I am having trouble finding the words to explain the amazing, kind and caring our experience has been. Dr Chris is the absolute best veterinarian I have ever worked with. His patience with our difficult girl just amazes me. He’s taken every step possible to explain the process of removing cancerous tumors from our baby girl as well as dealing with an eye ulcer. His compassion for our dog as well as our feelings is just amazing. I am beyond grateful for this practice and specifically Dr CheriHighly recommend this practice

We love Dr. Harris and the entire staff at NHVH so much that we drive 30 minutes each way just to go there. Our dogs are our children and the folks at NHVH treat them (and us) as such - with the utmost care and respect and love. I can’t recommend them enough!

I like this place for grooming only and they do a good job.I would never take another sick dog here unless I wanted them dead. Care and treatment was lacking and had to take my dog to Leola.

We love this vet..they are bully breed friendly and do not discriminate. You would be suprised my girl was turned away from a few places over the years but not here! The staff is nice and the vets are knowledgeable. The prices are cheap and they answer questions over the phone. Plus they do a great job putting up with an anxiety ridden over protective princess pittie mom like me! Now my new rescue Monarch goes here and she loves Dr. Chris just like my old Sammie did.

I don't typically leave reviews, but I have been blown away by the compassionate care and amazing service that my cat, Stella, and I have received since coming to New Holland Veterinary Hospital. Everyone -- Dr. Amicone, Dr. Lanz, all of the nurses and client care services staff have been so patient, thorough, and kind. The building itself is so clean, the prices are so reasonable....I could go on and on. It is such a great comfort knowing that my cat (my family!) is so well cared for. Wholeheartedly recommend <3

I adopted Zoey from a shelter. She went here as a new patient the other day at the age of 6. They were so gentle with her. I recommend them to anyone who needs a veterinarian. They took care of my other 2 dogs for 12 yrs till they passed away.

The vets are all amazing. We switched from a long time vet's office after our vet retired. We were refered by a client. I am so pleased with the services. The entire staff is kind and courteous and really take the time with you and your pets to make sure you are comfortable with the treatment. Their is no rush to get you out the door. I am so glad we found this place!!!

We moved to the Ephrata area and this was the third vet we visited in that first year. That said, we are coming up on our second annual visit from them with a few interim visits throughout the year. The reception staff are friendly, and knowledgeable. And the vets have been amazing. We have 6 cats, a few on the older side and we have not been disappointed with the care they receive here. This past year they were even able to get us in for an emergency mastectomy as one of the kids had a lump that escalated in severity very quickly. Very happy with them!!!

Been going here for almost 9 years and never had an issues with anyone here. All the vets do a very good job of explaining what’s going on with my cats and are very caring when they are sick. I had to recently put down my cat who had a brain tumor and everyone was very comforting and caring. Dr lanz helped us throughout the process and made sure we were comfortable and ready. Will continue to go here and recommend to people

They were so caring when I brought my precious Lady Gaga(cat) to get a tooth checked and found out she had a mass and it was most likely cancer we decided the best thing to do was put her to sleep so she wouldn’t suffer anymore they were very sympathetic and let us have some time with her to say goodbye 😢 we weren’t expecting that on the same day we brought her in thank you so much to everyone who helped make it easier for her and us I would definitely recommend them, we received her ashes and foot prints a week later which was done beautifully so pleased with it and the card thank you all so much for all you did to make us feel so comfortable we appreciate all you did for her to cross the 🌈 bridge Lady Gaga will always be in my thoughts ❤️

Had to put our well loved former rescue dog. She was 17 and had cancer and digestive problems. Ibam handicapped and tried to keep her as long as we could. These people were very kind to us and let me hold her as she passed. I cried and I do not do that any more but O did for her. We got her after she was. Left in the woods near our place. She was the second rescue we adopted after they were left in the woods to die. Their Oners were cowards. We had this dog for over 6 years and the previous rescue for about 4 years. More loving dogs you cannot find. The people at the New Holland Vet Clinic were very understanding and thanked us for stepping up and giving these dogs a good life even or it was relatively short. We now are on social security and cannot afford to properly care for another dog so I hope that someone else will step up and adopt another loving dog for us. they make great therapy dogs. Gave me a reason to get up every morning.I highly recommend thisVet hospital. Also their prices are less than most others . combined with their expertise and caring employees, you can' beat this business!
