Great store for dog food. They carry a good bit of the Purina Pro Plan line including sensitive skin and stomach. You can also bring your well behaved dog. They also have DIY dog washing stations.

I don’t have any issues with the store itself or the employees who seem nice enough, I am just frustrated that the pet clinic only seems to be open about half the time that they are supposed to be. This is the second time I’ve gone in to get my dog shots and they’ve been closed. I wish they would communicate on their website when the clinic is closed, or just get their act together with their vets. It’s frustrating to get a babysitter for my kids, get my dog who hates car rides packed up and into the store to find out it’s closed. It sounds like the vets that are scheduled to come in just call out a lot. I guess now I will call before going in to make sure they are open.

Overall, it's well stocked like other TSC locations. The store is smaller than others I've been to in recent months.This most notable thing for me is the hours. "Farmers" and Tradesmen like myself are known for being up and ready to go early in the morning, however this store doesn't open until 8am. Like many, I would prefer to pick up material on the way to the job, not wait around or leave a job I already started.The staff is always very friendly, even if not the most knowledgeable. They really try!

My family and I went to this location today to purchase some bird feed as well as some things for our puppy. i believe the employee I would like to recognize is named McKenna. Recently, we had a family tragedy and have been in the dumps. even though McKenna didn’t know this, she treated us with the utmost kindness and a big smile. I hope she sees this review and realizes how much a little kindness meant to us. thank you❤️

This is a well stocked, well maintained store with lots of friendly people.We get tractor parts, animal food, fencing, work clothes and so much more from this store and we’ve never had any problems.TSC has always been a great company and this is one of their best stores in my opinion.

This past year I ordered two different times through the website to be picked up in the store. I had issues both times. Communication was terrible both times. The first time, I was notified that all my items were ready for pick up. I got to the store and only one was ready. They told me that I would get a call when the other items were ready. Weeks went by without a call. I called in to their store and they told me that if the item was not shipped within a few days that the order was automatically cancelled. So, my order was cancelled, but no one notified me. The 2nd time I ordered they told my order was ready for pick up. I sent my father to pick up the order. They only had 2 of the 3 items ready. They charged me for 3, but only gave me 2. I have not been able to reach anyone to fix this. I also tried reaching out through their website customer support with no answer. I will simply not shop here in the future.

Store was nice. For those complaints about the bathrooms, the bathrooms were great. The heat was turned to high so the toilet seat was already a welcoming temperature for me to relieve myself. The toilet paper was a little thin, but I was able to fix that issue by using less pressure with my index finger. Thank you tractor supply! Another happy customer.

This place is fantastic. The prices always beat home depot and tru value on just about everything. Very clean and tidy inside and out. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have the best selection of dog treats and food. This is where we get everything for our four dogs and also the 2 cats. They have a great selection of so many different types of products. Whether you are on the farm or just doing small projects around your home they have all bases covered.

Clean, well stocked and good prices.Employees here have always been kind and very helpful towards me.Sometimes I go here to find specialty farm type parts that I cant find at either Home Depot or True Value.They typically have a nice selection of bare root trees in the early spring.

I visit this store pretty regularly since I have a small farm and lots of animals. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The one thing that is a downside is the fact that they don't always have what you're looking for on the shelves, especially in the feed section of the store. Other than that, no complaints and it's good for a quick shopping trip!

The gloves sell out super fast, they carry Carhartt products for women which makes me happy. I wish they had more selection in smaller sizes of jeans (carpenter or painter paints too). Nice supply store though

Love this store. Prices on most things beat Home Depot and true value right up the street. Love the mini bike. Not just farm supplies but lawn stuff close checks veterinary supplies hardware tools.

Pet clinic not open hours posted on website.Zero communication from any staff, not even a hi.(Response to Tractor Supply ...response)Thank you for linking the website I was already referring to.The nearby clinic was also listed as open - but once bitten twice shy. I called the second location, on Loucks road in York PA which was also closed.. although the url you listed showed it as opened.Both locations are 'open every other Saturday' according to a hand written sign in the location. Don't get donutted, call ahead.

On April 26, 2021 I went to the store to purchase Pellet Lime I asked the cashier if they had any . She asked me if I looked outside and if I had a sku number for the lime? I informed her yes I did look for the lime and NO I did not have a sku number. She informed me it might be outside on the other side of the building. Once again I looked for the lime and walked around the store looking for another employee who could help me. I could not find anyone to help me . Customer service is terrible at this store!When I Ieft the store I saw a sign HELP WANTED! Well that explained a lot! I went to HOME DEPOT which is less then a mile from Tractor Supply and purchased the lime at HOME DEPOT without any issues!I called the number of the customer solutions that was given . The person wanted to know what happened and stated the store manager would call me. Well today is May 1st 2021 and no one has called me from the store in New Freedom Pennsylvania! WHAT A JOKE! Don’t waste you time ! The manager of the store must be like it’s employees!

Good place to go for certain parts. True Value has a much better selection of bolts and nuts, especially when it comes to metric. Get all my chicken supplies here and name brand (Shell) oil prices are usually competitive. If you have a coupon or shop the clearance section, there is usually a bargain to be found.

This place has the best deal on dog and cat food around. I buy canned food, kibble, treats and toys for all my pets- confident in the knowledge that the ingredients are as good if not better than bigger brands like Blue Buffalo.

Online order ... sent to Shrewsbury store. Never contacted me to let me know it came in ... i called and was told it came in 4 days ago, our managers dont always remember to contact the customer. What???? The order said contact customer when it arrives??? I would loved to have it my product over that weekend to make a job much easier but no biggie.

Pet Clinic is AWFUL! Says first come first serve but wouldn’t take my cat because “They have animals scheduled to come in later” …Staff speaks to you as if your 5 years old to try to compensate for their unwillingness to care. How does that make sense? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!

Purchased a new sprayer for my mower the store couldn’t locate the original attachment that came with purchase they went out of there way gave me a substitute attachment and went online to make sure it was compatible!!!! Excellent service!!!

I was shopping for an implement for my tractor by phone. Un-sure if the part number and inventory on the computer were correct, the person actually went outside to verify they had it. Also, they put a hold on it untill I could drive all the way down there to pick it up. And then they were super careful with the fork truck and thoughtful in the loading so it would be simple to get out at home.

Good store for western clothes and boots. Also, equipment parts and other things need for horses, cows, dogs and bird feed etc. Good store, can even get baby chickens into spring.
