Wife stopped by to pick up our scripts. They were all ordered a couple days prior except 1. When she got there they didn’t have them ready and tried saying that they don’t have anything on them. The one pill I needed was for my heart and I was out. Well guess what wife had 7 scripts and they tried to over charge her by $70. And mine wasn’t ready. They said they will get it ready right now but she should come in instead of waiting in the drive thru, so she did. She waited about 20 minutes before it was ready. She paid for all the scripts and grabbed the bag and came home. When she got home she noticed mine was not there. Great!!!!!! 20 minutes till closing. I called them and they said no they’re not rung up they are here on the shelf. Wife was fuming and she ran out the house leaving her dinner to turn cold ran down again to pickup my meds. We are DONE WITH CVS. Close all the CVS’s , they give no respect to the customer and when they make errors they just brush them off and put it on the shelf. We will be pulling all of our prescriptions out of CVS and take them to Giant Eagle. Rant over, thank you for reading.

I actually refused to go into this store, but under emergency circumstances I had to……I wish I could remember his name but this was the best cvs experience ever! Customer service was amazing 🤩 not rude, snappy or overworked as usual…. He even helped me set up my Apple Pay! And continued to treat the next customer with the same respect ✊ thank you very much!!!! ✊✊💯👍👍

It is too bad you can not give a negative score because I would. This has to be the absolute worst pharmacy around. I refuse to get my prescriptions here but pick up my wife's when they are "ready" 99% of the time I go here to pick them up, they are not ready. (even after she has called to verify they are ready and told they were) And when they do supposedly have it ready, still have to wait because they can not find it. The last straw was recently, when having to deal with the incompetent pharmacist Keith and tech Kasey. Forget about calling their corporate and complaining because still waiting for a call back from the District Manager. DO NOT!!!!!waste your time, money and effort in going to this so called pharmacy

Any complaints I see about CVS, try Rite aid--the one I used was closed on weekends for lack of available pharmacists. Good luck getting a script filled to save your life! Every pharmacy has it's quarks. Pick your battles, save your life.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought a defective pair of reading glasses that fell apart within a few days. I returned the glasses and the receipt the following day. They would not refund me or issue a store credit because they did not have anymore in stock. If I wanted a refund, I should check at another CVS and see if they had the exact same glasses. I was told the manager would not speak to me because she was doing an interview. I was a retail store manager years ago and would not treat a customer in such a rude manner. I have been shopping there since the store opened and will never go back. The cashier said take another pair of glasses and gave me three dollars to leave. Odd, it was not even the same brand.

Five times in 2 months recv'd email or text Rx ready. Get to store & they claim not ready or unavailable. Now claiming company no longer makes this life saving med. Funny, got it within 20 minutes at competitor. For the health & safety of your loved ones, go somewhere else!

Prescriptions are never ready. I always have to wait and pull back around the drive through line even though the prescription is supposedly “ready for pickup”. I was told to come back in an hour for a prescription that was “ready”. Still had to wait half an hour after that hour and the prescription wasn’t even mixed. My experiences there are consistently terrible.

So I guess this cvs makes it’s own rules in regards to gift cards. I sent an employee to purchase 1-50$ visa gift card with our company debit card. The gentleman behind the counter said my employee had to have cash in order to buy one and told him to use the atm. Interesting, I’ve never had to use cash at any other establishment in order to purchase a gift card, I have always been able to purchase with a debit. Thanks for wasting our time. Walmart it is! We won’t be coming to this shady establishment everrrrrr again.

Scheduled online flu shot vaccine said to come in. Go in one person giving vaccinations and when she was done sat there with the lady she gave to talking about tattoos. Never checked to see if others were waiting. Very unprofessional and when I reported it they told me to just wait when she’s ready she’ll be there again so not right

The drive through pharmacy window is blocked and covered up and looks run down. I waited for someone to come to the window for service for quite some time. Come to find out the pharmacist took the keys home. You can't make mistakes like that. It's not a video rental store. Remove the cover.

So I've been coming here for awhile and recently moved and was forced to go to another CVS...it does not compare to the pharmacy staff here in New Kensington. In New Kensington, they are very friendly, helpful, and courteous each and every time...i never had a bad experience and i just feel the need to recognize these employees because they are great!

Store associate is very rude. Call store to speak with manager and no one available. Ask to call me. Never called. I think I’ll shop at Walgreens and transfer my prescription there. Such a shame

Terrible service! They let me schedule an appointment online to get a chickenpox vaccine and when I get there is when they tell me they don't have it. Then they told me I could go the next day that they would have it, when I get there, they say they never ordered it and to come the next day, I do so, and once again they said they didn't do it. If I knew they were gonna be so terrible I would've went to another pharmacy for sure that at least told me the truth about when they would have it!
