take us right away. We ended us getting her a bath and nails trimmed, and she look beautiful. Her nails are perfect and she smells awesome! Her coat is so soft. We will definitly be back to papmer out pup! The only regret is we were so excited we didn't get our groomers name !

We have had our pups stay here three times now. Every time they get dropped off they are so excited they run in without even saying goodbye. On one visit our female had a medical issue and they handled it promptly and efficiently. We always have peace of mind on vacation knowing our pups are in such great care. Only great experiences here. We have boarded our 2 dogs and 2 cats here a few times and I also get my dog Banjo groomed (Sarah is awesome!) and have used them for bath and nails as well for our other dog. They clearly have the animals' best interest at heart and I never worry about our babies when they are there. I feel super lucky to live so close to a facility like this one!

I’m absolutely in love! The groomers did an amazing job with my orange short haired cat. There aren’t any groomers in the area that take cats besides this one. I will be back! I’m so happy with how my cat turned out. While I was there I saw everyone working super hard and taking care with all the animals there. Thank you.

Love the staff and feel very comfortable boarding my dogs here. Lots of room options to choose from. Private rooms are great for dogs who prefer a more low key experience. The staff is very thorough at check in, making sure they have emergency contact information, veterinary information, feeding instructions, and instructions for any medications. We appreciate that our dogs are well cared for and that the boarding staff will feed the same diet we do at home.

Their rates are okay, and their service is excellent.I really felt my somewhat nervous and submissive large dog was happy there and had good experiences in play time with the workers there.However, she had her second-ever grooming there, and they said they had a hard time doing her nails (she's a 50 lb dog)... she didn't have a problem before but after we had to break her of panic for nail clippings.

The employees here are great with our dog Phin. He's always happy to go to this kennel, which is amazing considering he was abused as a puppy and is terrified of cages. The kennel is always clean and semi quiet (it's a kennel, it would be hard for it to be completely quiet but you can at least have a conversation inside the kennel). The private rooms are perfect if you want to pamper your pet a little more and the cat room is great as well. The dogs are taken outside for some one on one time with the employees and a ball or two and they always accommodate special food requests. I honestly would not take our dog anywhere else.
