I was Visiting Rutters and with no warning from some employee about the last call to buy adult beverages, he just walked up in front of us and cut it off. He did not tell us the time we had to pick. Horrible customer service! Walked away right after too! Did not purchase from them and don’t to.

Excellent! Fast, friendly service. Best cup of coffee I’ve had in a while. We chose a few of their ready to go warm breakfast items and a muffin. All were great. It’s nice to get quality when you’re in a rush!!

I love this Rutters out of the other ones around honestly cleanest I have seen… Only problem being I had was this elderly lady with blonde hair was causing long lines in the store…Very slow when it comes down to counting her money and there were times where she did not give me the correct amount. Cashiers are great! They are very polite, but the food is too expensive for my liking. Got a chicken tender wrap seemed like there was only 2 tenders in my whole wrap. I paid too much for the little amount I got. Will never again get a wrap I'll just stick to my mozzarella sticks.

Customer service is great here. The associates are always friendly and very quick with service. When I visit my mom in Freeland, this is a easy go to place for a quick bite to eat.

Finally, a decent Rutter's that makes really good sandwiches! This Rutter's#30 has the best employees too. I work near this one so I patronize it often, everyone working always asks "how's your day going?" & wishes me to have a good day. As soon as I walked in I was greated with a friendly smile and hello. Noticed immediately the cleanliness of the store. The bathroom was so clean and smelled good! Employees at this store sure do care!

Been there way too many times and Mason is rude and down right mean giving the finger to everyone ordering food. I waited 40 minutes for fries tonight and oops he let them fall on the floor and told me to complain f him for the third time

Well we go there often.people are nice but the milkshakes Are HORRIBLE..I DONT KNOW WHAT IN IS MISSING BUT THERE IS NO FLAVOR IN ANY OF THEM..ITS PATHETIC ..I will not be buying them again..
