Main Entrance is Located in the front but lock at 0708am! No one answered the phone, to see if The place had different hours, down towards the Right side door opens, walk in and employees are on there phone I ask Where do you find Lighter Fluid, they Don’t understand the question as There more forced on there phone 2 guys, I ask is way you can show me, And still got nothing looking around the store was empty no employees in sight, store looked closed in many Isles, not very friendly, i found something had price, Two guys and Tall one was on his phone, short guy was just rude, I won’t recommend this place I should have waited the 55 minutes drive back to Tractor Supply’s! At least there friendly I was told Ace Hardware store is the best, Apparently not!

I love this store! Everyone is soooo friendly. The gentlemen at the rental counter are helpful and courteous. You are greeted upon entering and if someone sees you browsing, you are asked by an associate if you need help. They are willing to do whatever they can to be of help to you. A friend recommended JB Zimmerman to me last year,(2022) when I needed an over-the range microwave and dishwasher. I worked with Rachel Miller in Sales. Rachel was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in appliances. It is very rare these days to have employees who know and understand their products. Very refreshing! And their pricing was good and competitive. Both were delivered and installed in a professional manner.Fast forward to August/September 2023. I needed a dryer and refrigerator, and called on Rachel Miller at JB Zimmerman again.She was great to deal with again, and was very helpful in choosing the dryer and refrigerator. Dave Benedick finalized the order, and he too was very helpful and knowledgeable.Nate and Tony delivered and installed the refrigerator and dryer.Both appliances were difficult installs. Both the old and new refrigerator doors had to be removed and re-installed and the front door had to be removed and reinstalled. The dryer install required a basement door and storm door to be disassembled and removed, than reinstalled. Both Nate and Tony were professional and careful in their work.JB Zimmerman is a first rate, first class company with wonderful employees. I HIGHLY recommend them for your new appliances!

Not realizing the store was to close soon, I am spending time trying to figure out which paint I should buy. Everyone I encountered was polite & with no “Hurry up we’re closing” attitude. I was directed to a gal who worked actually worked with some of those paints & voila my project is turning out perfect. Thx for all the help & advice & the kindness. I’ll be back for more things on my list but at an earlier time. lol

Great little place but prices are a bit higher than other places. However, it has things other places don't. Looked a million places for macrame plant holder for my hanging plant. Pleasantly surprised they carries them and lots if other neat little things including Halloween decorations. As a female, hardware stores aren't frequently a place I'd go, but this has lots of household items too.

Bought a Weber Grill and staff was great and friendly and assisted with loading and taking the moveable parts off to lay flat in my SUV m and put all the pins and bolts that where taken off in a small parts bag. Was assisted by 6 team members during my visit. Thank you.

Always super helpful.Stopped in today thinking I’d have to fork out $50 and get a whole new water filter assembly since the old one was stuck fast and instead of selling me a brand new assembly (that wasn’t the brand I wanted) they helped me get the old one free. Just a great example of how helpful these guys are with outstanding customer service. I pass another hardware store to get to these guys since I know they are knowledgable and care about their customers more then just making money. I will support these guys with my business whenever I can! Good job JB!

I did a lot of research before making my decision to purchase a stove. I was surprised to learn that pricing was very competitive with the big box stores, but with a home town feel. Our salesperson, Dave, was excellent. It was very easy to make a decision to go with JB. I encourage all to consider them!P.S. I would be remiss if I did not give a shout out to Lindsey. She was able to offer real life application of my purchase. Also very helpful! Thank you Lindsey!!👍Ok. So my stove was delivered by two very capable young men today 11/18/19, i e., Joey and Jared. The accompanying range hood was not an easy install. However, with a little "McGyvering", the hood is installed, nice and sturdy. Installation of the stove was far quicker. These guys did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and capable. I am so pleasantly surprised that a down home local company truly has it going on.Thank you JB's!! Definitely recommend!

I special ordered a Maytag dishwasher and had problems a few months after install. The first problem was repaired under warranty. Three years after purchase, started having problems again and got specific codes, which JB Zimmerman claimed they could repair and did the work, my bill was $487!! I continued questioning this issue and finally went to Maytag myself and received excellent service, and also learned my model had a recall which was never notified from Zimmerman, and thus my problems....Maytag was very generous in covering the bill, thankfully. I still feel that this was a very dishonest deal, and then was never addressed after several attempts to talk to someone in customer service at JB Zimmerman. Sorry, you lost a customer and will not give any good recommendations to others.

If i could give it zero i would. These people are thiefs the stole my money. They did a mistake on a package i wanted to send to my sister and nephew they put the wrong address on the label and they send the package back and now they want me to pay 60 more dollars for their mistake just to send it back with the right address, they dont even want to give me a refund, and the owner told me it was my wordAgainst theirs, she is rude,unprofessionaland and a thief. Please dont send packages with them they are gonna steal your money.

Ordered a grill online an picked it up intending I was getting a new grill since I was paying full price. They brought out a floor model that was covered in scratches, dents, dust and rust. Loaded the grill on the back of my truck but later decided I don’t wanna pay full price for the floor model that was abused so I returned it and the nice ladies at the front were very helpful but when it came to unloading the grill the one guy came out all grumpy saying he just put the grill together 3 days ago. Weird how they have no inventory of his grill but just put together the floor model and it’s covered in months of dust and rust spots on the inside. If you’re grouchy you have to unload it maybe you shouldn’t sell garbage floor models.

I am a frequent local customer at this store. know the owners. GREAT people. I personally don't always do the so called big box stores to save a dollar or two. I'm into great customer service. Some one who can actually answer your question and is knowledgeable about the inventory. The main reason for this review. Is at checkout this evening the young lady (Aubrie) instigated the conversation buy saying, Sorry ! I should know your name by now. You come here quit often. More then just handing you a receipt and saying Thank you. She was extremely kind and pleasant. That kind of customer service is what brings me back to a store over and over again.Love shopping here,P.S. All other cashiers are nice also.

For not being a very large place they seam to always have what I need and since I'm in that area alot that's where I end up.the employees are super friendly and knowledgeable about what they stock. Just a great home town hardware store also they have alot of tools and some equipment to rent just an all around handy place.

Every time I receive a coupon I go to use it, but you can't on items that are on sale. However, seems like everything is always on sale. I buy hundreds of dollars there and every single time I'm told the coupon doesn't qualify because all my items are on sale. There's been times I have bought over 20 items...from cleaners, to gardening items to a candle or tool item...always on sale. Then please stop sending useless coupons. I however love this store and appreciated the response from the store that I edited my review.

Love the amount of knowledgeable friendly staff. Had the stainless bolts and RV antifreeze I needed. Antifreeze was on sale for half the price of a competitor up the street. Picked up some other items too. Really nice cashier talked me into an Ace rewards card that can be used in any Ace store by using your phone number. We'll stocked store.

Great place to go first time at this location was at Yoder for breakfast meeting and needed mulch and thay had it packed away for season to the side and was really great people to help load it on my truck and when waiting in line seen air fresheners and seen a Big Foot one buyed for my truck as in pulse since waiting in line and was very great! Assistance on everyone there to help me find help on the mulch I really aprichate the help and assistance!!! Would recommended checking out and lot of Christmas items wouldn't find other places!!!!!
