I have tried multiple things and she was able to suggest something that finally worked. It’s nice to see employees who are knowledgeable and know the products.

This Dogs & Cats Rule has some of the nicest, most helpful staff I have ever encountered. Every time I come in they are engaging, kind, and quick to assist me. As someone who works in retail, I understand how difficult it can be to give genuinely great customer service (especially in an area as affluent as ours) — but they always do!Other wonderful things: excellent food selection, great toy choices, competitive pricing.But really, I actually look forward to coming here when my cat needs food, litter, or entertainment. Artemis really appreciates you all, as do I ☺️

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, really kind and genuinely care about you and your 4 legged friend being happy. Good selection of wide variety of items with a range of prices. They have a member program with some perks. Way better than a big box pet store, and it doesn’t smell funny. So glad they’re close by.
