I had the most delightful experience doing a shopping order for doordash at Tractor Supply in New Holland.I was greeted at the door by Maddie. She was extremely cheerful and helpful.Thank you for the exceptional interaction Maddie!!!

Just left the store. Purchased a brand new Blackstone grill that was broken as soon as I opened the box. Brought it back in and got nothing but attitude from the old bearded guy that helped at customer service. Everyone else was super nice and the women even apologized for him and said "that's just how he is". Will never shop here again with so many other options, he needs to go.

I will not come back to this store!! Kelly was rude right off the bat very unprofessional even for the owner to let her still to work there. Came on here to leave a review of how unwelcome it was, to realize there's lots of complaints already about her. There's plenty of other places out there that has welcoming service!

Everything you need......can be delivered to the store so you can pick it up.This practice of listing items as if you actually have the item in stock is annoying. I try to shop local and support local businesses, but they make it really difficult.Here's the issue. The store can order the product and have it in the store in a few days, but I can order the product have have it delivered to my home for free.Do you have... No, but we can order it. Yes, so can I and most of the time I get it for less.Brick and mortar stores are convenient because you can walk in and pick up what you need without waiting a couple of days.Don't list items you don't stock, it's very simple.I have this issue with auto parts stores as well. I can use multiple auto parts sites to find the best price and have it shipped and save a lot of money, but as I said, I prefer to support local businesses. This is a frustrating practice.Beyond that, this is a good store with decent staff. The younger employees tend to be a bit disconnected and have no clue what the store has. The older people tend to care a bit more and know what you're looking for and where to find it. They're all polite and do try their best. I would imagine not finding a listed product is just as frustrating for them.I understand that it's hard to compete with the internet or super stores which are warehouses with registers, but stop listing what you don't actually have. I hate Home Depot, but unfortunately, that is where I have to go.

First of all let me just say John, the cashier was wonderful. This 1 star should not reflect him whatsoever.My best friend and I stopped here to pick up our usual feed. John called the manager Kelly to meet me at service. Not knowing she was equally as rude to my best friend the minute before she snapped at me and told me she didn't have anymore of the feed we were looking for and what she had on the floor was the only bag. Kelly should not be working retail if she cannot communicate with customers in a civilized manner. Will not come back to this tractor supply co. again.

Disappointed. Drove 30 minutes to this location based on their website stating they had a particular item in stock.When I got there they did NOT have any and I was told that item has been on back order for 4 months. Why in the world is the item still listed on the website as being available?

The New Holland store is awesome. They have the best customer service of any TSC. From management to every employee at their store. I recommend to all my friends it is worth the drive since we live over 45 minutes away. They go above and beyond for each customer from entry to exit.

Staff was helpful, but I was looking for some welding gear and all that they carry is Hobart stuff. Not a good selection at all. So this low review is for lack of variety, selection, and stock. Staff was fine and even acknowledged their lack of selection.

It is amazing the amount of Hardware and Pet Supplies they have. I like that their heir hardware, wood pellets and pet Supplies are reasonably priced. Also lots of Ag oriented things like Hitch Pins, Lighting, Small Wagon Tires and work wear.

Selection on animal feed and equipment is good- was difficult to find a knowledgable sales person though. At times seems like shelves aren't stocked very well. Liked the farm gingerbread kit for my kids

Overall a good store, But just not sure why they have a ton of men's jeans in stock and absolutely NO women's jeans at all in the store..

New Holland is the best Tractor Supply store I have been to, and I have been to many stores in many states. The manager Kelly is an asset to the TSC organization. She is always willing to go out of her way to help out. This is our favorite store and shop there regularly.

This place has better pet supplies than petsmart. Prices are better than pet stores and even Walmart on many things.

They usually have very good sales. Store is kept very clean in the items on the Shelf are marked very clearly for the prices. Very big parking lot specially if you have a trailer.

Date of visit: Thursday 21 December 2017. The gentleman at the register was very helpfull in locating a part for my lawnmower. There were a couple of strange young women selling things outside the enterence which creeped me out.

The young lady that helped me was awesome and the guy that I talk to about the mauer and put it together for me his name is Nate I went to the New Holland tractor supply on forcefully I forget the girl's name and she was such a sweetheart that help me tonight when I went to pick it up couldn't ask for better visit

Bigger selection of trailer supplies than the big box stores. Found better trailer hitch locks than what I could find online. They have the looong wrench to tighten ball hitch nuts.
